1 Hagi Hankavenentake Ra Anumzamo'a mago ava'nagnaza naveri higena koana, ama mopafima huzmante'nige'za e'nagu Agra kenutamina kevure kevure retrotra huzmante'ne. Hagi ana kenutamima e'nazana kini ne'mo'ma hozama hamaretenigeno, kasefa'ma revu huno hagenia knare egahaze.
This is what the Lord God showed me: he was forming a swarm of locusts, when the late spring grass began to come up after the king’s share had been harvested.

And when they had finished devouring all the land’s vegetation, I said: ‘Lord God, forgive, I beg you! How can Jacob survive, for he is so helpless?’

The Lord relented. This will not happen,’ said the Lord.

This is what he showed me: the Lord God was giving command to execute judgment by fire. It burned up the great deep, and had begun to devour the fields, and I said:

‘Lord God, forgive, I beg you! How can Jacob survive, for he is so helpless?’

The Lord relented. ‘This will not happen either,’ said the Lord.

This is what the Lord God showed me: the Lord was standing beside a wall built with a plumb line, with a plumb line in his hand.
8 Hagi Agra amanage huno nantahige'ne, Amosiga na'a negane? Hige'na nagra kenona hu'na, Nomofo mesarimima nehaza nofire hugeno, Ra Anumzamo'a keno'a hunanteno, Nagra vaheni'a amanahukna hu'na mesarimi hu'na ante fatgo hu'na koankina, zamagra fatgoa osu'nazagu kumizmia atre ozmantegahue hu'ne.
And the Lord said to me, ‘What do you see, Amos?’ And I answered, ‘A plumb line,’ Then the Lord said, ‘Watch: I am setting a plumb line in the midst of my people Israel, I will no longer overlook their crookedness.
9 Hagi Aisaki negeho'zama agonaramimpima havi anumzante'ma mono'ma hunentaza kumatamina eme eri haviza nehu'za, Israeli vahe'mo'zama havi anumzante'ma mono nehaza nonena eri haviza hugahaze. Hagi kini ne' Jeroboamune vahe'anena bainati kazinteti zamahegahaze.
And the high places of Isaac will be desolate, the sanctuaries of Israel will be laid waste, and I will rise up against the house of Jeroboam with the sword.’
10 Hagi Beteli kumateti pristi ne' Amazia'a amanage huno Israeli kini ne' Jeroboamuntega kea atrenteno, Amosi'a Israeli vahe amunompi manineno kagrira kahenagenka frigahane huno kasnampa kea nehie. Ana higu tagra agri kea ontahigahune. Na'ankure agra mopatimo'ma havizama hania kege nehie.
Then Amaziah, chief priest of Bethel sent this message to King Jeroboam of Israel: ‘Amos has conspired against you right in the heart of Israel. The country cannot survive all his words.
11 Hagi Amosia huno, Jeroboamuna ahenefri'za Israeli vahera ama mopafintira zamavare'za ru moparega kina ome huzmantegahaze huno nehie.
Amos has said, “Jeroboam will die by the sword, and Israel will be led away captive out of their land.”’
12 Hagi Amazia'a amanage huno Amosina asami'ne, amafina kasnampa kea osunka atrenka Juda kaziga umani'nenka anantega kasnampa kea nehuge'za zagoa kamiho!
And Amaziah said to Amos, ‘Leave, you who see visions, go to the land of Judah. Earn your bread there and prophesy there,
13 Hagi ama kini ne' Jeroboamu'ma mono nehia kuma megeno, maka Israeli vahe'mo'zama mono'ma nehaza kuma amafina me'negu, kagra mago'anena ama Beteli kumapina kasnampa kea eme osuo.
but don’t prophesy any more at Bethel, for it is the king’s sanctuary, and it is the royal residence.’
14 Hige'na nagra Amosi'na kenona hunte'na, nagra kasnampa vahera omani'na, kasnampa eri'zama eri'zana rempi hu'na ontahi'noanki, nagra sipisipi kegava nehu'na fiki zafane kegava nehua ne' mani'noe.
‘I am no prophet,’ Amos answered Amaziah, ‘nor trained as one. I am a shepherd and a keeper of sycamores fig trees.
15 Hianagi Ra Anumzamo'a ana sipisipima kegava nehua eri'zampintira nagi huno amanage hu'ne, Vunka Israeli vaheni'a kasnampa kea ome zamasamio huno hunante'ne.
But the Lord took me away from following the flock, and the Lord said to me, “Go, prophesy to my people Israel.”
16 Hagi Ra Anumzamo'ma hiankea kagra antahio, kagra hunka, Israeli vahepina kasnampa kea eme nosunka, Aisaki agehe'ina zamazeri haviza hugahaze nanekea eme osuo nehane.
Now therefore listen to the Lord’s message: “You say not to prophesy against Israel, nor to preach against the house of Isaac.
17 Hianagi Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno Amaziagagura hianki antahio, A'kamo'a ama rankumapi savri huno monkote huno vano hanigeno, bainati kazinteti ne'mofaka'a zamahe fri vaganere'za mopaka'a refko huza eri vagaregahaze. Ana hanagenka kagra rurega vahe mopafi ufrigahane. Hagi Israeli vahe'mo'za mopazmia atre'za rurega kina ome hu'za mani'neza anantega frigahaze.
But the Lord says: Your wife will become a prostitute in the city, your sons and your daughters will fall by the sword, your land will be divided up, you will die on unclean soil, and Israel will be led away captive out of their land.”’
