2 Samue 9

1 Hagi Deviti'a mago'a vahe zamatahigeno, Soli nagapintira mago'a vahera mani'nafi? Mani'nenigeta keta antahita hu'nenuta, nasaminke'na Jonatani'ma knare avu'ava'zama hunante'nere nona huntegahue.

And David saith, 'Is there yet any left to the house of Saul, and I do with him kindness because of Jonathan?'

2 Hagi Siba'a korapara Soli eri'za ne' mani'neankino, kini ne' Deviti'a kehigeno egeno Sibana antahigeno, Kagra Sibago? Higeno agra huno, Izo ramoka nagre kagri eri'za vahere.

And the house of Saul hath a servant, and his name [is] Ziba, and they call for him unto David; and the king saith unto him, 'Art thou Ziba?' and he saith, 'Thy servant.'

3 Hagi kini ne'mo'a antahigeno, Mago'a Soli nagapinti vahera mani'nafi? Mago'ma mani'nenigenka nasamige'na, knare avu'ava'zana hunte'na Anumzamofo avesi averi ha'neno. Anage higeno Siba'a kenona huno, Izo magora Jonatani nemofo'a mani'neanagi tare agiamo'a haviza hu'negeno kana vano nosie.

And the king saith, 'Is there not yet a man to the house of Saul, and I do with him the kindness of God?' And Ziba saith unto the king, 'Jonathan hath yet a son — lame.'

4 Higeno kini ne'mo'a antahigeno, Ana risera iga mani'ne? huno kini ne'mo'a antahigegeno Siba'a huno, Ammieli nemofo Makiri nompi Lodeba kumate mani'ne.

And the king saith to him, 'Where [is] he?' and Ziba saith unto the king, 'Lo, he [is] in the house of Machir, son of Ammiel, in Lo-Debar.'

5 Anage higeno kini ne' Deviti'a huzamantege'za vu'za ana risera Lodeba kumateti Ammieli nemofo Makiri nompintira ome avre'za e'naze.

And king David sendeth, and taketh him out of the house of Machir son of Ammiel, of Lo-Debar,

6 Hagi Mefiboseti'a Jonatani nemofo Soli negehokino, kini ne' Devitinte'ma ehanatino'a avugosaregati mopafi emasegeno, Deviti'a huno, Mefibosetigo? Huno higeno, izo eri'za vahekamo'na nagre.

and Mephibosheth son of Jonathan, son of Saul, cometh unto David, and falleth on his face, and doth obeisance, and David saith, 'Mephibosheth;' and he saith, 'Lo, thy servant.'

7 Higeno Deviti'a asamino, Korera osuo. Na'ankure negafa Jonatani'enema huvempa hu'nogu kagrira knare navu'nava hunegante'na, negageho Soli mopa ete kamigahue. Ana hanugenka kagra maka zupa nagrane ne'zama nenoa tratetira ne'zana negahane.

And David saith to him, 'Be not afraid; for I certainly do with thee kindness because of Jonathan thy father, and have given back to thee all the field of Saul thy father, and thou dost eat bread at my table continually.'

8 Hagi Mefiboseti'a mago'ane avugosaregati umaseno nahigenka kini ne'moka eri'za vahekamo'na fri'nea kraganama hu'noa vahera e'inahu knare kavukavara hunantane huno hu'ne.

And he boweth himself, and saith, 'What [is] thy servant, that thou hast turned unto the dead dog — such as I?'

9 Hagi Deviti'a Soli eri'za ne' Sibana kehigeno egeno amanage huno asami'ne, Mika Soline naga'amofo mopane maka zazamia ete kvakamofo Soli negeho Mefiboseti ami vagaroe.

And the king calleth unto Ziba servant of Saul, and saith unto him, 'All that was to Saul and to all his house, I have given to the son of thy lord,

10 Hagi kagrane mofavre raminka'ane eri'za vahekane ana mopafina hoza anteta erita eme amigahaze. Hianagi kvakamofo negeho Mefiboseti'a nagrane maka zupa ne'zane tratera mani'neno ne'zana negahie. Hagi Sibana 15ni'a ne' mofavre'a manigeno, 20'a eri'za vahe'a mani'ne.

and thou hast served for him the land, thou and thy sons, and thy servants, and hast brought in, and there hath been to the son of thy lord bread, and he hath eaten it; and Mephibosheth son of thy lord doth eat continually bread at my table;' and Ziba hath fifteen sons and twenty servants.

11 Hagi Siba'a kenona'a huno, Rana kini nimoka mikazama huo hunka hunantana zana hugahue. Hagi ana knaretima agafa hiana Mefiboseti'a kini ne'mofo mofavregna huno ne'zane trate ne'zana ne'ne.

And Ziba saith unto the king, 'According to all that my lord the king commandeth his servant, so doth thy servant;' as to Mephibosheth, 'he is eating at my table ([saith the king]) as one of the sons of the king.'

12 Hagi Mefiboseti'a ne' mofavre mago ante'ne, agi'a Mika'e. Hagi maka Siba naga'mo'za Mefiboseti eri'za vahe mani'naze.

And Mephibosheth hath a young son, and his name [is] Micha, and every one dwelling in the house of Ziba [are] servants to Mephibosheth.

13 Hagi Mefiboseti'a Jerusalemi kini ne'ene mani'neno, nezama nenea tratetira maka zupa ne'zana ne'ne. Na'ankure tarega agiamo'a haviza hu'ne.

And Mephibosheth is dwelling in Jerusalem, for at the table of the king he is eating continually, and he [is] lame of his two feet.
