< 2 Samue 24 >
1 Hagi mago'ane Ra Anumzamo'a Israeli vahera arimpa ahenezamanteno, Devitina antahintahi amino Israeli vahe'ene Judia vahera nama'a mani'nafi ome hamprio hu'ne.
And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go number Israel and Judah.
2 Higeno kini ne'mo'a sondia vahete kva ne Joapuna hunteno, kagra ana mika Israeli naga'mokizmi nompi vunka noti kaziga Dani kumateti eri agafa hutenka, saoti kaziga Berseba kumate vunka vahera hamprige'na nama'a vahera mani'nazafi ke'na antahi'na ha'neno.
For the king said to Joab the captain of the host, who [was] with him, Go now through all the tribes of Israel, from Dan even to Beer-sheba, and number ye the people, that I may know the number of the people.
And Joab said to the king, Now the LORD thy God add to the people, how many soever they may be, a hundred-fold, and that the eyes of my lord the king may see [it]: but why doth my lord the king delight in this thing?
4 Hianagi kini ne'mo'a ana ke'a refako huno onke ome hampriho hige'za Joapu'ene sondia vahe'mo'za vahe ome hamprinaku vu'naze.
Notwithstanding the king's word prevailed against Joab, and against the captains of the host. And Joab and the captains of the host went out from the presence of the king, to number the people of Israel.
5 Hagi zamagra Jodani tina takahe'za Aroeri kuma'mofo sauti kaziga agupofi seli no ome ki'za mani'ne'za Gati vu'za rugitagi'za Jazeri vu'naze.
And they passed over Jordan, and pitched in Aroer, on the right side of the city that [lieth] in the midst of the river of Gad, and towards Jazer:
6 Hagi zamagra Giliati vute'za anantetira Hiti vahe mopafi Kadesi vu'za Dani ehanatite'za, Danitira rugagi'za Saidoni vu'naze.
Then they came to Gilead, and to the land of Tahtim-hodshi; and they came to Dan-jaan, and about to Zidon,
7 Anantetira rukrahe hu'za vihuma me'nea kumate Hivine Kenani kumate ete'za, henka sauti kaziga Judane Bersibanena vu'naze.
And came to the strong hold of Tyre, and to all the cities of the Hivites, and of the Canaanites: and they went out to the south of Judah, [even] to Beer-sheba.
8 Hagi 9ni'a ikanki, 20'a zage knafi maka kaziga vano huza vahera hamprite'za ete Jerusalemi vu'naze.
So when they had gone through all the land, they came to Jerusalem at the end of nine months and twenty days.
9 Hagi Joapu'a anama ome hampri'nea vahe'mokizmi kea Devitina asamino, Kazinteti'ma ha'ma huga vahera 800 tauseni'a Israeli vahepina manizageno, 500 tauseni'a vahe Juda nagapina mani'naze.
And Joab presented the sum of the number of the people to the king: and there were in Israel eight hundred thousand valiant men that drew the sword; and the men of Judah [were] five hundred thousand men.
10 Hagi Deviti'a vahe'ma hamprite'noa arimpagna hu'ne. Ana huteno Ra Anumzamofona antahigeno, Nagra vahe'ma hampruana tusi'a kumi hu'noe. Hagi eri'za vahekamo'na nagra neginagi navu'nava hu'noanki kumini'a eri atrenanto.
And David's heart smote him after that he had numbered the people. And David said to the LORD, I have sinned greatly in what I have done: and now, I beseech thee, O LORD, take away the iniquity of thy servant; for I have done very foolishly.
11 Hagi Deviti'a masenefinti anante nanterana otigeno, Ra Anumzamo'a Deviti kasnampa ne Gatinte eno, anage huno kea atrenteno,
For when David had risen in the morning, the word of the LORD came to the prophet Gad, David's seer, saying,
12 Ra Anumzamo'a amanage hie hunka Devitina ome asamio, Kazeri havizama hanua kea 3'a kankamumpi kasamiga huanki, anampinti mago'mofo huhamprige'na kazeri havizana ha'neno.
Go and say to David, Thus saith the LORD, I offer thee three [things]; choose thee one of them, that I may [do it] to thee.
13 Anage huno asamigeno Gati'a Devitina ome asamino, 7'a kafufi agatonto kna fore haniegu kavesifi? 3'a ikampi ha' vahe'mo'za ha'huramanteno kna tamisifi, 3'a zageknafi kria atrenugeno tamazeri haviza haniegu kavenesie? Hagi e'i anampinti mago knazamofo huhamprigena, anama hanamofo Ra Anumzamofona ome asamigahue.
So Gad came to David, and told him, and said to him, Shall seven years of famine come upon thee in thy land? or wilt thou flee three months before thy enemies, while they pursue thee? or that there be three days' pestilence in thy land? Now consider, and see what answer I shall return to him that sent me.
14 Hagi Deviti'a Gatina asamino, nagra tusi'a narimpagna huanki, Ra Anumzana asunku Anumza mani'neanki atregeno nazano hunaku'ma hanuno'a, agra'a tazeri havizana hino. Hagi ha' vahe'mokizmi zamazampina tavarente'na tazeri havizana osiho.
And David said to Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into the hand of the LORD; for his mercies [are] great: and let me not fall into the hand of man.
15 Hagi Ra Anumzamo'a ana nanterana tusi'a hazenke atregeno 3'a zage knafi noti kaziga Daniti agafa huteno, vuno sauti kaziga Berseba vigeno ana maka mopafina 70 tauseni'a vahe zamahe fri vagare'ne.
So the LORD sent a pestilence upon Israel from the morning even to the time appointed: and there died of the people from Dan even to Beer-sheba seventy thousand men.
16 Hagi vahe'ma zamahe fri ankeromo'ma Jerusalemi kuma'ma erihaviza hunaku retro nehigeno, Ra Anumzamo'a asunku nehuno, antahi'zama'a eri rukrahe huno, ana ankeroa asamino, kazana atro huno hu'ne. Ana zupa ko ankeromo'a Jerusalemi tavaonte Jebusi ne' Araunama witi akruma neharere mani'negeno anage hu'ne.
And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, the LORD repented of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed the people, It is enough: stay now thy hand. And the angel of the LORD was by the threshing-place of Araunah the Jebusite.
Muse hugantoanki nagri'ene nagani'ane tazeri haviza huo.
And David spoke to the LORD when he saw the angel that smote the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly: but these sheep, what have they done? let thy hand, I pray thee, be against me, and against my father's house.
18 Ana higeno Gati'a ana kna zupa Devitinte eno anage huno asami'ne, marerinka Jebusi ne'ma Arauna'ma witi akru'ma neharere Ra Anumzamofo kresramnavu ita ome retro huo.
And Gad came that day to David, and said to him, Go up, rear an altar to the LORD in the threshing-floor of Araunah the Jebusite.
19 Anage higeno, Ra Anumzamo'ma Gati'ma asamia kante anteno anaza ome retro hunaku, Deviti'a marerino vu'ne.
And David, according to the saying of Gad, went up as the LORD commanded.
20 Hagi Arauna'ma kegeno kini ne'mo'ene vahe'amozama agrama mani'neregama azageno'a, Arauna'a uramino kini ne'mofo avuga avugosaregati mopafi upri huno ra agi ami'ne.
And Araunah looked, and saw the king and his servants coming towards him: And Araunah went out, and bowed himself before the king on his face upon the ground.
21 Ana huteno Arauna'a anage hu'ne, na'a higenka rana kini nemoka eri'za vaheka'monarega neane? Higeno Deviti'a kenona huno, witi akaru'ma neharana mopa mizasena Ra Anumzamofontega Kresramanavu ita tro hanugeno, amama zamazeri haviza nehia hazenkea omnegahie.
And Araunah said, Why is my lord the king come to his servant? And David said, To buy the threshing-floor of thee, to build an altar to the LORD, that the plague may be stayed from the people.
22 Anante anage huno Arauna'a Devitina asami'ne, ranimoka amne ama ana mopa erinka kagrama antahinankeno knare'ma haniazana hugahane. Hagi kresramna vu zana kaona megeno, rezahema huza witima refuzafunepaza zafane, kaomofo anankempima nentaza karenamare zafanena erinka tevea kregahane.
And Araunah said to David, Let my lord the king take and offer up what [seemeth] good to him: behold, [here are] oxen for burnt-sacrifice, and threshing-instruments and [other] instruments of the oxen for wood.
23 Hagi kini ne'moka ama mika zantamina nagra negamue, nehuno Arauna'a mago'ane anage huno kini nekura hu'ne, Ra Anumzana, kagri Anumzamo'a kagrama hanana ofarera muse nehuno antahigamisie.
All these [things] did Araunah, [as] a king, give to the king. And Araunah said to the king, The LORD thy God accept thee.
24 Hianagi kini ne'mo'a anage huno Araunana asami'ne, Nagra mizasena kagripintira erigahue. Hagi miza ose'nenua mopafina Ra Anumzana nagri Anumzamofona kre fanene hu ofa amnea huontegahue. Anage nehuno Deviti'a witima neharea mopane bulimakaonena 50'a silva zagoreti mizase'ne.
And the king said to Araunah, No; but I will surely buy [it] of thee at a price: neither will I offer burnt-offerings to the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing. So David bought the threshing-floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.
25 Ana huteno Deviti'a anante kresramna vu ita tro huteno, kre fanene hu ofane, rimpa fru ofanena hu'ne. Ana higeno Ra Anumzamo'a nunamuzmia nentahino, ana mopafintira knazana eri amne hu'ne.
And David built there an altar to the LORD, and offered burnt-offerings and peace-offerings. So the LORD was entreated for the land, and the plague was stayed from Israel.
