1 Hagi ama'i tamage naneke, iza'o mono kva manigahue hanimo'a, knare eri'zane huno erino.
This is a true saying, If any man desire the office of a Bishop, he desireth a worthie worke.
2 Kvama hania ne'mo'a amanahu hino, hazenke'a omneno, magoke a' anteno, mani'zama'a kva nehuno, fatgo zanke nehuno, avufa antermino nemanino, nantu antentesia vahe agampu nehuno, agra knare'za rempi huzmi ne' nemanino,
A Bishop therefore must be vnreproueable, the husband of one wife, watching, temperate, modest, harberous, apt to teache,
3 hanave rina neno negi oneno, hafra osuno, hagi arimpa fru nehuno, ke hakare osuno, zagogu avesinte'zana atreno.
Not giuen to wine, no striker, not giuen to filthy lucre, but gentle, no fighter, not couetous,
4 Agra knare huno naga'a kva nehuno, mofavre zaga'a zamazeri fatgo hanige'za, knare kante maniho.
One that can rule his owne house honestly, hauing children vnder obedience with all honestie.
5 Hu'neanagi naga'a kvagri so'e nosnimo'a, ina kna huno Anumzamofo mono' nona kegava hugahie?
For if any cannot rule his owne house, how shall he care for the Church of God?
6 Menima agu'a rukrahe hu'nesnia nera, mono kva ne' manisnie hunka ame'ama hunka azeri o'otio. Agra avufa erisaga nehnigeno Sata'a ana hanifi efreno azeri traka hugahie.
He may not be a yong scholer, lest he being puffed vp fall into the condemnation of the deuill.
7 Hagi monopi omani megi'a vahe'mo'za nege'za, knare nere nehanageno, agra havi avu'avapina uramino Sata krifufina ohegahie.
He must also be well reported of, euen of them which are without, lest he fall into rebuke, and the snare of the deuill.
8 Dikenima manisia ne'mo'a, anahu kna huno avu'avapina fatgo huno mani'neno, tare agerura oruno, hanave tintera osuno, havi kantetira vahe'mofo zagoa e'orino,
Likewise must Deacons be graue, not double tongued, not giuen vnto much wine, neither to filthy lucre,
9 e'inara osuno ani' agu'agesare mani'neno, Anumzamofonte hanave amentintima hu'neana, azeri hampo'na hino.
Hauing the mysterie of the faith in pure conscience.
10 Ana eri'zana erigahazanki hu'nenka, esera avame antenka eri'za zamige'za knare hu'zama erisagenka, dikeni eri'zana zamige'za eriho.
And let them first be proued: then let them minister, if they be found blameles.
11 A'nezamimo'zanena anahu kna hu'za knare hu'za nemani'za, vahe zamefi'a ke osu'za, knare avu'ava hu'za fatgo zanke hakareza hanafina nehnage'za antahi zamigahaze.
Likewise their wiues must be honest, not euill speakers, but sober, and faithfull in all things.
12 Dikenima manisimo'a magoke a' anteno, mofavre naga'a knare huno kegava negrino, noma'afi zantamine, vahe enena kegava krigahie.
Let the Deacons be the husbands of one wife, and such as can rule their children well, and their owne housholdes.
13 Ana dikeni eri'zama knare hu'za erisamo'za knare zamagi eneri'za, eri'za zamifina otine'za, korera osu'za Krais Jisasintera hanaveti'za zamentinti hugahaze.
For they that haue ministred well, get them selues a good degree, and great libertie in the faith, which is in Christ Iesus.
14 Nagra ama avoma kre atrogeno kagritega viana, zaza kna omaninesake'na ko e'naku nehue.
These things write I vnto thee, trusting to come very shortly vnto thee.
15 Hianagi mago'a zamo'ma nazerinke'na omesugenka, nagrama avoma kre troana kagra kenka antahinka hu'nane, vahe'mo'za inankna hu'za Anumzamofo nagara zamagra kegava hugahaze, kasefa huno mani'nea Anumzamofo mono nonte'ma, atru re'nea anumza zafa, tamage kemofo agafa'e.
But if I tary long, that thou maist yet know, how thou oughtest to behaue thy self in ye house of God, which is the Church of the liuing God, the pillar and ground of trueth.
16 Maka vahe'mota mago trimpa nehune, Anumzamofo avu'avapi tamentintima hu'zamo'a eama nehie, Kraisi'a avufa erino eama higeno, Avamu'mo fatgo avu'ava'a eriama higeno, ankero'moza kageno, Kraisi agi agenke hakare kaziga huama hazageno, miko mopane mopane vahe'mo'za zamentinti hazageno, tusi'a masanentake konariri'afi avreno mareri'ne.
And without controuersie, great is the mysterie of godlinesse, which is, God is manifested in the flesh, iustified in the Spirit, seene of Angels, preached vnto the Gentiles, beleeued on in the world, and receiued vp in glorie.
