1 Nagra anazama efore'ma hania zamofonkea, e'i knarero, e'ina zupa fore hugahie hu'na nenafugta kreoramigahue.
But of the times and seasons, brethren, ye have no need of my writing to you:
2 Na'ankure tamagratmi antahi'naze, Ramo'ma esianknamo'a, kumazafa vahe kenage eankna huno egahie.
for ye yourselves know full well, that the day of the Lord cometh like a thief in the night.
3 Vahe'mo'za hu'za knare huta mani'none nehu'za, tarimpa fru huta maniso'e hune hu'za hanaza knafi ame huno zamazeri haviza hu'zamo'a zamagritera, a'nemo'za mofavre antenaku'ma nehazageno zamata negriankna zamata negrina, zamagra ana knazampintira mani onkanegahaze.
And when they shall say, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
4 Hianagi tamagra nenafugate, hanimpina omani'nazankino, ana knamo'a kumazafa vahe'mo'za hanimpi azanknara hanigeta antri osugahaze.
But ye, my brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should seize you as a thief:
5 Na'ankure tamagra maka'motma tavite vahe mani'netma, masare vahe mani'naze. Tagra kenage vahera omanita, hanimpi vahera omani'none.
ye are all children of the light, and of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6 E'ina hu'negu atrenketa mago'amo'za nemasazaza huta omaseta, tavumo'a hari nehina, ama' antahintahi e'nerita kva huta manigahune.
Therefore let us not sleep like others, but let us watch and be sober:
7 Na'ankure zmavuma masaza vahe'mo'za kenegeke nemasageno, aka tima nenaza vahe'mo'za, kenageke aka tina nene'za neginenaze.
for they, that sleep, sleep in the night; and drunkards are drunk in the night:
8 Hianagi tagra masare vahe mani'nonanki, atrenketa ama' tagutagesa nentahita, tamentintima huzane, vahe'ma avesinte avu'ava zana tamimizare hanko reheriaza nehuta, Jisasi'ma taguvazino tavresiazanku nentahita amuhama nehunazana, fetori anteaza huta antegahune.
but let us, who are of the day, be sober; putting on the breast-plate of faith and love, and for an helmet the hope of salvation.
9 Na'ankure Anumzamo'a rimpahe'zama'a erigahaze huno huorantene. Hianagi Ranti Jisas Kraisimpinti tahokeno taguvazizana erisunegu huhamprirante'ne.
For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to the obtaining of salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
10 Jisasi'a tagriku huno fri'neankita, fri'nazo tasimu erita mani'nono, tagra Agrane magopi manisunku huno fri'ne.
who died for us, that whether we be awake, or asleep, we may live together with Him.
11 E'ina hu'negu mago magomotma, ozeri hanaveti azeri hanaveti nehutma, menima nehazaza hutma mago magomofona zamazeri hanavetita maniho.
Wherefore comfort one another, and edify each other, as indeed ye do.
12 Hianagi nenfugata, tusi maraguzatiza Ramofonte manisaza'zamofo nanekema rempima hunerami'za mono kva vahetamimofona, antahizamita zamagesga huzmanteho huta neramasamune.
And we entreat you, brethren, to respect those that labour among you, and preside over you in the Lord, and instruct you;
13 Hagi eri'zama e'neriza zanku zamesizmanteta, zamagrira zamagi erisaga nehuta, magoke magokemotma tamarimpa frune maniho.
and to esteem them very highly in love, on account of their work. Be at peace among yourselves.
14 Hagi nerafugate, tagra tamazeri otike hanunketma eri'zama e'ori zmesrama nehaza vahera zamazeri fatgo nehutma, koroma nehaza vahera zamazeri hankavenetitma, hanavema oti'nesaza vahera zamazeri hanavetiho. Ana nehutma maka vahe enena fru hutma maniho.
And admonish the disorderly, comfort the feeble-minded, support the weak, be of a patient spirit towards all.
15 Mago'mo'e huno havizama huntesimofona, nona'a havizana huonteno. Hianagi maka kna knare avu'avaza ohunte ahunte nehutma, maka vahetera anahukna tamavutmava huzmanteho.
See that no one render evil for evil to any man; but always pursue that which is good, both to each other and to all men.
16 Makazupa muse hiho.
Be always joyful.
17 Hagi nunamuna otretma makakna huvava hiho.
Pray continually.
18 Hakare'zampina Anumzamofona susu hunteho, na'ankure Jisasi Krasimpima e'inahu tamavutamavama huzankura Anumzamofona avenesie.
In every circumstance be thankful; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
19 Tamagra Ruotge Avamumofo teve ahesu hu avu'ava zana osiho.
Quench not the Spirit.
20 Kasnampa kemofona antahi amnezanknara osiho.
Slight not prophesyings:
21 Hianagi rezaganetma makazana ke so'e nehutma, knarema hunesiazana azeri akona hiho.
yet try all things, and hold fast that which is good.
22 Ana nehutma, maka havi avu'ava zampintira maniganeta maniho.
Abstain from all appearance of evil.
23 Hagi rimpa fru Anumzamo'a, Agra maka sese huramanteno tamazeri ruotage nehuno, avamutamine, tamagu tamene, tamavufanena kegava huramantena, Ranti Jisas Kraisi'ma esianknarera kema hurantezana omanetfa hugahie.
And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you wholly: and grant that your whole frame, spirit, soul, and body may be kept blameless to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Anumzamo'ma tamagima hunemo'a, fatgo huno ke'are amage antegahiankino, Agra anahukna huno eriknare huramantegahie.
Faithful is He that calleth you, who also will do it.
25 Nenafugate tagrikura nunamuna huranteho.
Brethren, pray for us.
26 Maka tafu'hemotma mono tamavutamava hutma tamafukre tamafakre hiho.
Salute all the brethren with an holy kiss.
27 Nagra hanave ke tamasamuanki, ama avona hamprinke'za, maka tafuhe'za antahiho.
I adjure you by the Lord, that this epistle be read to all the holy brethren.
28 Hagi Rantimofo Jisas Kraisi asunku'zamo'a tamagrane mesie.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
