1 Hagi nenafugata tamagra antahi'naze, tamagritegama e'nona zamo'a amnezanknara osugahie.
For yourselves have known, brethren, our entrance in unto you, that it did not become vain,
2 Tagri'ma Filipai kumate'ma tazeri haviza nehu'za, nerahe'za hu'nazazana, tamagra antahi'naze. Hianagi Anumzamo'ma tazeri hanavetigeta, Agri Knare Musenkea huama huta tamagri'enena neramasamunkeno, maka vahe'mo'za ha'rerante'naze. (Apo 16:19-24, 17:1-9)
but having both suffered before, and having been injuriously treated (as ye have known) in Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the good news of God in much conflict,
3 Tagrira oku'a antahintahitia omnene, tamagrira tagrarega tamavrenenteta, havige huta reramatga nosune.
for our exhortation [is] not out of deceit, nor out of uncleanness, nor in guile,
4 Hianagi anahukna huno Anumzamo'a tagrira tageno antahino huteno, Knare Musenkema huama hu erizana, taminegeta e'nerunanki, vahe'mo'za muse hurantesazegura nosunankino, Anumzamo Agra'a tagu'afina refko huno nerage.
but as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the good news, so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God, who is proving our hearts,
5 Na'ankure tamagra ko antahi'nazageno Anumzamo'enena huama hugahie. Tamagrira masavena noramita, mago zantamigura ke tanunu nehuta ama kea nosune.
for at no time did we come with speech of flattery, (as ye have known, ) nor in a pretext for covetousness, (God [is] witness!)
6 Tagrama nehunana, tamagro, mago'a vahe'mo'za tagi erisga hurantesazegu nosune.
nor seeking of men glory, neither from you nor from others, being able to be burdensome, as Christ's apostles.
7 Tamage, Kraisi aposol vahe'ma mani'nonazamo knazana tamigahianagi, tagra akoheta mani fru nehuta, mofavrema nererama amima nemino kegavama hunteankna nehune.
But we became gentle in your midst, as a nurse may cherish her own children,
8 Tagra razampi tamagrira tamavesi neramanteta, Anumzamofo Knare Musenkegera noramasamunanki, tagrati tavufganena neramamune. Na'ankure tamagra raza tagri tavurera mani'naze.
so being desirous of you, we are well-pleased to impart to you not only the good news of God, but also our own souls, because beloved ye have become to us,
9 Hagi nenafugata tamagra antahi'naze, kenage'ene feru'enema tamuna nehagegeta maraguzatita tagrima taza haniazanku erizana e'nerita, Anumzamofo Knare Musenkea huama nehunana, magomofo knaza eri amisunegu anara nosune.
for ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail, for, night and day working not to be a burden upon any of you, we did preach to you the good news of God;
10 Tamagra antahinazageno, Anumzamo'enena tamamentintima Kraisintema nehaza nagamotare'ma hunona ruotage tavutavara, tageno antahino hu'ne. Tagra fatgo tavutavara Anumzamofo avufi nehuta, havi tavutavazana osu'none.
ye [are] witnesses — God also — how kindly and righteously, and blamelessly to you who believe we became,
11 Tamagra antahinaze, ne'fama mofavre'amofo tutu hunteno azeri hanaveti ke asamiankna tavutavama huramantenona zana tageta antahita hu'naze.
even as ye have known, how each one of you, as a father his own children, we are exhorting you, and comforting, and testifying,
12 Tagra ana nehanunketma tamagrama kama vnazana, Anumzamo'ma tamagi nehuno, Agri'a masanentake kuma erigahaze hu'nea Ne'mofo so'e kumapi vugahaze.
for your walking worthily of God, who is calling you to His own reign and glory.
13 Hagi maka kna tagra Anumzamofona susu hunentone, tamagrama tamamentintima hu'naza zankura, ana kema huama hunketma tamagrama eri'nazana, vahe'mofo kema eriaza hutma e'ori'naze. Hianagi tamagra Anumzamofo tamage ke tamentintima nehaza nagapi eri'zana enerie.
Because of this also, we — we do give thanks to God continually, that, having received the word of hearing from us of God, ye accepted, not the word of man, but as it is truly, the word of God, who also doth work in you who believe;
14 Na'ankure nerafugta, Anumzamofo nagama Krais Jisasimpi Judiama mani'naza naga'mokizmi zamavuzmava zamavaririta tamagra hiho. Na'ankure zamagranena anahukna hu'za tamagri vahe'mo'za knazama tamami'neaza huza, zamagri'enena Jiu vahete'ma hu'nazaza hu'naze.
for ye became imitators, brethren, of the assemblies of God that are in Judea in Christ Jesus, because such things ye suffered, even ye, from your own countrymen, as also they from the Jews,
15 Jiu vahe'mo'za Ramofona nehe'za, kasnampa vahe'mokizmia nezmahe'za, tagrira tahe'za tretufe netre'za, zamagra Anumzamo'a muse osiaza nehu'za, maka vahera ha'rezmante'naze.
who did both put to death the Lord Jesus and their own prophets, and did persecute us, and God they are not pleasing, and to all men [are] contrary,
16 Megi'a vahe'mofonte'ma zamahokeheno zamaguvazisia kema huama nehunkeno, rehi'za hunerantazageno, anama hazazamo'a kumi'ma hu'zana rama'a hazageno agatereno avite'ne. Hianagi e'inahukna vahetera, henka Anumzamofo rimpahezamo zamagritera megahie.
forbidding us to speak to the nations that they might be saved, to fill up their sins always, but the anger did come upon them — to the end!
17 Hianagi nenafugata tagra osia knafi tamagri' enena omanunanagi, tagra tamagrikura tagera okanitfa hu'none. Tamagrima eme tamagezankura tusiza nehuta, eme tamagenaku nehune.
And we, brethren, having been taken from you for the space of an hour — in presence, not in heart — did hasten the more abundantly to see your face in much desire,
18 Na'ankure tagra tamagritega enaku nehune. Hianagi nagra Poli'na enaku nehuana, Sata'a kana rehiza hunerante.
wherefore we wished to come unto you, (I indeed Paul, ) both once and again, and the Adversary did hinder us;
19 Ranti Jisas Kraisi'ma esia knazupa, na'amo tazeri amuhama humisunazantia mesigeno, nazamo musema hanunazana mesigeno, tazeri antesgahu kini fetoritia Rantimofo avurera megahie? Tamagra ana musezantia mani'naze.
for what [is] our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? are not even ye before our Lord Jesus Christ in his presence?
20 Tamagriteti, tagra ra tagi enerita musena hugahune.
for ye are our glory and joy.
