1 E'ina hige'za Kiriat Jearimi vene'nemo'za ana huhagerafi huvempage vogisia eme eri'za kuma'zamirega vu'za, Aminadapu noma agonare me'nere ome ante'naze. Ana nehu'za ana ne'mofo nemofo Elisana pristi azeri otizageno pristia manino kegava hu'ne.
And the men of Kirjath-Jearim come and bring up the ark of Jehovah, and bring it in unto the house of Abinadab, in the height, and Eleazar his son they have sanctified to keep the ark of Jehovah.
2 Hagi 20'a kafunaza za'zate huhagerafi huvempage vogisimo'a Kiriat Jearimia me'negeno, Israeli vahe'mo'za Ra Anumzamo'a tatre'ne hu'za krafagea hu'naze.
And it cometh to pass, from the day of the dwelling of the ark in Kirjath-Jearim, that the days are multiplied — yea, they are twenty years — and wail do all the house of Israel after Jehovah.
3 Hagi Samueli'a miko Israeli vahekura amanage hu'ne, Tamagrama Ra Anumzamofonte'ma tamagu'areti huta tamagu'ama rukrahe'ma nehuta, miko ru anumzantamine Astaroti havi anumzamofo amema'ama amu'nontamifima me'neana eri netreta Agriteke'ma mono'ma huntesageno'a, Agra Filistia vahe zamazampintira tamaza huno tamavregahie.
And Samuel speaketh unto all the house of Israel, saying, 'If with all your heart ye are turning back unto Jehovah — turn aside the gods of the stranger from your midst, and Ashtaroth; and prepare your heart unto Jehovah, and serve Him only, and He doth deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.'
4 Hige'za Israeli vahe'mo'za Bali havi anumzane Astaroti havi anumzana amu'nozamifintira erinetre'za Ra Anumzanke monora hunte'naze.
And the sons of Israel turn aside the Baalim and Ashtaroth, and serve Jehovah alone;
5 Hagi Samueli'a Israeli vahera amanage huno zamasami'ne, Mika'mota Mispa omeri atru hinke'na tamagri tamagi eri'na Ra Anumzamofontega nunamuna ha'neno.
and Samuel saith, 'Gather all Israel to Mizpeh, and I pray for you unto Jehovah.'
6 Hagi Mispama emetru hute'za, tinkerifinti tina ome afi'za Ra Anumzamofo avuga eme tagi'naze. Hagi ana knazupa ne'zana a'o nehu'za, nunamuna hu'za kumi'ma hu'naza zanku huama hu'za zamasunku nehu'za amanage hu'naze, tagra Ra Anumzamofontera kumi hu'none. Hagi Samueli'a Mispa mani'neno Israeli vahera keaga refko huzmante kva vahera mani'ne.
And they are gathered to Mizpeh, and draw water, and pour out before Jehovah, and fast on that day, and say there, 'We have sinned against Jehovah;' and Samuel judgeth the sons of Israel in Mizpeh.
7 Hagi Israeli vahe'mo'za Mispama emeri atru nehaze kema Filistia kva vahe'mo'zama nentahi'za, Israeli vahe ha' huzamantenaku sondia vahera zamavare'za e'naze. Hagi ana nanekema Israeli vahe'mo'zama nentahi'za, tusi koro nehu'za zamagogogu hu'naze.
And the Philistines hear that the sons of Israel have gathered themselves to Mizpeh; and the princes of the Philistines go up against Israel, and the sons of Israel hear, and are afraid of the presence of the Philistines.
8 Hagi Israeli vahe'mo'za Samuelina asami'za, ontaganenka Ra Anumzana tagri Anumzamofontega mago'ene hanavetinka nunamuna nehugeno, Filistia vahe zamazampintira tagu'vazino.
And the sons of Israel say unto Samuel, 'Keep not silent for us from crying unto Jehovah our God, and He doth save us out of the hand of the Philistines.'
9 Anage hazageno Samueli'a mago ami'nenea anenta sipisipi aheno Ra Anumzamofonte maka kresramana nevuno, Israeli vahe'mokizmi zamagi erino hanavetino nunamuna higeno, Ra Anumzamo'a antahimi'ne.
And Samuel taketh a fat lamb, and causeth it to go up — a burnt-offering whole to Jehovah; and Samuel crieth unto Jehovah for Israel, and Jehovah answereth him;
10 Hagi ana'ma huno kresramana nevige'za, Filistia vahe'mo'za Israeli vahera ha' huzamante'naku e'naze. Hianagi ana zupa Ra Anumzamo'a monagemo hiaza huno kea nehige'za Filistia vahe'mo'za savri nehu'za na'a fore nehie hu'za neginagi nehazageno, Israeli vahe'mo'za hara huzamagatere'naze.
and Samuel is causing the burnt-offering to go up — and the Philistines have drawn nigh to battle against Israel — and Jehovah doth thunder with a great noise, on that day, upon the Philistines, and troubleth them, and they are smitten before Israel.
11 Hagi Israeli vahe'mo'za Filistia vahera zamorotago hu'za Mispa atre'za Bet-kar kumapi nevu'za Filistia sondia vahetamina zamazeri'za zamahe fri'naze.
And the men of Israel go out from Mizpeh, and pursue the Philistines, and smite them unto the place of Beth-Car.
12 Hagi Samueli'a Mispa kuma'ene Seni kuma'mofo amu'nozanifi have erino asenenteno amanage hu'ne, Amarera Ra Anumzamo taza hu'nerere, nehuno Ebenize huno agi'a antemi'ne.
And Samuel taketh a stone, and setteth [it] between Mizpeh and Shen, and calleth its name Eben-Ezer, saying, 'Hitherto hath Jehovah helped us.'
13 Hagi Filistia vahe'mo'za mago'ane Israeli vahera hara eme huozamante'naze. Hagi Samueli'ma kvama mani'nea knafina, Ra Anumzamo'a azana rusuteno Israeli vahera zamaza huno Filistia vahera hara huzamante'ne.
And the Philistines are humbled, and have not added any more to come into the border of Israel, and the hand of Jehovah is on the Philistines all the days of Samuel.
14 Hagi Israeli vahe kumatamina, Ekroniti vuno Gatima ome atre'nea kumatamima Filistia vahe'mo'zama ko'ma zamahe'za hanare'za eri'nazana, ete Israeli vahe'mo'za eri'naze. Ana hazageno Israeli vahe'mo'za Amori vahe'enena hara osu fru hu'za mani'naze.
And the cities which the Philistines have taken from Israel are restored to Israel — from Ekron even unto Gath — and their border hath Israel delivered out of the hand of the Philistines; and there is peace between Israel and the Amorite.
15 Hagi Samueli'ma mani'nea knafina Israeli vahetera kva mani'neno, keaga refko nehuno kegava huzmanteno ne-eno efri'ne.
And Samuel judgeth Israel all the days of his life,
16 Hagi kafure kafurera Samueli'a Betelima, Gilkalima, Mispa kumatamimpi kagino vano nehuno, vahe'mokizmi kea antahino refako huzmantetere hu'ne.
and he hath gone from year to year, and gone round Beth-El, and Gilgal, and Mizpeh, and judged Israel [in] all these places;
17 Hagi ete kuma'aregama Ramama nevuno'a, anazanke huno vahe'mofo keaga refako hu'ne. Hagi Rama kumate Ra Anumzamofo kresamana vu ita tro hunte'ne.
and his returning [is] to Ramath, for there [is] his house, and there he hath judged Israel, and he buildeth there an altar to Jehovah.
