1 Samue 23

1 Hagi Devitina eme asami'za, Keila kumate vahera Filistia vahe'mo'za ha' eme huzmante'za witima neharazafima eri atru hu'naza witizamia eri vagare'naze.

Then they tolde Dauid, saying, Beholde, the Philistims fight against Keilah, and spoyle the barnes.

2 Hagi Deviti'a Ra Anumzamofona antahigeno, Knare vu'na Filistia vahera hara ome huzmantegahuo, higeno Ra Anumzamo'a Devitina asami'no, Amne vunka hara ome huzmantenka Keila vahera zamagu vazigahane.

Therfore Dauid asked counsel of the Lord, saying, Shal I goe and smite these Philistims? And the Lord answered Dauid, Go and smite the Philistims, and saue Keilah.

3 Hianagi Deviti'enema mani'naza vahe'mo'za amanage hu'naze, Antahio, tagra Judama manineta Filistia vahekura korora nehunankita, tagra Keila kumatera vuta rama'a Filistia vahera hara ome huozamantegosune.

And Dauids men said vnto him, See, we be afrayde here in Iudah, howe much more if we come to Keilah against the hoste of ye Philistims?

4 Hagi Deviti'a mago'ene Ra Anumzamofona antahigegeno, Ra Anumzamo'a asamino, Otinka Keila kumate uraminka Filistia vahera hara ome huzamanto. Na'ankure Nagra Filistia vahera kazampi zamavarentesugenka hara ome huzmagateregahane.

Then Dauid asked counsell of the Lord againe. And the Lord answered him, and sayd, Arise, go downe to Keilah: for I wil deliuer the Philistims into thine hand.

5 Higeno Deviti'ene sondia vahe'anena Keila urami'za Filistia vahera ome nezamahe'za mika afuzamia nevre'za Keila vahera zamagu'vazi'za zamavare'naze.

So Dauid and his men went to Keilah, and fought with the Philistims, and brought away their cattel, and smote them with a great slaughter: thus Dauid saued the inhabitants of Keilah.

6 Hagi pristi ne' Ahimeleki nemofo Abiata'a freno Devitintegama Keila kumategama nevuno'a, pristi vahe'mo'zama antanine'za Anumzamofo avesi'zama hake'za eri fore'ma nehaza kukena ifoti erineno, Ra Anumzamo'ma nanekema asami'nigu vu'ne.

(And when Abiathar the sonne of Ahimelech fled to Dauid to Keilah, he brought an Ephod with him)

7 Hagi Deviti'ma Keila kumate mani'nea nanekema mago'a vahe'mo'za Solima eme asamizageno'a Soli'a huno, Ra Anumzamo'a nazampi avrente. Na'ankure Deviti'a agra'a avreno kinafi ufreankna huno hanave keginamo kagi'nea ra kumapina ufre'ne.

And it was tolde Saul that Dauid was come to Keilah, and Saul sayd, God hath deliuered him into mine hand: for he is shut in, seeing he is come into a citie that hath gates and barres.

8 Anage higeno Soli'a maka Sondia vahezaga'a zamazeri atru huno nezamavareno, Devitine sondia vahe'ane avazagigagino zamahenaku Keila kumate urami'ne.

Then Saul called all the people together to warre, for to go downe to Keilah, and to besiege Dauid and his men.

9 Hagi Deviti'ma antahiama Soli'ma ha'ma eme hunte'naku'ma kema retro'ma nehigeno'a, agra pristi ne' Abiatana asamino, 12fu'a havema me'nenege'za pristi vahe'mo'zama nentaniza kukena ifotia omerinka amare eno.

And Dauid hauing knowledge that Saul imagined mischiefe against him, saide to Abiathar the Priest, Bring the Ephod.

10 Hagi Deviti'a anage huno nunamuna hu'ne, Ra Anumzana Israeli vahe Anumzamoka kagri eri'za vahe'mo'na antahuana nagrama emani'noa zanku huno Soli'a Keila kumara eme erihaviza hu'naku ke retro nehia naneke nentahue.

Then sayde Dauid, O Lord God of Israel, thy seruat hath heard, that Saul is about to come to Keilah to destroy the citie for my sake.

11 Hagi Keila kumate vahe'mo'za nagrira navre'za Soli ome amigahazafi? Hagi tamage huno Soli'a eri'za nekamo'na antahua kante anteno egahifi? Ra Anumzana Israeli vahe Anumzamoka muse hugantoanki eri'za nekamo'na nasamio. Higeno anante Ra Anumzamo'a huno, agra eramigahie.

Wil the lordes of Keilah deliuer me vp into his hand? and will Saul come downe, as thy seruant hath heard? O Lord God of Israel, I beseech thee, tell thy seruant. And the Lord sayde, He will come downe.

12 Hagi mago'ane Deviti'a Ra Anumzamofona antahigeno, Keila vahe'mo'za nagri'ene eri'za vahe'nianena tavre'za Soli azampina ome antegahazafi? Higeno Ra Anumzamo'a huno, Ozo e'inara hugahaze.

Then said Dauid, Will the lords of Keilah deliuer me vp, and the men that are with me, into the hand of Saul? And the Lord sayde, They will deliuer thee vp.

13 Hagi Deviti'ene mika 600'a sondia vahe'anena Keilatira atre'za kumate manitere hu'za vu'naze. Hagi Soli'ma antahiama Deviti'a Keilatira atreno ko fre'ne ke'ma nentahino'a anantega ovu'ne.

Then Dauid and his men, which were about sixe hundreth, arose, and departed out of Keilah, and went whither they coulde. And it was tolde Saul, that Dauid was fled from Keilah, and he left off his iourney.

14 Hagi Deviti'a Sifi kaziga me'nea ka'ma kopi ome frakino mani'ne. E'i ana kaziga umaninegeno Soli'a Devitina ahe'naku hakeno mika kna vano hu'neanagi, Ra Anumzamo'a atregeno Soli'a Devitina aze'ori'ne.

And Dauid abode in the wildernesse in holdes, and remayned in a mountaine in the wildernes of Ziph. And Saul sought him euery day, but God deliuered him not into his hand.

15 Hagi mago zupa Soli'a Horasi kaziga Sifi hagege kokampi frakino mani'nerega Soli'a ahe'naku nevia nanekea Deviti'a antahi'ne.

And Dauid sawe that Saul was come out for to seeke his life: and Dauid was in the wildernes of Ziph in the wood.

16 Hagi Soli nemofo Jonatani'a Horesi kaziga vuno Devitina ome negeno Ra Anumzamofonte'ma hanavetino amentintima hu nanekea ome asamino azeri hanavenetino anage hu'ne,

And Ionathan Sauls sonne arose and went to Dauid into the wood, and comforted him in God,

17 Kagra nenfankura korora osuo, na'ankure kagrira hakeno eriforera osugahie. Hagi kagra Israeli vahe kini mani'nanke'na, nagra ehenka hugantegahue. Hagi ama anazana nenfa'a ko keno antahino hu'ne.

And said vnto him, Feare not: for the hand of Saul my father shall not finde thee, and thou shalt be King ouer Israel, and I shalbe next vnto thee: and also Saul my father knoweth it.

So they twaine made a couenant before ye Lord: and Dauid did remaine in the wood: but Ionathan went to his house.

19 Hagi mago'a Sifi kumate vahe'mo'za Solina ome asami'za, Hakila agonafi Horesi kumamofo sauti kaziga Jesimoni Deviti'a frakino mani'ne hu'za hu'naze.

Then came vp the Ziphims to Saul to Gibeah, saying, Doeth not Dauid hide himselfe by vs in holdes, in the wood in the hill of Hachilah, which is on the right side of Ieshimon?

20 Hagi Kini ne'moka kagrama hana kante antenka eramigeta kazampina tagra'a avrentegahune.

Nowe therefore, O King, come downe according to all that thine heart can desire, and our part shall be to deliuer him into the Kinges handes.

21 Hagi Soli'a amanage huno zamasmi'ne, Ra Anumzamo asomu huramantesie, na'ankure tamagra tamasunku hunantaze.

Then Saul said, Be ye blessed of the Lord: for ye haue had compassion on mee.

22 Hagi vuta mago'ene ome haketa e'ire mani'ne huta keho. Na'ankure nagra antahi'noe, agra ruzahu ne'kino reravatga hugahie.

Goe, I pray you, and prepare ye yet better: know and see his place where he haunteth, and who hath seene him there: for it is sayd to me, He is subtile, and craftie.

23 Hagi mika framakino nemania kuma'a haketa erifore huso'e huteta, ame huta keaga atrenantenke'na eramineno. Hagi Juda kaziga inama'are manigahie nagra ome hake'na azerigahue.

See therefore and know all the secret places where he hideth himselfe, and come ye againe to me with the certaintie, and I will goe with you: and if he be in the lande, I will searche him out throughout all the thousands of Iudah.

24 Anage huzmantege'za zamagra Solina vugota hunte'za Sifi kumatega vu'naze. Hagi ana'ma nehazage'za Deviti naga'mo'za anampintira atre'za Jesimoni kumara sauti kaziga me'nege'za Maoni hagege kokampi Araba agupofi vu'naze.

Then they arose and went to Ziph before Saul, but Dauid and his men were in the wildernesse of Maon, in the playne on the right hande of Ieshimon.

25 Hagi Soli'ene sondia vahe'amo'za agafa hu'za Devitinku hake'naze. Hagi anama agriku'ma hakaza nanekea mago'a vahe'mo'za Devitina eme asmizageno, agra mago'ene vuno havege hu'nea kokampi Maoni ufrakino mani'ne. Hagi ana'ma hiazamofo nanekema Soli'ma nentahino'a otreno, avaririno anantega vu'ne.

Saul also and his men went to seeke him, and they told Dauid: wherefore he came downe vnto a rocke, and abode in the wildernesse of Maon. And when Saul heard that, he folowed after Dauid in the wildernes of Maon.

26 Hagi Soli'a mago agonamofona mago kazigama hakeno eneviana, Deviti'ene naga'amo'za ana agonamofona mago kaziga vu'naze. Hianagi Soli'a erava'o huno Devitina azeri'za hu'ne.

And Saul and his men went on the one side of the mountaine, and Dauid and his men on the other side of the mountaine: and Dauid made haste to get from the presence of Saul: for Saul and his men compassed Dauid and his men round about, to take them.

27 Hagi ana'ma hu'zama nevazageno'a kema eri'za vu vahe'mo'za Solina eme asami'za, Filistia vahe'mo'za ha eme hurante'za ku'ma eme ankanirazanki ame hunka eno hu'za hu'naze.

But there came a messenger to Saul, saying, Haste thee, and come: for the Philistims haue inuaded the land.

28 Hagi Soli'ma Devitima avaririno nevia zana ome netreno, Filistia vahe ha' ome huzmante'naku vu'ne. E'ina agafare ana mopagura Sela Hamalekotie hu'naze. (Sela Hamalekotie hu'nazana Hibru kefina, atreno fre'nea have hu'ne).

Wherefore Saul returned from pursuing Dauid, and went against the Philistims. Therefore they called that place, Sela-hammahlekoth.

29 Anama huno Soli'a neviana, Deviti'ene naga'amo'za atre'za Engedi have kampi umani'naze.

And Dauid went thence, and dwelt in holdes at En-gedi.
