< 1 Joni 3 >

1 Kesunana Nerafa'ma rimpama hagerafiramino avesi'zama tantenea zana Anumzamofo mofavre hurante'ne. Ana hu'negu tagrikura Anumzamofo mofavre hu'za hugahaze. Tamage!
Consider how great a love the Father has bestowed on us that we should be called children of God! The world does not acknowledge us for this reason: it did not acknowledge Him.
2 Ronenimote, menina tagra Anumzamofo mofavre mani'none, henkama maninuna nomani'zana eforera osu'ne. Tagra antahita keta hu'none, inanknarero Agrama eama'ma hanigeta, tagra, Agrikna hugahune. Na'ankure tagra negeta Agra e'inahu Nere huta hugahune.
Dear ones, right now we are children of God and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is
—everyone who has this hope upon him purifies himself, even as He is pure.
4 Maka kumi'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za, kasege runetagraze, hankino kumi'mo'a kasege rutagre'zane.
Everyone who commits sin commits lawlessness as well; yes, sin is lawlessness.
5 Hanki tamagra antahi'naze, Jisas Kraisi'a efore'ma hu'neana kumi eri atrenaku e'neakino, Agripina kumira omane'ne.
And you know that He was revealed in order to remove our sins—in Him there is no sin.
Whoever is abiding in Him does not sin; indeed, whoever is sinning has neither seen Him nor known Him.
Dear children, let no one mislead you; he who keeps doing righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.
8 Mago'mo'ma kumi avu'ava himo'a, Sata vahe nemanie. Na'ankure Sata'a ese agafare kumi hu'negure. Ama ana agafare Anumzamofo mofavremo, eama huno Sata erizana eri haviza hu'naku mopafi efore hu'ne.
He who keeps doing sin is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The Son of God was manifested for this purpose: to undo the devil's works.
9 Maka vahe'mo'za Anumzamofo mofavre nagapima efore hu'za mani'naza vahe'mo'za kumira nosaze. Na'ankure Anumzamofo avu'ava zamagripi me'neanki'za, kumira mago'enena osugahaze. Na'ankure ko Anumzamofo mofavre mani'naze.
Whoever has been begotten by God does not commit sin, because His seed remains in him; actually, he is not able to sin, because he has been begotten by God.
10 Ama ana tamavu tmava'mo eriama huno Anumzamofo mofavregi, Sata mofavregi huno eama hanigetma kegahaze. Maka vahe'mo'za fatgo avu'ava nosu'za, amentinti nehia nefunku avesi nontamo'za, Anumzamofo mofavre omani'naze.
In this the children of God and the children of the devil are distinguished: whoever is not doing righteousness is not of God, also whoever is not loving his brother.
11 E'ina hu'negu rumokizmigu ovesinte avesinte hanunana ama'i knare musen (gutnius) kea ese agafare ko antahi'naze.
Because this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another
12 Kenima hu'neankna osuta, havi ne'mofo avu'ava erino Ebolina avareno ome ahe fri'nea knara osanune. Na'a higeno ahe fri'ne? Na'ankure avu'ava'mo'a haviza hu'negure. Hianagi negna'a fatgo avu'ava hu'nea zanteku huno ahe'ne.
—not like Cain, who was of the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own works were evil, while those of his brother were righteous.
My brothers, do not be surprised if the world hates you.
14 Tagra antahita keta hu'none, fri'zampintira atreta tasimu eri kaziga mani'none. Na'ankure amentintima nehia nerafuna avesinentonkure. Iza'o rumokizamigu'ma avesi nontesimo'a, fri vahekna huno mani'ne.
We know that we have transferred out of the death into the life because we love our brothers; he who does not love his brother remains in the death.
Whoever is hating his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding within himself. (aiōnios g166)
16 Menina tagrama vahe'ma avesinte'zanku'ma antahiama'ma hanunana, Jisasi Agra'a asimura tagriteku huno atre'ne. Ana hu'negu tagranena zamentinti tafuhe'ina tasimu atreta zamaza hugahune.
We know the Love by this: He laid down His life in our behalf; we also are obligated to lay down our lives in behalf of our brothers.
17 Hianagi iza'o ama mopafi afu feno ante'nesimo, amentinti nehia nefu'ma atupama hu'nenigeno negeno asuragi anteno azama osanigeno'a, nankna huno Anumzamofo avesi'zamo'a, e'inahu vahepina megahie?
Now whoever has this world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart toward him—how does the love of God abide in him?
18 Osi mofavre naganimote kereti'ene tagitetikera tavesi negantone huta osanune. Hianagi tavutvapi erinteta tamage huta zamesi zamantesune.
My dear children, let us not love in word or with the tongue only, but in deed and truth
19 Ana tavutva'ma hanuta, tamage tavutava nehune huta tagra keta antahita nehuta, tagutagesamo'ma keagama hunerantena, fru huta Agri avufina manigahune.
—yes, by this we know that we are of the Truth and may put our hearts at ease in His presence,
20 Hu'neanagi tagri taguamo, keaga hurante'niana Anumzamo'a tagri tagutagesa agatereno ra hu'neankino, maka'zana Agra antahino keno hu'ne.
and that, if our heart should condemn us, God is greater than our heart and knows all.
21 Ronenimote, tagu tagesamo keaga huorantesigeta, tagra Anumzamofo avufina knare'zantfa huta hanavetita nemanune.
Dear ones, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God,
and whatever we may ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.
23 Menina ama'i Agri kasege, tagra Agri Nemofo Jisas Kraisi agifi tamentinti nehuta, Agrama hiho huno tami'nea kasegere amage anteta ovesinte avesinte hugahune.
Now this is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded.
24 Mago vahe'mo'ma Anumzamofo kasegema antahino avaririmo'a Anumzane manigeno, Anumzamo'a agrane nemanie. Anumzamo Avamu'ma tami'nea Avamuteti antahita, Anumzamo'a tagrane mani'ne huta hugahune.
He who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. This is how we know that He remains in us: by the Spirit whom He gave us.
