And Huram king of Tyre sends messengers to David, and cedar-wood, and craftsmen of walls, and craftsmen of wood, to build a house for him.

2 Hagi ana'ma higeno'a Deviti'ma antahino keno'ma hiana Ra Anumzamo'a Israeli vahe' kini nazeri otino, Israeli vahe'agu huno maka mopama kegavama hanua mopa asomu hunante huno antahi'ne.

And David knows that YHWH has established him for king over Israel, because of the lifting up on high of his kingdom, for the sake of His people Israel.

3 Hagi Deviti'a Jerusalemi kumate mani'neno mago'ane a'nanea erino rama'a ne'mofara zamante'ne.

And David takes wives again in Jerusalem, and David begets sons and daughters again;

4 Hagi Jerusalemi kumate'ma mani'nenoma kasente'nea mofavreramimofo zamagi'a ama'ne, Samuama, Sobabuma, Netenima, Solomonima,

and these [are] the names of the children whom he has in Jerusalem: Shammua, and Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon,

5 Iparima, Elisuama, Elpeletima,

and Ibhar, and Elishua, and Elpalet,

6 Nogama, Nefekima, Jafiama,

and Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,

7 Elisamama, Beliadama, Elifeletima huno zamante'ne.

and Elishama, and Beeliada, and Eliphalet.

8 Hagi Filistia vahe'mo'zama antahi'zama, Devitima Israeli vahe kinima azeri otizageno'a, maka Filistia vahe'mo'za erimago hu'za Devitina hahunte'naku hake'za mareri'naze. Hianagi ana kema Devitima asamizageno nentahino, ha' huzmante'naku vu'ne.

And the Philistines hear that David has been anointed for king over all Israel, and all the Philistines go up to seek David, and David hears, and goes out before them.

9 Hagi Filistia vahe'mo'za Refaimi agupofi e'za ana kumate vahetmina eme zamarotgo hu'za rohu nezamare'za mika zazmia eri'naze.

And the Philistines have come, and rush into the Valley of Rephaim,

10 Hagi Deviti'a Anumzamofo antahigeno, Filistia vahera vu'na hara ome huzmantenugenka, nzampina zamavarentegahano? Huno higeno amanage huno Ra Anumzamo'a kenona hu'ne, Marerige'na Filistia vahera kazampi zamavarentaneno.

and David asks of God, saying, “Do I go up against the Philistines—and have You given them into my hand?” And YHWH says to him, “Go up, and I have given them into your hand.”

11 Anage higeno Deviti'a sondia vahe'anena marerino Filistia vahera hara ome huzamagatereno amanage hu'ne, Ti hageankna huno ha' vahe'nia Anumzamo'a hara huzmante'ne. E'ina hu'negu ana kuma'mofo agi'a Ba'al Perazimie huno agi'a antemi'ne.

And they go up into Ba‘al-Perazim, and David strikes them there, and David says, “God has broken up my enemies by my hand, like the breaking up of waters”; therefore they have called the name of that place Ba‘al-Perazim.

12 Hagi Filistia vahe'mo'zama koroma nefre'za atre'za fraza havi anumzazimia, teve hanavazita kreho huno Deviti'a hige'za, teve hanavaziza kre'naze.

And they leave their gods there, and David commands, and they are burned with fire.

13 Hagi Filistia vahe'mo'za osi'a kna umanite'za ete e'za Refaim agupofi vahera zamaratgo hu'za rohura eme zamare'naze.

And the Philistines add again, and rush into the valley,

14 Hagi Deviti'a mago'ane Anumzamofona antahigegeno, Anumzamo'a asamino, marerinka ome ozmahegosananki, rugaginka balsamu zafaramima me'neregati enka eme hara huzmantenka zamahegahane.

and David asks again of God, and God says to him, “Do not go up after them, turn around from them, and you have come to them from the front [[or in front]] of the mulberries;

15 Hagi kagrama antahisankeno'ma zafaramimofo amuzafima sondia vahetamimo'ma agatre azatrema huno esia agasasama antahisunka, Filistia vahera vunka hara ome huzamanto. Na'ankure Anumzamo'a vugota huganteno nevuno, Filistia sondia vahera zamahegahie.

and it comes to pass, when you hear the sound of the stepping at the heads of the mulberries, then you go out into battle, for God has gone out before you to strike the camp of the Philistines.”

16 Hagi Anumzamo'ma asami'nea kante anteno Deviti'a nevuno Filistia vahera Gibionitira agafa huno zamarotgo huno hara huzmanteno vuno, Gezeri kumate ome atre'ne.

And David does as God commanded him, and they strike the camp of the Philistines from Gibeon even to Gazer;

17 Hagi ana'ma higeno'a Deviti agenkemo'a maka kokantega vuno eno higeno, Ra Anumzamo'a maka mopafi vahera zamazeri zamagogofege'za Devitinkura tusi koro hu'naze.

and the name of David goes out into all the lands, and YHWH has put his fear on all the nations.
