ରୋମିଅ 13
1 ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ବେନ୍ ସୋଡ଼ାମରଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ମାନ୍ନେବା, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଅଃବ୍ବାଁୟ୍ଲୋ ଡେନ୍, ଆନ୍ନିଙ୍ ସୋଡ଼ାଗଡନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଅଦିକାରନ୍ ଅଃଞାଙେଜି, ସୋଡ଼ାଗଡନ୍ ଆଞ୍ରାଙେଞ୍ଜି ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ତମ୍ମିଜେଞ୍ଜି ।
Every person must be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist have been appointed by God.
2 ତିଆସନ୍ ସୋଡ଼ାମରଞ୍ଜି ଆନାଜି ସଙ୍ଗତ୍ତାତଜି ଆରି ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଇନି ବାଞେଞ୍ଜି, ତି ଆ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ା ଆନା ଅଃଲ୍ଲୁମେ, ଆନିନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ପନ୍ସୁଆତିନ୍ ଡେଏନ୍ ।
So then, whoever resists authority opposes what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.
3 ଆନାଜି ମନଙ୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଲୁମ୍ତଜି, ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ସୋଡ଼ାମରଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଅଃବ୍ବତଙେଜି, ଆରି ଆନାଜି ମନଙ୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଅଃଲ୍ଲୁମେଞ୍ଜି ତି ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜି ଆସନ୍ ବନ୍ତଙ୍ । ସୋଡ଼ାମରଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଏର୍ବନ୍ତଙନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ଏସାୟ୍ତେ ପଙ୍? ଏତ୍ତେଲ୍ଡେନ୍ ମନଙ୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଲୁମ୍ବା, ଆରି ଆମଙନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ସନେଙ୍କେନ୍ ଏଞାଙ୍ତେ ।
For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil works. Do yoʋ wish to have no fear of the one in authority? Do what is good, and yoʋ will have praise from him.
4 ସନୁକ୍କାବେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ସନେଡାନ୍ ଡେଏନ୍ । ବନ୍ଡ ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ମନଙ୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଏଃଲ୍ଲୁମ୍ଲୋ ଡେନ୍, ସୋଡ଼ାମରଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଏବତଙ୍ତେ, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଡନଣ୍ଡାୟନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ ତୁମ୍ ଡକୋ । ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ସେଡାଏନ୍, ଆରି ମନଙ୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଅଃଲ୍ଲୁମେଞ୍ଜି ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଡଣ୍ଡାୟ୍ତଜି ।
For he is God's servant for your good. But if yoʋ do evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. As God's servant, he is an avenger who executes wrath on the one who does evil.
5 ତିଆସନ୍ ସୋଡ଼ାମରଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ମାନ୍ନେଲେ ଡକୋନାବା, ବନ୍ଡ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆ ବନ୍ଡ୍ରାବ୍ ବନ୍ତଙନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ତଡ୍, ବନ୍ଡ ବିବେକନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ମାନ୍ନେବାଜି ।
Therefore it is necessary to be subject to authority, not only because of wrath, but also because of conscience.
6 ତିଆସନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ପାନୁନ୍ ଏତିୟ୍ତେ, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ସୋଡ଼ାମରଞ୍ଜି କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଆମ୍ରାନ୍ନେତେନ୍ ଆଡିଡ୍ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ସେବାତଜି ।
That is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are servants of God, attending continually to this work.
7 ତିଆସନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଇନି ତନିୟନ୍ ଡେତେ, ତିଆତେ ତିୟ୍ବା; ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ଅଙ୍ଗାତେ ପାନୁନ୍ ଏତିୟ୍ତେ ତିଆତେ ତିୟ୍ବା ଆରି ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ମନଅଁଞନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ମାନ୍ନେବା ।
Therefore render to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, fear to whom fear is due, and honor to whom honor is due.
8 ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଅଲ୍ଡୁଙ୍ୟମ୍ବା କେନ୍ଆତେ ଅମ୍ରେଙ୍ଲେ ଆନ୍ନିଙ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଇନ୍ନିଙ୍ଜା ସାଉଡାଡଙ୍ବେନ୍ ତଡ୍ । ଆନା ଆନ୍ନାମରଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଡୁଙ୍ୟମ୍ତେ ଆନିନ୍ ବନାଁୟ୍ବରନ୍ ମାନ୍ନେତେ ।
Owe nothing to anyone, except to love one another, for he who loves others has fulfilled the law.
9 “ଏଡାରିଡଙ୍ନେ, ମନ୍ରାନ୍ ଏରବ୍ବୁଡଙ୍, ଏରାଉଡଙ୍ନେ, ଆନ୍ନାମରଞ୍ଜିଆତେ ଇନ୍ନିଙ୍ ଏଲୋବଡଙ୍ ।” କେନ୍ ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ଆବୟନ୍ ଆ ବନାଁୟ୍ବର୍ଲୋଙ୍ ଡକୋ, “ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ଏଙ୍ଗାଲେ ଆମ୍ବେନ୍ଡମ୍ ଏଡୁଙ୍ୟମ୍ତନ୍, ଏତ୍ତେଲେମା ତୟ୍ଲିସିଂମର୍ବେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଡୁଙ୍ୟମ୍ବାଜି ।”
For the commandments, “Yoʋ shall not commit adultery, Yoʋ shall not murder, Yoʋ shall not steal, Yoʋ shall not covet,” and whatever other commandments there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Yoʋ shall love yoʋr neighbor as yoʋrself.”
10 ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ଆନାଆଡଙ୍ ଏଡୁଙ୍ୟମ୍ତେ, ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଆଙ୍ଗିୟ୍ ଏଃସଙ୍ଗତ୍ତାଏ, ଏଡ୍ରୁଙ୍ୟମ୍ତେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ବନାଁୟ୍ବରନ୍ ଏମାନ୍ନେତେ ।
Love does no harm to its neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
11 ନମି ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ କେନ୍ କେନ୍ ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ଲୁମ୍ବା, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଜନା, ଡନିମଡନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଡୋନେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ବେଡ଼ାନ୍ ତୁୟାୟ୍ଲାୟ୍; ଇନ୍ଲେଞ୍ଜି ଆଡର୍ରନ୍ବୋ ସିଲଡ୍ ନମି ଅନୁରନ୍ ଆଞନାଙ୍ ଆସନ୍ ତୁୟାୟ୍ଡମ୍ ।
And do this, knowing that the hour has now come for us to be awakened from sleep. For our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.
12 ତଗଲନ୍ ସଙାୟ୍ଲେ ପାଙେନ୍, ସନାଆରନ୍ ତୁୟାୟ୍ଲେ ପାଙ୍ତାୟ୍ । ୟବା, ଲୋଙଡ୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାଞ୍ଜି ଏଅମ୍ରେଙ୍ବା ଆରି ଆ ସାଆର୍ଲୋଙନ୍ ଅଲ୍ଜୁଜ୍ଜେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଏବ୍ଜାଡାନାବା ।
The night is nearly over, and the day is almost here. So let us lay aside the works of darkness and put on the armor of light.
13 ଆ ସାଆର୍ଲୋଙନ୍ ଆକ୍ରାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାତଞ୍ଜି ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜି ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଏଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ନେବା । ଜୋଣ୍ଡଡ଼ାନ୍, ଗାସାଲନ୍, ବନାଁୟ୍ବରନ୍ ଅନାଲ୍ଲେନ୍, ପେଲ୍ଲାନେନ୍, ଗୋଡ଼େନ୍, ଅଲ୍ତିଡନ୍, ଅଲ୍ସଙ୍ଗତ୍ତାଲୋଙନ୍ ମଗାଡ୍ଲନ୍ ଏଡକୋଡଙ୍ନେ ।
Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelries and drinking bouts, not in illicit affairs and sensual indulgences, not in strife and jealousy.
14 ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ପ୍ରବୁ ଜିସୁ କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଆ ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ନେ ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ନାବା, ଆରି ଇର୍ସେନ୍ ଅମ୍ରେଙ୍ଲେ ଲୋବନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ସଙାୟ୍ ଡକୋନାବା ।
But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.
