ଅନାପ୍ପାୟ୍ 24
1 ମନ୍ଲୟ୍ ଡିନ୍ନା ଆ ତିକ୍କି ଆନାନ୍ ମୁଡ଼ ରାଓଡ଼ାନ୍ ଲାଙ୍ଲେଡ୍ ଆମ୍ମୁଙ୍ଗଡ୍ମରଞ୍ଜି ଡ ତର୍ତୁଲ୍ଲ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଅବୟ୍ ଅକାଲ୍ତିନ୍ ସରିନ୍ କାଇସରିଆ ଗଡ଼ାନ୍ ଇୟେଞ୍ଜି, ଆରି ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ପାଓଲନ୍ ଆ ବିରୁଦଲୋଙ୍ ପେଲିକ୍ସ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଡ଼ନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଇୟ୍ଲେ କେସୁଏଜି ।
And after five days Ananias, the high-priest, came down with the elders and a certain orator named Tertullus; and they brought a complaint before the governor against Paul.
2 ପାଓଲନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଆରୋଡ୍ଡେଏଞ୍ଜି ସିଲଡ୍ଲ୍ଲନ୍ ତର୍ତୁଲ୍ଲନ୍ ପାଓଲନ୍ ଆ ବିରୁଦଲୋଙ୍ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଡ଼ନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ କାୟ୍କାୟ୍ଲେ ବର୍ରନେ; “ଏ ମାନନିଅ ପେଲିକ୍ସ, ସାସନନମ୍ ଅମ୍ମେଲେ ଇନ୍ଲେଞ୍ଜି ନମିନ୍ତାନ୍ ଉଗୁରିୟ୍ ଏଡକୋତନାୟ୍ ଆରି ଆମନ୍ ଉପକାରଲେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ବୁଡ୍ଡିନମ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ମନଙ୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାଞ୍ଜି ଲରୁମ୍ତେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଇନ୍ଲେଞ୍ଜି ଏରାମ୍ମୁୟ୍ ଏଡକୋତନାୟ୍ ।
And when he had been called, Tertullus began to accuse him, saying, Seeing that by thee we enjoy much peace, and that improvements are in every way and everywhere taking place in this nation through thy foresight,
3 ତିଆସନ୍ ଇନ୍ଲେଞ୍ଜି ଡିତାନ୍ ଆମନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଏସେଙ୍କେତମ୍ ଆରି ଅମଙ୍ନମ୍ ଏବୟ୍ଲେଙ୍ତନାୟ୍ ।
we accept it, most noble Felix, with all thankfulness.
4 ଞେନ୍ ଆରି ଗୋଗୋୟ୍ ଅଃନ୍ନବ୍ଡିଙମ୍, ତିଆସନ୍ ସନାୟୁମ୍ନମ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ବର୍ନେବେଞ୍ଜି ଅନମ୍ଡଙନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଅମଙ୍ନମ୍ କାକୁର୍ତିତନାୟ୍ ।
But not to detain thee too long, I pray thee to hear us, in thy clemency, a few words.
5 କେନ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରା ମା ଗୋଡ଼େନ୍ ଆନମ୍ଡୁଙ୍ମର୍ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଇନ୍ଲେନ୍ ଏଜନାଲାୟ୍; ଆନିନ୍ ସମ୍ପରା ପୁର୍ତିନ୍ ବୁଲ୍ଲେଲେ ଜିଉଦିମରଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ ଗୋଡ଼େନ୍ ଅମ୍ଡୁଙ୍ତେ ଆରି କେନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ ନିୟ୍ ଅବୟ୍ ନାଜରିତବାୟ୍ଜି ଆ ମରାୟ୍ନେମର୍ ।
For we have found this man to be a pest, and a mover of sedition among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes;
6 ସରେବାସିଙନ୍ ଏର୍ମଡ଼ିର୍ ଆରେମ୍ମେଏନ୍ ଆଡିଡ୍ ଇନ୍ଲେନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଞମ୍ଲେ ଏବଣ୍ଡିଲାୟ୍ କି ମୋସାନ୍ ଆ ବନାଁୟ୍ବର୍ ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଏବ୍ପନ୍ସୁଆତିଲାୟ୍ ।
who also attempted to profane the temple, and we apprehended him;
7 ବନ୍ଡ ମୁଡ଼ ସିପ୍ପାୟନ୍ ଲୁସିଆନ୍ ଇୟ୍ଲାୟ୍ କି ଅବାଲ୍ଲିନ୍ ଅସିଲୋଙ୍ଲେନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ କେନ୍ଆନିନ୍ ରୁୟ୍ଲେ ପାଙେନ୍,
8 ଆରି କେନ୍ ଆ ବିରୁଦଲୋଙନ୍ କନାୟ୍କାୟ୍ମରଞ୍ଜି ଅମଙ୍ନମ୍ ଅନିୟନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ବର୍ରଲେନ୍ । ଇନ୍ଲେନ୍ ଅଙ୍ଗାତେ ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ କେନ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରା ଆ ବିରୁଦଲୋଙ୍ ଏକାୟ୍କାୟ୍ତମ୍, ତିଆତେ ଆମନ୍ଡମ୍ କେନ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରାଆଡଙ୍ ବରେନ୍ ଡେନ୍ ରପ୍ତି ଜନାତେ ।”
and from him thou canst thyself ascertain by examination all these things of which we accuse him.
9 ଜିଉଦିମରଞ୍ଜି ନିୟ୍ ମାୟ୍ଲନ୍ କେନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେଜି ଆଜାଡ଼ିନ୍ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ବର୍ରଞ୍ଜି ।
And the Jews also joined in the charges against him, affirming that these things were so.
10 ସିଲତ୍ତେ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଡ଼ନ୍ ବର୍ନେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ପାଓଲନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ତାରିଆୟେନ୍, ପାଓଲନ୍ ଗାମେନ୍, “ଆମନ୍ ଜବ୍ର ବର୍ସେଙ୍ ଡେଏନ୍ କେନ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜି ସାସନତଜି ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଞେନ୍ ଜନା, ତିଆସନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ଅବ୍ବୋର୍ସାଲନ୍ ବର୍ନେଞେନ୍ ବର୍ତନାୟ୍ ।
Then Paul, after the governor had beckoned to him to speak, answered, Since I know that thou hast been for many years a judge for this nation, I answer for myself cheerfully;
11 ଆମନ୍ ସେକ୍କୁଏନ୍ ଡେନ୍ ଜନାତମ୍, ଲଙେ ମାୟ୍ଲେ ବାର ଡିନ୍ନା ଡେତେ, ତି ସିଲଡ୍ଲ୍ଲନ୍ ଆରି ଅଃଗୋଗୋଜେ, ଞେନ୍ ବମିୟ୍ତା ଗିର୍ଜାନେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଜିରୁସାଲମନ୍ ଇୟେନ୍ ।
for it is in thy power to ascertain that it is not more than twelve days since I went up to Jerusalem to worship.
12 ସରେବାସିଂଲୋଙନ୍ ଆନ୍ନିଙ୍ ସରିନ୍ ଅଃଗୋଡ଼େଲନାୟ୍, ଆରି ରନୁକ୍କୁସିଂଲୋଙନ୍ କି ଗଡ଼ାଲୋଙନ୍ ଅନ୍ନିଙ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ଗୋଡ଼େନ୍ ତନବନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଅଃଞଙ୍ଞଙ୍ଲାଜି ।
And neither in the temple did they find me disputing with any one, or stirring up a tumult of the people, nor in the synagogues, nor in the city;
13 ଆରି, ନମି କେନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ବିରୁଦଲୋଙ୍ଞେନ୍ ଅମଙ୍ନମ୍ ଇନିଜି ଇୟ୍ତାୟ୍ କାୟ୍କାୟମ୍ଜି, ତିଆତେଜି ଆସନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ସାକିନ୍ ତିୟ୍ଲେ ଅଃର୍ରପ୍ତିଏଜି ।
nor can they prove the things of which they now accuse me.
14 ଞେନ୍ ଅମଙ୍ନମ୍ ବର୍ତନାୟ୍ ଅଙ୍ଗା ଆ ତଙର୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି କଣ୍ଡାୟ୍ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ବର୍ତଞ୍ଜି, ତି ଆ ତଙର୍ ସନ୍ଲେ ଞେନ୍ ପୁର୍ବା ଜୋଜୋଲେଞ୍ଜି ଆ ଇସ୍ୱର ପୁର୍ତାୟ୍; ଆରି ମୋସାନ୍ ଆ ବନାଁୟ୍ବର୍ ଡ ପୁର୍ବାଃତେ ବର୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଆ ବଇଲୋଙ୍ ଆଇଡିଡନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେଜି ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ଡର୍ତନାୟ୍ ।
But this I acknowledge to thee, that according to the way [[of belief]] which they call a sect, so do I worship the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and by the Prophets;
15 ମନଙ୍ମର୍ ଆରି ଏର୍ମନଙ୍ମର୍ ଅଡ଼୍କୋଞ୍ଜି ୟର୍ମେଙ୍ତଜି ଗାମ୍ଲେ କେନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଏଙ୍ଗାଲେ ଆସାତଞ୍ଜି, ତି ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଞେନ୍ ନିୟ୍ ଏତ୍ତେଲେ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଆସାଞେନ୍ ଡକୋ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଅମଙ୍ବେନ୍ ବର୍ତନାୟ୍ ।
having a hope in God, which they themselves also entertain, that there will be a resurrection both of the righteous and the unrighteous.
16 ତିଆସନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ନିୟ୍ ଡିତାନ୍ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଡ ମନ୍ରାନ୍ ଆ ତେମଡ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ମଡ଼ି ବୁଡ୍ଡିନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଏର୍ଡୋସାଡାଗୋ ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ନେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଏର୍ତାୟ୍ ଗୋୟ୍ତାୟ୍ ।
On this ground do I also myself strive to have always a conscience void of offence toward God and toward men.
17 ଜବ୍ର ବର୍ସେଙ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ଜିରୁସାଲମନ୍ ଜାତିମର୍ଞେଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ ତନିୟ୍ତିୟନ୍ ପନାଙନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଡ ଅନମଙନ୍ ତନିୟନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଇୟ୍ଲାୟ୍ ।
And after some years I came to bring alms to my nation, and to make offerings;
18 ତି ଆ ବନେଡ଼ା ଞେନ୍ ସରେବାସିଂଲୋଙନ୍ ମନଡ଼ିର୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଲରୁମ୍ଲାଞନ୍ ଆଡିଡ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଗିୟ୍ଲିଁୟ୍ଜି; ଅମଙ୍ଞେନ୍ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଅଃଡ୍ଡକୋଲଜି କି ଆନ୍ନିଙ୍ ସରିନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ଅଃଗୋଡ଼େଲନାୟ୍ ।
in doing which they found me purified in the temple, not with a crowd nor with tumult; but certain Jews from Asia [[caused it]],
19 ବନ୍ଡ ଆସିଆ ଡେସାନ୍ ଆ ଜିଉଦିମର୍ଜି ତେତ୍ତେ ଡକୋଏଞ୍ଜି; ବିରୁଦଲୋଙ୍ଞେନ୍ ଆମଙଞ୍ଜି ଇନ୍ନିଙ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେ ଡକୋଏନ୍ ଡେନ୍, ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଅମଙ୍ନମ୍ ଇୟ୍ଲେ ଇୟ୍ତାୟ୍ କାୟ୍କାୟମ୍ଜି ବନ୍ ।
who ought to be here before thee, and make their charge, if they had aught against me.
20 ଅଡ଼େ ଞେନ୍ ଆରବ୍ପନ୍ସୁଆତିଲିଞଞ୍ଜି ଆଡିଡ୍ ଇନି ଆ ଇର୍ସେ ଲୁମ୍ଲାୟ୍ ଡ ଞେନ୍ ତେତ୍ତେ ଡୋସାଲିଁୟ୍, ତିଆତେ କେନ୍ ତେନ୍ନେ ଡକୋନ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜି ବର୍ନେତଜି ।
Or, let these men themselves say what wrongdoing they found in me when I stood before the council,
21 ପନ୍ସୁଆତିମରଞ୍ଜି ଆ ମୁକ୍କାବା ତନଙ୍ଲେ ଡରକୋଲନାଞନ୍ ଆଡିଡ୍, ଞେନ୍ ଅବୟ୍ ବର୍ନେନ୍ ବର୍ରନାୟ୍, ‘ଆରବୁମରଞ୍ଜି ୟର୍ମେଙ୍ତଜି ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଞେନ୍ ଡର୍ତନାୟ୍, ତିଆସନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଲଙେ ଞେନ୍ ଏବ୍ପନ୍ସୁଆତିତିଁୟ୍ ।’”
except in relation to this one expression, which I uttered aloud while standing among them: Concerning the resurrection of the dead I am tried before you this day.
22 ପେଲିକ୍ସ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଡ଼ନ୍ କେନ୍ ଆ କଡାଡ଼ି ମନଙ୍ ଜନା, ତିଆସନ୍ ଅଃନ୍ନବ୍ପନ୍ସୁଆତିଲଜି, ଆରି ଆନିନ୍ ଗାମେନ୍, “ଲୁସିଆନ୍ ମୁଡ଼ ସିପ୍ପାୟନ୍ ଜିର୍ରାୟ୍ ଡେନ୍ କେନ୍ଆତେ ଆସନ୍ ଏକଡାଡ଼ିନେବା ।”
But Felix, having an accurate knowledge of the matters relating to this way [[of belief]], put them off, and said, When Lysias the chief captain cometh down, I will thoroughly examine your case.
23 ଆନିନ୍ ପାଓଲନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବଣ୍ଡିଲେ ଡନକ୍କୋନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ସୋଡ଼ା ସିପ୍ପାୟନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବରେନ୍, ଆରି ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଗୋଗୋୟ୍ ଏଡଣ୍ଡାୟ୍ଡଙ୍ ଗାମେନ୍, ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ସନାକ୍କେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଆ କୁଲମଞ୍ଜି ଇୟ୍ଲାଜି ଡେନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଏରଙ୍ଡଙେଜି ଗାମେନ୍ ।
He also gave orders to the centurion to guard him, and let him have indulgence, and not to forbid any of his friends to do him service.
24 ଅସୋୟ୍ ଡିନ୍ନା ଆ ତିକ୍କି ପେଲିକ୍ସନ୍ ଡ ଆ ଡୁକ୍ରିନ୍ ଜିଉଦିବୟ୍ ଦ୍ରୁସିଲାନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଇୟ୍ଲାଜି କି ପାଓଲନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଓଡ୍ଡେଡାଲେ ଜିସୁ କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଆଡର୍ରନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେ ଅମ୍ଡଙେଞ୍ଜି ।
And after some days, Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was a Jewess, and sent for Paul, and heard him concerning the faith in Christ.
25 ବନ୍ଡ ପାଓଲନ୍ ଡରମ୍ମନ୍, ଆବ୍ବୟ୍ମନ୍ନଡମ୍ନେନ୍ ଡ ଆଜିର୍ତାଞନ୍ ଆ ପନ୍ସୁଆତି ଡିନ୍ନା ଆ ବର୍ନେଜି ଆବର୍ରନେନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ଲ୍ଲନ୍, ପେଲିକ୍ସନ୍ ବତଙେନ୍ କି, “ଆମନ୍ ନମିଞେନ୍ ଜିରା, ରୟଙନ୍ ଏଞାଙ୍ଲାୟ୍ ଡେନ୍ ଆରି ବତର ଏଓଡ୍ଡେତମ୍,” ଗାମ୍ଲେ ପାଓଲନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବରେନ୍ ।
And as he discoursed of righteousness, and temperance, and the judgment to come, Felix became alarmed, and answered, Go thy way for the present; and when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.
26 ଆରି ଆନିନ୍ ପାଓଲନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ତଙ୍କାନ୍ ଞାଙ୍ତାୟ୍ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଆସାଲନ୍ ଡକୋଲନ୍, ତିଆସନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ ନମିନ୍ ନମିନ୍ ପାଓଲନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଓଡ୍ଡେଡାଲେ ଆନିନ୍ ସରିନ୍ କଡାଡ଼ିଲନ୍ ।
He hoped also that money would be given him by Paul; on which account he sent for him the oftener, and conversed with him.
27 ବାଗୁ ବର୍ସେଙ୍ ଆଡ୍ରେଏନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ଲ୍ଲନ୍ ପେଲିକ୍ସନ୍ ଆ ପାଲ୍ତେଙ୍ ପର୍କିଅ ପେସ୍ଟସ୍ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଡ଼ ଅମ୍ମେଲେ ତବ୍ନଙେଞ୍ଜି, ପେଲିକ୍ସନ୍ ଜିଉଦିମରଞ୍ଜି ଅନବ୍ସର୍ଡାନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ପାଓଲନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବଣ୍ଡିଡାଲେ ଜିରେନ୍ ।
But after two years Felix was succeeded by Porcius Festus; and Felix, wishing to gain favor with the Jews, left Paul bound.
