ゼカリヤ書 13
1 その日には、罪と汚れとを清める一つの泉が、ダビデの家とエルサレムの住民とのために開かれる。
"In that day there will be a spring opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for uncleanness.
2 万軍の主は言われる、その日には、わたしは地から偶像の名を取り除き、重ねて人に覚えられることのないようにする。わたしはまた預言者および汚れの霊を、地から去らせる。
It will come to pass in that day, says the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they will be remembered no more. I will also cause the prophets and the spirit of impurity to pass out of the land.
3 もし、人が今後預言するならば、その産みの父母はこれにむかって、『あなたは主の名をもって偽りを語るゆえ、生きていることができない』と言い、その産みの父母は彼が預言している時、彼を刺すであろう。
It will happen that, when anyone still prophesies, then his father and his mother who bore him will tell him, 'You must die, because you speak lies in the name of the LORD;' and his father and his mother who bore him will stab him when he prophesies.
4 その日には、預言者たちは皆預言する時、その幻を恥じる。また人を欺くための毛の上着を着ない。
It will happen in that day, that the prophets will each be ashamed of his vision, when he prophesies; neither will they wear a hairy mantle to deceive:
5 そして『わたしは預言者ではない、わたしは土地を耕す者だ。若い時から土地を持っている』と言う。
but he will say, 'I am no prophet, I am a tiller of the ground; for I have been made a bondservant from my youth.'
6 もし、人が彼に『あなたの背中の傷は何か』と尋ねるならば、『これはわたしの友だちの家で受けた傷だ』と、彼は言うであろう」。
One will say to him, 'What are these wounds between your hands?' Then he will answer, 'Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.'
7 万軍の主は言われる、「つるぎよ、立ち上がってわが牧者を攻めよ。わたしの次に立つ人を攻めよ。牧者を撃て、その羊は散る。わたしは手をかえして、小さい者どもを攻める。
"Awake, sword, against my shepherd, and against the man who is close to me," says the LORD of hosts. "I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; and I will turn my hand against the little ones.
8 主は言われる、全地の人の三分の二は断たれて死に、三分の一は生き残る。
It shall happen that in all the land," says the LORD, "two parts in it will be cut off and die; but the third will be left in it.
9 わたしはこの三分の一を火の中に入れ、銀をふき分けるように、これをふき分け、金を精錬するように、これを精錬する。彼らはわたしの名を呼び、わたしは彼らに答える。わたしは『彼らはわが民である』と言い、彼らは『主はわが神である』と言う」。
I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say, 'It is my people;' and they will say, 'The LORD is my God.'"
