詩篇 71
1 主よ、わたしはあなたに寄り頼む。とこしえにわたしをはずかしめないでください。
In you, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
2 あなたの義をもってわたしを助け、わたしを救い出してください。あなたの耳を傾けて、わたしをお救いください。
Deliver me in your righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline your ear to me, and save me.
3 わたしのためにのがれの岩となり、わたしを救う堅固な城となってください。あなたはわが岩、わが城だからです。
Be you my strong habitation, where I may continually resort: you have given commandment to save me; for you are my rock and my fortress.
4 わが神よ、悪しき者の手からわたしを救い、不義、残忍な人の支配から、わたしを救い出してください。
Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
5 主なる神よ、あなたはわたしの若い時からのわたしの望み、わたしの頼みです。
For you are my hope, O Lord GOD: you are my trust from my youth.
6 わたしは生れるときからあなたに寄り頼みました。あなたはわたしを母の胎から取り出されたかたです。わたしは常にあなたをほめたたえます。
By you have I been held up from the womb: you are he that took me out of my mother’s bowels: my praise shall be continually of you.
7 わたしは多くの人に怪しまれるような者となりました。しかしあなたはわたしの堅固な避け所です。
I am as a wonder to many; but you are my strong refuge.
8 わたしの口はひねもす、あなたをたたえるさんびと、頌栄とをもって満たされています。
Let my mouth be filled with your praise and with your honor all the day.
9 わたしが年老いた時、わたしを見離さないでください。わたしが力衰えた時、わたしを見捨てないでください。
Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength fails.
10 わたしの敵はわたしについて語り、わたしのいのちをうかがう者は共にはかって、
For my enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,
11 「神は彼を見捨てた。彼を助ける者がないから彼を追って捕えよ」と言います。
Saying, God has forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.
12 神よ、わたしに遠ざからないでください。わが神よ、すみやかに来てわたしを助けてください。
O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.
13 わたしにあだする者を恥じさせ、滅ぼしてください。わたしをそこなわんとする者を、そしりと、はずかしめとをもっておおってください。
Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonor that seek my hurt.
14 しかしわたしは絶えず望みをいだいて、いよいよあなたをほめたたえるでしょう。
But I will hope continually, and will yet praise you more and more.
15 わたしの口はひねもすあなたの義と、あなたの救とを語るでしょう。わたしはその数を知らないからです。
My mouth shall show forth your righteousness and your salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.
16 わたしは主なる神の大能のみわざを携えゆき、ただあなたの義のみを、ほめたたえるでしょう。
I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of your righteousness, even of your only.
17 神よ、あなたはわたしを若い時から教えられました。わたしはなお、あなたのくすしきみわざを宣べ伝えます。
O God, you have taught me from my youth: and till now have I declared your wondrous works.
18 神よ、わたしが年老いて、しらがとなるとも、あなたの力をきたらんとするすべての代に宣べ伝えるまで、わたしを見捨てないでください。
Now also when I am old and gray headed, O God, forsake me not; until I have showed your strength to this generation, and your power to every one that is to come.
19 神よ、あなたの大能と義とは高い天にまで及ぶ。あなたは大いなる事をなされました。神よ、だれかあなたに等しい者があるでしょうか。
Your righteousness also, O God, is very high, who have done great things: O God, who is like to you!
20 あなたはわたしを多くの重い悩みにあわされましたが、再びわたしを生かし、地の深い所から引きあげられるでしょう。
You, which have showed me great and sore troubles, shall quicken me again, and shall bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
21 あなたはわたしの誉を増し、再びわたしを慰められるでしょう。
You shall increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.
22 わが神よ、わたしはまた立琴をもってあなたと、あなたのまこととをほめたたえます。イスラエルの聖者よ、わたしは琴をもってあなたをほめ歌います。
I will also praise you with the psaltery, even your truth, O my God: to you will I sing with the harp, O you Holy One of Israel.
23 わたしがあなたにむかってほめ歌うとき、わがくちびるは喜び呼ばわり、あなたがあがなわれたわが魂もまた喜び呼ばわるでしょう。
My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing to you; and my soul, which you have redeemed.
24 わたしの舌もまたひねもすあなたの義を語るでしょう。わたしをそこなわんとした者が恥じあわてたからです。
My tongue also shall talk of your righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought to shame, that seek my hurt.
