詩篇 68
1 聖歌隊の指揮者によってうたわせたダビデの歌、さんび 神よ、立ちあがって、その敵を散らし、神を憎む者をみ前から逃げ去らせてください。
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David, a Song. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered; let them also that hate him flee before him.
2 煙の追いやられるように彼らを追いやり、ろうの火の前に溶けるように悪しき者を神の前に滅ぼしてください。
As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 しかし正しい者を喜ばせ、神の前に喜び踊らせ、喜び楽しませてください。
But let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God: yea, let them rejoice with gladness.
4 神にむかって歌え、そのみ名をほめうたえ。雲に乗られる者にむかって歌声をあげよ。その名は主、そのみ前に喜び踊れ。
Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: cast up a highway for him that rideth through the deserts; his name is JAH; and exult ye before him.
5 その聖なるすまいにおられる神はみなしごの父、やもめの保護者である。
A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
6 神は寄るべなき者に住むべき家を与え、めしゅうどを解いて幸福に導かれる。しかしそむく者はかわいた地に住む。
God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out the prisoners into prosperity: but the rebellious dwell in a parched land.
7 神よ、あなたが民に先だち出て、荒野を進み行かれたとき、 (セラ)
O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; (Selah)
8 シナイの主なる神の前に、イスラエルの神なる神の前に、地は震い、天は雨を降らせました。
The earth trembled, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: [even] yon Sinai [trembled] at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
9 神よ、あなたは豊かな雨を降らせて、疲れ衰えたあなたの嗣業の地を回復され、
Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.
10 あなたの群れは、そのうちにすまいを得ました。神よ、あなたは恵みをもって貧しい者のために備えられました。
Thy congregation dwelt therein: thou, O God, didst prepare of thy goodness for the poor.
11 主は命令を下される。おとずれを携えた女たちの大いなる群れは言う、
The Lord giveth the word: the women that publish the tidings are a great host.
12 「もろもろの軍勢の王たちは逃げ去り、逃げ去った」と。家にとどまる女たちは獲物を分ける、
Kings of armies flee, they flee: and she that tarrieth at home divideth the spoil.
13 たとい彼らは羊のおりの中にとどまるとも。はとの翼は、しろがねをもっておおわれ、その羽はきらめくこがねをもっておおわれる。
Will ye lie among the sheepfolds, [as] the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her pinions with yellow gold?
14 全能者がかしこで王たちを散らされたとき、ザルモンに雪が降った。
When the Almighty scattered kings therein, [it was as when] it snoweth in Zalmon.
15 神の山、バシャンの山、峰かさなる山、バシャンの山よ。
A mountain of God is the mountain of Bashan; an high mountain is the mountain of Bashan.
16 峰かさなるもろもろの山よ、何ゆえ神がすまいにと望まれた山をねたみ見るのか。まことに主はとこしえにそこに住まわれる。
Why look ye askance, ye high mountains, at the mountain which God hath desired for his abode? yea, the LORD will dwell [in it] for ever.
17 主は神のいくさ車幾千万をもって、シナイから聖所に来られた。
The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands upon thousands: the Lord is among them, [as in] Sinai, in the sanctuary.
18 あなたはとりこを率い、人々のうちから、またそむく者のうちから贈り物をうけて、高い山に登られた。主なる神がそこに住まわれるためである。
Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led [thy] captivity captive; thou hast received gifts among men, yea, [among] the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell [with them].
19 日々にわれらの荷を負われる主はほむべきかな。神はわれらの救である。 (セラ)
Blessed be the Lord, who daily beareth our burden, even the God who is our salvation. (Selah)
20 われらの神は救の神である。死からのがれ得るのは主なる神による。
God is unto us a God of deliverances; and unto JEHOVAH the Lord belong the issues from death.
21 神はその敵のこうべを打ち砕き、おのがとがの中に歩む者の毛深い頭のいただきを打ち砕かれる。
But God shall smite through the head of his enemies, the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his guiltiness.
22 主は言われた、「わたしはバシャンから彼らを携え帰り、海の深い所から彼らを携え帰る。
The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring [them] again from the depths of the sea:
23 あなたはその足を彼らの血に浸し、あなたの犬の舌はその分け前を敵から得るであろう」と。
That thou mayest dip thy foot in blood, that the tongue of thy dogs may have its portion from [thine] enemies.
24 神よ、人々はあなたのこうごうしい行列を見た。わが神、わが王の、聖所に進み行かれるのを見た。
They have seen thy goings, O God, even the goings of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.
25 歌う者は前に行き、琴をひく者はあとになり、おとめらはその間にあって手鼓を打って言う、
The singers went before, the minstrels followed after, in the midst of the damsels playing with timbrels.
26 「大いなる集会で神をほめよ。イスラエルの源から出た者よ、主をほめまつれ」と。
Bless ye God in the congregations, even the Lord, [ye that are] of the fountain of Israel.
27 そこに彼らを導く年若いベニヤミンがおり、その群れの中にユダの君たちがおり、ゼブルンの君たち、ナフタリの君たちがいる。
There is little Benjamin their ruler, the princes of Judah [and] their council, the princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali.
28 神よ、あなたの大能を奮い起してください。われらのために事をなされた神よ、あなたの力をお示しください。
Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.
29 エルサレムにあるあなたの宮のために、王たちはあなたに贈り物をささげるでしょう。
Because of thy temple at Jerusalem kings shall bring presents unto thee.
30 葦の中に住む獣、もろもろの民の子牛を率いる雄牛の群れをいましめてください。みつぎ物をむさぼる者たちを足の下に踏みつけ、戦いを好むもろもろの民を散らしてください。
Rebuke the wild beast of the reeds, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the peoples, trampling under foot the pieces of silver; he hath scattered the peoples that delight in war.
31 青銅をエジプトから持ちきたらせ、エチオピヤには急いでその手を神に伸べさせてください。
Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall haste to stretch out her hands unto God.
32 地のもろもろの国よ、神にむかって歌え、主をほめうたえ。 (セラ)
Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord; (Selah)
33 いにしえからの天の天に乗られる主にむかってほめうたえ。見よ、主はみ声を出し、力あるみ声を出される。
To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which are of old; lo, he uttereth his voice, [and that] a mighty voice.
34 力を神に帰せよ。その威光はイスラエルの上にあり、その力は雲の中にある。
Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the skies.
35 神はその聖所で恐るべく、イスラエルの神はその民に力と勢いとを与えられる。神はほむべきかな。
O God, [thou art] terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel, he giveth strength and power unto [his] people. Blessed be God.
