詩篇 66
1 聖歌隊の指揮者によってうたわせた歌、さんび 全地よ、神にむかって喜び呼ばわれ。
For the Leader. A Song, a Psalm. Shout unto God, all the earth;
2 そのみ名の栄光を歌え。栄えあるさんびをささげよ。
Sing praises unto the glory of His name; make His praise glorious.
3 神に告げよ。「あなたのもろもろのみわざは恐るべきかな。大いなるみ力によって、あなたの敵はみ前に屈服し、
Say unto God: 'How tremendous is Thy work! Through the greatness of Thy power shall Thine enemies dwindle away before Thee.
4 全地はあなたを拝み、あなたをほめうたい、み名をほめうたうであろう」と。 (セラ)
All the earth shall worship Thee, and shall sing praises unto Thee; they shall sing praises to Thy name.' (Selah)
5 来て、神のみわざを見よ。人の子らにむかってなされることは恐るべきかな。
Come, and see the works of God; He is terrible in His doing toward the children of men.
6 神は海を変えて、かわいた地とされた。人々は徒歩で川を渡った。その所でわれらは神を喜んだ。
He turned the sea into dry land; they went through the river on foot; there let us rejoice in Him!
7 神は大能をもって、とこしえに統べ治め、その目はもろもろの国民を監視される。そむく者はみずからを高くしてはならない。 (セラ)
Who ruleth by His might for ever; His eyes keep watch upon the nations; let not the rebellious exalt themselves. (Selah)
8 もろもろの民よ、われらの神をほめよ。神をほめたたえる声を聞えさせよ。
Bless our God, ye peoples, and make the voice of His praise to be heard;
9 神はわれらを生きながらえさせ、われらの足のすべるのをゆるされない。
Who hath set our soul in life, and suffered not our foot to be moved,
10 神よ、あなたはわれらを試み、しろがねを練るように、われらを練られた。
For Thou, O God, hast tried us; Thou hast refined us, as silver is refined.
11 あなたはわれらを網にひきいれ、われらの腰に重き荷を置き、
Thou didst bring us into the hold; Thou didst lay constraint upon our loins.
12 人々にわれらの頭の上を乗り越えさせられた。われらは火の中、水の中を通った。しかしあなたはわれらを広い所に導き出された。
Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water; but Thou didst bring us out unto abundance.
13 わたしは燔祭をもってあなたの家に行き、わたしの誓いをあなたに果します。
I will come into Thy house with burnt-offerings, I will perform unto Thee my vows,
14 これはわたしが悩みにあったとき、わたしのくちびるの言い出したもの、わたしの口が約束したものです。
Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in distress.
15 わたしは肥えたものの燔祭を雄羊のいけにえの煙と共にあなたにささげ、雄牛と雄やぎとをささげます。 (セラ)
I will offer unto Thee burnt-offerings of fatlings, with the sweet smoke of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. (Selah)
16 すべて神を恐れる者よ、来て聞け。神がわたしのためになされたことを告げよう。
Come, and hearken, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what He hath done for my soul.
17 わたしは声をあげて神に呼ばわり、わが舌をもって神をあがめた。
I cried unto Him with my mouth, and He was extolled with my tongue.
18 もしわたしが心に不義をいだいていたならば、主はお聞きにならないであろう。
If I had regarded iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not hear;
19 しかし、まことに神はお聞きになり、わが祈の声にみこころをとめられた。
But verily God hath heard; He hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
20 神はほむべきかな。神はわが祈をしりぞけず、そのいつくしみをわたしから取り去られなかった。
Blessed be God, who hath not turned away my prayer, nor His mercy from me.
