詩篇 30
1 宮をささげるときにうたったダビデの歌 主よ、わたしはあなたをあがめます。あなたはわたしを引きあげ、敵がわたしの事によって喜ぶのを、ゆるされなかったからです。
A Psalm [and] Song, [at] the dedication of the house of David. I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
2 わが神、主よ、わたしがあなたにむかって助けを叫び求めると、あなたはわたしをいやしてくださいました。
O LORD my God, I cried to thee, and thou hast healed me.
O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol h7585)
4 主の聖徒よ、主をほめうたい、その聖なるみ名に感謝せよ。
Sing to the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
5 その怒りはただつかのまで、その恵みはいのちのかぎり長いからである。夜はよもすがら泣きかなしんでも、朝と共に喜びが来る。
For his anger [endureth but] a moment; in his favor [is] life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy [cometh] in the morning.
6 わたしは安らかな時に言った、「わたしは決して動かされることはない」と。
And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
7 主よ、あなた恵みをもって、わたしをゆるがない山のように堅くされました。あなたがみ顔をかくされたので、わたしはおじ惑いました。
LORD, by thy favor thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, [and] I was troubled.
8 主よ、わたしはあなたに呼ばわりました。ひたすら主に請い願いました、
I cried to thee, O LORD; and to the LORD I made supplication.
9 「わたしが墓に下るならば、わたしの死になんの益があるでしょうか。ちりはあなたをほめたたえるでしょうか。あなたのまことをのべ伝えるでしょうか。
What profit [is there] in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
10 主よ、聞いてください、わたしをあわれんでください。主よ、わたしの助けとなってください」と。
Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
11 あなたはわたしのために、嘆きを踊りにかえ、荒布を解き、喜びをわたしの帯とされました。
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
12 これはわたしの魂があなたをほめたたえて、口をつぐむことのないためです。わが神、主よ、わたしはとこしえにあなたに感謝します。
To the end that [my] glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to thee for ever.
