レビ記 27
1 主はモーセに言われた、
And YHWH spake unto Moses, saying,
2 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『人があなたの値積りに従って主に身をささげる誓願をする時は、
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for YHWH by thy estimation.
3 あなたの値積りは、二十歳から六十歳までの男には、その値積りを聖所のシケルに従って銀五十シケルとし、
And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 女には、その値積りは三十シケルとしなければならない。
And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.
5 また五歳から二十歳までは、男にはその値積りを二十シケルとし、女には十シケルとしなければならない。
And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
6 一か月から五歳までは、男にはその値積りを銀五シケルとし、女にはその値積りを銀三シケルとしなければならない。
And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 また六十歳以上は、男にはその値積りを十五シケルとし、女には十シケルとしなければならない。
And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
8 もしその人が貧しくて、あなたの値積りに応じることができないならば、祭司の前に立ち、祭司の値積りを受けなければならない。祭司はその誓願者の力に従って値積らなければならない。
But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
9 主に供え物とすることができる家畜で、人が主にささげるものはすべて聖なる物となる。
And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto YHWH, all that any man giveth of such unto YHWH shall be holy.
10 ほかのものをそれに代用してはならない。良い物を悪い物に、悪い物を良い物に取り換えてはならない。もし家畜と家畜とを取り換えるならば、その物も、それと取り換えた物も共に聖なる物となるであろう。
He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
11 もしそれが汚れた家畜で、主に供え物としてささげられないものであるならば、その人はその家畜を祭司の前に引いてこなければならない。
And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto YHWH, then he shall present the beast before the priest:
12 祭司はその良い悪いに従って、それを値積らなければならない。それは祭司が値積るとおりになるであろう。
And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.
13 もしその人が、それをあがなおうとするならば、その値積りにその五分の一を加えなければならない。
But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.
14 もし人が自分の家を主に聖なる物としてささげるときは、祭司はその良い悪いに従って、それを値積らなければならない。それは祭司が値積ったとおりになるであろう。
And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto YHWH, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
15 もしその家をささげる人が、それをあがなおうとするならば、その値積りの金に、その五分の一を加えなければならない。そうすれば、それは彼のものとなるであろう。
And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
16 もし人が相続した畑の一部を主にささげるときは、あなたはそこにまく種の多少に応じて、値積らなければならない。すなわち、大麦一ホメルの種を銀五十シケルに値積らなければならない。
And if a man shall sanctify unto YHWH some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
17 もしその畑をヨベルの年からささげるのであれば、その価はあなたの値積りのとおりになるであろう。
If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.
18 もしその畑をヨベルの年の後にささげるのであれば、祭司はヨベルの年までに残っている年の数に従ってその金を数え、それをあなたの値積りからさし引かなければならない。
But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
19 もしまた、その畑をささげる人が、それをあがなおうとするならば、あなたの値積りの金にその五分の一を加えなければならない。そうすれば、それは彼のものと決まるであろう。
And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
20 しかし、もしその畑をあがなわず、またそれを他の人に売るならば、それはもはやあがなうことができないであろう。
And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
21 その畑は、ヨベルの年になって期限が切れるならば、奉納の畑と同じく、主の聖なる物となり、祭司の所有となるであろう。
But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto YHWH, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.
22 もしまた相続した畑の一部でなく、買った畑を主にささげる時は、
And if a man sanctify unto YHWH a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
23 祭司は値積りしてヨベルの年までの金を数えなければならない。その人はその値積りの金をその日に主にささげて、聖なる物としなければならない。
Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto YHWH.
24 ヨベルの年にその畑は売り主であるその地の相続者に返るであろう。
In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
25 すべてあなたの値積りは聖所のシケルによってしなければならない。二十ゲラを一シケルとする。
And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
26 しかし、家畜のういごは、ういごとしてすでに主のものだから、だれもこれをささげてはならない。牛でも羊でも、それは主のものである。
Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be YHWH 's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is YHWH 's.
27 もし汚れた家畜であるならば、あなたの値積りにその五分の一を加えて、その人はこれをあがなわなければならない。もしあがなわないならば、それを値積りに従って売らなければならない。
And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.
28 ただし、人が自分の持っているもののうちから奉納物として主にささげたものは、人であっても、家畜であっても、また相続の畑であっても、いっさいこれを売ってはならない。またあがなってはならない。奉納物はすべて主に属するいと聖なる物である。
Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto YHWH of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto YHWH.
29 またすべて人のうちから奉納物としてささげられた人は、あがなってはならない。彼は必ず殺されなければならない。
None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.
30 地の十分の一は地の産物であれ、木の実であれ、すべて主のものであって、主に聖なる物である。
And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is YHWH 's: it is holy unto YHWH.
31 もし人がその十分の一をあがなおうとする時は、それにその五分の一を加えなければならない。
And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.
32 牛または羊の十分の一については、すべて牧者のつえの下を十番目に通るものは、主に聖なる物である。
And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto YHWH.
33 その良い悪いを問うてはならない。またそれを取り換えてはならない。もし取り換えたならば、それと、その取り換えたものとは、共に聖なる物となるであろう。それをあがなうことはできない』」。
He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
34 これらは主が、シナイ山で、イスラエルの人々のために、モーセに命じられた戒めである。
These are the commandments, which YHWH commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
