エゼキエル書 44
1 こうして、彼はわたしを連れて、聖所の東に向いている外の門に帰ると、門は閉じてあった。
Then he brought me back to the outer gate of the sanctuary, which looketh toward the east; and it was shut.
2 彼はわたしに言った、「この門は閉じたままにしておけ、開いてはならない。ここからだれもはいってはならない。イスラエルの神、主が、ここからはいったのだから、これは閉じたままにしておけ。
Then said Jehovah to me: This gate shall be shut; it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it; because Jehovah, the God of Israel, entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.
3 ただ君たる者だけが、この内に座し、主の前でパンを食し、門の廊を通ってはいり、またそこから外に出よ」。
The prince, because he is prince, shall sit in it, to eat food before Jehovah; he shall enter through the porch of that gate, and by the same way shall he go out.
4 彼はまたわたしを連れて、北の門の道から宮の前に行った。わたしが見ていると、見よ、主の栄光が主の宮に満ちた。わたしがひれ伏すと、
Then he brought me to the north gate before the house; and I looked, and behold, the glory of Jehovah filled the house of Jehovah. And I fell upon my face.
5 主はわたしに言われた、「人の子よ、主の宮のすべてのおきてと、そのすべての規定とについて、わたしがあなたに告げるすべての事に心をとめ、目を注ぎ、耳を傾けよ。また宮にはいることを許されている者と、聖所にはいることのできない者とに心せよ。
And Jehovah said to me: Son of man, mark well, and behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears all that I say to thee concerning all the ordinances of the house of Jehovah, and all the laws thereof; and mark well all the entrances of the house, and all the outward passages of the sanctuary.
6 また反逆の家であるイスラエルの家に言え。主なる神は、こう言われる、イスラエルの家よ、その憎むべきことをやめよ。
And say to the rebellious house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Let it suffice you of all your abominations, O house of Israel,
7 すなわちあなたがたは、わたしの食物である脂肪と血とがささげられる時、心にも肉にも、割礼を受けない異邦人を入れて、わが聖所におらせ、これを汚した。また、もろもろの憎むべきものをもって、わが契約を破った。
in that ye brought strangers, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, so that ye polluted my house when ye offered my food, the fat and the blood, and broke my covenant by all your abominations.
8 あなたがたは、わが聖なる物を守る務を怠り、かえって異邦人を立てて、わが聖所の務を守らせた。
And ye kept not the charge of my holy place, but appointed for yourselves such keepers of my charge in my sanctuary.
9 それゆえ、主なる神は、こう言われる、イスラエルの人々のうちにいるすべての異邦人のうち、心と肉とに割礼を受けないすべての者は、わが聖所にはいってはならない。
Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: No stranger, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of all the strangers that are among the sons of Israel.
10 またレビ人であって、イスラエルが迷った時、偶像を慕い、わたしから迷い出て、遠く離れた者は、その罪を負わなければならない。
But even the Levites, who departed from me when Israel went astray, who went astray from me after their idols, shall bear their iniquity.
11 すなわち彼らはわが聖所で、仕え人となり、宮の門を守る者となり、宮に仕えるしもべとなり、民のために、燔祭および犠牲のものを殺し、彼らの前に立って仕えなければならない。
Yet they shall be ministers in my sanctuary, having charge at the gates of the house, and ministering at the house; they shall slay the burnt-offering and sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them.
12 彼らはその偶像の前で民に仕え、イスラエルの家にとって、罪のつまずきとなったゆえ、主なる神は言われる、わたしは彼らについて誓った。彼らはその罪を負わなければならない。
Because they ministered to them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity, therefore have I lifted up my hand against them, saith the Lord Jehovah, that they shall bear their iniquity.
13 彼らはわたしに近づき、祭司として、わたしに仕えることはできない。またわたしの聖なる物、および最も聖なる物に、近づいてはならない。彼らはそのおこなった憎むべきことのため、恥を負わなければならない。
And they shall not come near to me to do the office of a priest to me, and to come near to any of my holy things in the most holy place, but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed.
14 しかし彼らには、宮を守る務をさせ、そのもろもろの務と、宮でなすべきすべての事とに当らせる。
But I will make them keepers of the charge of the house, for all the service thereof, and for all which is to be done therein.
15 しかしザドクの子孫であるレビの祭司たち、すなわちイスラエルの人々が、わたしを捨てて迷った時に、わが聖所の務を守った者どもは、わたしに仕えるために近づき、脂肪と血とをわたしにささげるために、わたしの前に立てと、主なる神は言われる。
But the priests, the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of my sanctuary when the sons of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister to me, and they shall stand before me to offer to me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord Jehovah.
16 すなわち彼らはわが聖所に入り、わが台に近づいてわたしに仕え、わたしの務を守る。
They shall come into my sanctuary, and they shall draw near to my table to minister to me, and shall keep my charge.
17 彼らが内庭の門にはいる時は、麻の衣服を着なければならない。内庭の門および宮の内で、務をなす時は、毛織物を身につけてはならない。
And when they enter the gates of the inner court, they shall be clothed with linen garments, and no wool shall come upon them while they minister in the gates of the inner court, and within the house.
18 また頭には亜麻布の冠をつけ、腰には亜麻布の袴をつけなければならない。ただし汗の出るような衣を身につけてはならない。
They shall have linen coverings upon their heads, and linen breeches upon their loins; they shall not gird themselves with anything that causeth sweat.
19 彼らは外庭に出る時、すなわち外庭に出て民に接する時は、務をなす時の衣服は脱いで聖なる室に置き、ほかの衣服を着なければならない。これはその衣服をもって、その聖なることを民にうつさないためである。
And when they go forth into the outer court, even into the outer court to the people, they shall put off their garments in which they ministered, and lay them in the holy rooms, and shall clothe themselves with other garments, that they may not sanctify the people with their garments.
20 彼らはまた頭をそってはならない。また髪を長くのばしてはならない。その頭の髪は切らなければならない。
They shall neither shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall shear their heads.
21 祭司はすべて内庭にはいる時は、酒を飲んではならない。
And no priest shall drink wine when they enter into the inner court.
22 また寡婦、および出された女をめとってはならない。ただイスラエルの家の血統の処女、あるいは祭司の妻で、やもめになったものをめとらなければならない。
Neither shall they take for their wives a widow, or her that is put away; but they shall take virgins of the race of the house of Israel, or a widow that is the widow of a priest.
23 彼らはわが民に、聖と俗との区別を教え、汚れたものと、清いものとの区別を示さなければならない。
And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and unholy, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
24 争いのある時は、さばきのために立ち、わがおきてにしたがってさばき、また、わたしのもろもろの祭の時は、彼らはわが律法と定めを守り、わが安息日を、聖別しなければならない。
And in controversy they shall stand to judge; according to my statutes shall they judge. And they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all my festivals, and they shall hallow my sabbaths.
25 死人に近づいて、身を汚してはならない。ただ父のため、母のため、むすこのため、娘のため、兄弟のため、夫をもたない姉妹のためには、近よって身を汚すことも許される。
And they shall come to no dead person to defile themselves; but for father, or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister that hath had no husband, they may defile themselves.
26 このような人は、汚れた後、自身のために、七日の期間を数えよ。そうすれば清まる。
And after his cleansing they shall reckon to him seven days.
27 彼は聖所に入り、内庭に行き、聖所で務に当る日には、罪祭をささげなければならないと、主なる神は言われる。
And in the day that he goeth into the sanctuary, into the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin-offering, saith the Lord Jehovah.
28 彼らには嗣業はない。わたしがその嗣業である。あなたがたはイスラエルの中で、彼らに所有を与えてはならない。わたしが彼らの所有である。
And it shall be to them for an inheritance, that I am their inheritance. And ye shall give them no possession in Israel; I am their possession.
29 彼らは素祭、罪祭、愆祭の物を食べる。すべてイスラエルのうちのささげられた物は彼らの物となる。
They shall eat the flour-offering, and the sin-offering, and the trespass-offering; and every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs.
30 すべての物の初なりの初物、およびすべてあなたがたのささげるもろもろのささげ物は、みな祭司のものとなる。またあなたがたの麦粉の初物は祭司に与えよ。これはあなたがたの家が、祝福されるためである。
And the first of all the first-fruits, and every oblation of all your oblations, shall belong to the priests. Ye shall also give to the priest the first of your meal, that he may cause a blessing to rest on thine house.
31 祭司は、鳥でも獣でも、すべて自然に死んだもの、または裂き殺されたものを食べてはならない。
The priests shall not eat of anything that dieth of itself, or that is torn, whether it be fowl or beast.
