詩篇 75

1 神よわれら汝にかんしやす われら感謝すなんぢの名はちかく坐せばなり もろもろの人はなんぢの奇しき事跡をかたりあへり

We give thanks to thee, O God. We give thanks, for thy name is near. Men tell of thy wondrous works.

2 定りたる期いたらば我なほき審判をなさん

When I shall find the set time, I will judge uprightly;

3 地とすべての之にすむものと消去しとき我そのもろもろの柱をたてたり (セラ)

when the earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved. I have set up the pillars of it. (Selah)

4 われ誇れるものに誇りかにおこなふなかれといひ 惡きものに角をあぐるなかれといへり

I said to the arrogant, Deal not arrogantly, and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn.

5 なんぢらの角をたかく擧るなかれ頸をかたくして高りいふなかれ

Lift not up your horn on high. Speak not with a stiff neck.

6 擧ることは東よりにあらず西よりにあらずまた南よりにもあらざるなり

For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes lifting up.

7 ただ神のみ審士にましませば此をさげ彼をあげたまふ

But God is the judge. He put one down, and lifts another up.

8 ヱホバの手にさかづきありて酒あわだてり その中にものまじりてみつ 神これをそそぎいだせり 誠にその滓は地のすべてのあしき者しぼりて飮むべし

For in the hand of Jehovah there is a cup, and the wine foams. It is full of mixture, and he pours out of the same, surely to the dregs of it. All the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them.

9 されど我はヤコブの神をのべつたへん とこしへに讃うたはん

But I will declare forever. I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

10 われ惡きもののすべての角をきりはなたん 義きものの角はあげらるべし

All the horns of the wicked I will also cut off, but the horns of a righteous man shall be lifted up.
