詩篇 63

1 ああ神よなんぢはわが神なり われ切になんぢをたづねもとむ 水なき燥きおとろへたる地にあるごとくわが霊魂はかわきて汝をのぞみ わが肉體はなんぢを戀したふ

A psalm of David when he was in the desert of Edom. O God, my God, to thee do I watch at break of day. For thee my soul hath thirsted; for thee my flesh, O how many ways!

2 曩にも我かくのごとく大權と榮光とをみんことをねがひ聖所にありて目をなんぢより離れしめざりき

In a desert land, and where there is no way, and no water: so in the sanctuary have I come before thee, to see thy power and thy glory.

3 なんぢの仁慈はいのちにも勝れるゆゑにわが口唇はなんぢを讃まつらん

For thy mercy is better than lives: thee my lips shall praise.

4 斯われはわが生るあひだ汝をいはひ名によりてわが手をあげん

Thus will I bless thee all my life long: and in thy name I will lift up my hands.

5 われ床にありて汝をおもひいで夜の更るままになんぢを深くおもはん時 わがたましひは髓と脂とにて饗さるるごとく飽ことをえ わが口はよろこびの口唇をもてなんぢを讃たたへん

Let my soul be filled as with marrow and fatness: and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips.

6 われ床にありて汝をおもひいで夜の更るままになんぢを深くおもはん時 わがたましひは髓と脂とにて饗さるるごとく飽ことをえ わが口はよろこびの口唇をもてなんぢを讃たたへん

If I have remembered thee upon my bed, I will meditate on thee in the morning:

7 そはなんぢわが助となりたまひたれば 我なんぢの翼のかげに入てよろこびたのしまん

Because thou hast been my helper. And I will rejoice under the covert of thy wings:

8 わがたましひはなんぢを慕追ふ みぎの手はわれを支ふるなり

My soul hath stuck close to thee: thy right hand hath received me.

9 然どわがたましひを滅さんとて尋ねもとむるものは地のふかきところにゆき

But they have sought my soul in vain, they shall go into the lower parts of the earth:

10 又つるぎの刃にわたされ野犬の獲るところとなるべし

They shall be delivered into the hands of the sword, they shall be the portions of foxes.

11 しかれども王は神をよろこばん 神によりて誓をたつるものはみな誇ることをえん 虚偽をいふものの口はふさがるべければなり

But the king shall rejoice in God, all they shall be praised that swear by him: because the mouth is stopped of them that speak wicked things.
