< 詩篇 27 >

1 ヱホバはわが光わが救なりわれ誰をかおそれんヱホバはわが生命のちからなりわが懼るべきものはたれぞや

Jehovah is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? Jehovah is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?

2 われの敵われの仇なるあしきもの襲ひきたりてわが肉をくらはんとせしが蹶きかつ仆れたり

When evildoers came upon me to eat up my flesh, even my adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell.

3 縦ひいくさびと營をつらねて我をせむるともわが心おそれじたとひ戰ひおこりて我をせむるとも我になほ恃あり

Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident.

4 われ一事をヱホバにこへり我これをもとむわれヱホバの美しきを仰ぎその宮をみんがためにわが世にあらん限りはヱホバの家にすまんとこそ願ふなれ

One thing I have asked of Jehovah, that I will seek after, that I may dwell in the house of Jehovah all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of Jehovah, and to inquire in his temple.

5 ヱホバはなやみの日にその行宮のうちに我をひそませその幕屋のおくにわれをかくし巌のうへに我をたかく置たまふべければなり

For in the day of trouble he will hide me in his pavilion. In the covert of his tabernacle he will hide me. He will lift me up upon a rock.

6 今わが首はわれをめぐれる仇のうへに高くあげらるべしこの故にわれヱホバのまくやにて歓喜のそなへものを献んわれうたひてヱホバをほめたたへん

And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies round about me. And I will offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy. I will sing, yea, I will sing praises to Jehovah.

7 わが聲をあげてさけぶときヱホバよきき給へまた憐みてわれに應へたまへ

Hear, O Jehovah, when I cry with my voice. Have mercy also upon me, and answer me.

8 なんぢらわが面をたづねもとめよと(斯る聖言のありしとき)わが心なんぢにむかひてヱホバよ我なんぢの聖顔をたづねんといへり

My heart said to thee, I have sought thy face. O Jehovah, I will seek thy face.

9 ねがはくは聖顔をかくしたまふなかれ怒りてなんぢの僕をとほざけたまふなかれ汝はわれの助なり噫わがすくひの神よわれをおひいだし我をすてたまふなかれ

Hide not thy face from me. Put not thy servant away in anger. Thou have been my help. Cast me not off, nor forsake me, O God of my salvation.

10 わが父母われをすつるともヱホバわれを迎へたまはん

When my father and my mother forsake me, then Jehovah will take me up.

11 ヱホバよなんぢの途をわれにをしへわが仇のゆゑに我をたひらかなる途にみちびきたまへ

Teach me thy way, O Jehovah, and lead me in a plain path, because of my enemies.

12 いつはりの證をなすもの暴厲を吐もの我にさからひて起りたてり願くはわれを仇にわたしてその心のままに爲しめたまふなかれ

Deliver me not over to the will of my adversaries. For false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.
