詩篇 146

1 ヱホバを讃稱へよ わがたましひよヱホバをほめたたへよ

Praise ye Yah, Praise, O my soul, Yahweh.

2 われ生るかぎりはヱホバをほめたたへ わがながらふるほどはわが神をほめうたはん

I will praise Yahweh while I live! I will make melody to my God while I continue!

3 もろもろの君によりたのむことなく 人の子によりたのむなかれ かれらに助あることなし

Do not ye trust in nobles, in a son of man who hath no deliverance:

4 その氣息いでゆけばかれ土にかへる その日かれがもろもろの企圖はほろびん

His spirit, goeth forth, he returneth to his ground, In that very day, his thoughts perish.

5 ヤコブの神をおのが助としその望をおのが神ヱホバにおくものは福ひなり

How happy is he that hath the GOD of Jacob as his help, whose hope, is on Yahweh his God: —

6 此はあめつちと海とそのなかなるあらゆるものを造り とこしへに眞實をまもり

Who made The heavens and the earth, The sea and all that is therein, Who keepeth faithfulness to times age-abiding:

7 虐げらるるもののために審判をおこなひ 饑ゑたるものに食物をあたへたまふ神なり ヱホバはとらはれたる人をときはなちたまふ

Who executeth justice for the oppressed, who giveth food to the famishing, Yahweh, who liberateth prisoners;

8 ヱホバはめしひの目をひらき ヱホバは屈者をなほくたたせ ヱホバは義しきものを愛しみたまふ

Yahweh, who opened [the eyes of] the blind, Yahweh, who raiseth the prostrate, Yahweh, who loveth the righteous;

9 ヱホバは他邦人をまもり 孤子と寡婦とをささへたまふ されど惡きものの徑はくつがへしたまふなり

Yahweh, who preserveth sojourners, The fatherless and widows, he relieveth, —but, the way of the lawless, he overturneth.

10 ヱホバはとこしへに統治めたまはん シオンよなんぢの神はよろづ代まで統治めたまはん ヱホバをほめたたへよ

Yahweh, will reign, to times age-abiding, Thy God, O Zion, to generation after generation. Praise ye Yah!
