詩篇 106
1 ヱホバをほめたたへヱホバに感謝せよ そのめぐみはふかくその憐憫はかぎりなし
Praise ye Jehovah. Oh give thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; For his lovingkindness [endureth] for ever.
2 たれかヱホバの力ある事跡をかたり その讃べきことを悉とくいひあらはし得んや
Who can utter the mighty acts of Jehovah, Or show forth all his praise?
3 審判をまもる人々つねに正義をおこなふ者はさいはひなり
Blessed are they that keep justice, And he that doeth righteousness at all times.
4 ヱホバよなんぢの民にたまふ惠をもて我をおぼえ なんぢの救をもてわれに臨みたまへ
Remember me, O Jehovah, with the favor that thou bearest unto thy people; Oh visit me with thy salvation,
5 さらば我なんぢの撰びたまへる者のさいはひを見 なんぢの國の歓喜をよろこび なんぢの嗣業とともに誇ることをせん
That I may see the prosperity of thy chosen, That I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, That I may glory with thine inheritance.
6 われら列祖とともに罪ををかせり 我儕よこしまをなし惡をおこなへり
We have sinned with our fathers, We have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly.
7 われらの列祖はなんぢがエジプトにてなしたまへる奇しき事跡をさとらず 汝のあはれみの豊かなるを心にとめず 海のほとり即ち紅海のほとりにて逆きたり
Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; They remembered not the multitude of thy lovingkindnesses, But were rebellious at the sea, even at the Red Sea.
8 されどヱホバはその名のゆゑをもて彼等をすくひたまへり こは大なる能力をしらしめんとてなり
Nevertheless he saved them for his name’s sake, That he might make his mighty power to be known.
9 また紅海を叱咤したまひたれば乾きたり かくて民をみちびきて野をゆくがごとくに淵をすぎしめ
He rebuked the Red Sea also, and it was dried up: So he led them through the depths, as through a wilderness.
10 恨むるものの手よりかれらをすくひ 仇の手よりかれらを贖ひたまへり
And he saved them from the hand of him that hated them, And redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.
11 水その敵をおほひたればその一人だにのこりし者なかりき
And the waters covered their adversaries; There was not one of them left.
12 このとき彼等そのみことばを信じその頌美をうたへり
Then believed they his words; They sang his praise.
13 彼等しばしがほどにその事跡をわすれその訓誨をまたず
They soon forgat his works; They waited not for his counsel,
14 野にていたくむさぼり荒野にて神をこころみたりき
But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, And tempted God in the desert.
15 ヱホバはかれらの願欲をかなへたまひしかど その霊魂をやせしめたまへり
And he gave them their request, But sent leanness into their soul.
16 たみは營のうちにてモーセを嫉みヱホパの聖者アロンをねたみしかば
They envied Moses also in the camp, [And] Aaron the saint of Jehovah.
17 地ひらけてダタンを呑みアビラムの黨類をおほひ
The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, And covered the company of Abiram.
18 火はこのともがらの中にもえおこり熖はあしき者をやきつくせり
And a fire was kindled in their company; The flame burned up the wicked.
19 かれらはホレブの山にて犢をつくり鑄たる像ををがみたり
They made a calf in Horeb, And worshipped a molten image.
20 かくの如くおのが榮光をかへて草をくらふ牛のかたちに似す
Thus they changed their glory For the likeness of an ox that eateth grass.
21 救主なる神はエジプトにて大なるわざをなし
They forgat God their Saviour, Who had done great things in Egypt,
22 ハムの地にて奇しき事跡をなし紅海のほとりにて懼るべきことを爲たまへり かれは斯る神をわすれたり
Wondrous works in the land of Ham, [And] terrible things by the Red Sea.
23 この故にヱホバかれらを亡さんと宣まへり されど神のえらみたまへる者モーセやぶれの間隙にありてその前にたちその烈怒をひきかへして滅亡をまぬかれしめたり
Therefore he said that he would destroy them, Had not Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, To turn away his wrath, lest he should destroy [them].
24 かれら美しき地を蔑しそのみことばを信ぜず
Yea, they despised the pleasant land, They believed not his word,
25 剰さへその幕屋にてつぶやきヱホバの聲をもきかざりき
But murmured in their tents, And hearkened not unto the voice of Jehovah.
26 この故に手をあげて彼等にむかひたまへり これ野にてかれらを斃れしめんとし
Therefore he sware unto them, That he would overthrow them in the wilderness,
27 又もろもろの國のうちにてその裔をたふれしめ もろもろの地にかれらを散さんとしたまへるなり
And that he would overthrow their seed among the nations, And scatter them in the lands.
28 彼らはバアルベオルにつきて死るものの祭物をくらひたり
They joined themselves also unto Baal-peor, And ate the sacrifices of the dead.
29 斯のごとくその行爲をもてヱホバの烈怒をひきいだしければえやみ侵しいりたり
Thus they provoked him to anger with their doings; And the plague brake in upon them.
30 そのときピネハスたちて裁判をなせり かくて疫癘はやみぬ
Then stood up Phinehas, and executed judgment; And so the plague was stayed.
31 ピネハスは萬代までとこしへにこのことを義とせられたり
And that was reckoned unto him for righteousness, Unto all generations for evermore.
32 民メリバの水のほとりにてヱホバの烈怒をひきおこししかば かれらの故によりてモーセも禍害にあへり
They angered him also at the waters of Meribah, So that it went ill with Moses for their sakes;
33 かれら神の霊にそむきしかばモーセその口唇にて妄にものいひたればなり
Because they were rebellious against his spirit, And he spake unadvisedly with his lips.
34 かれらはヱホバの命じたまへる事にしたがはずしてもろもろの民をほろぼさず
They did not destroy the peoples, As Jehovah commanded them,
35 反てもろもろの國人とまじりをりてその行爲にならひ
But mingled themselves with the nations, And learned their works,
36 おのが羂となりしその偶像につかへたり
And served their idols, Which became a snare unto them.
37 かれらはその子女を鬼にささぐ
Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto demons,
38 罪なき血すなはちカナンの偶像にささげたる己がむすこむすめの血をながしぬ 斯てくには血にてけがされたり
And shed innocent blood, Even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, Whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan; And the land was polluted with blood.
39 またそのわざは自己をけがし そのおこなふところは姦淫なり
Thus were they defiled with their works, And played the harlot in their doings.
40 このゆゑにヱホバの怒その民にむかひて起り その嗣業をにくみて
Therefore was the wrath of Jehovah kindled against his people, And he abhorred his inheritance.
41 かれらをもろもろの國の手にわたしたまへり 彼等はおのれを恨るものに制へられ
And he gave them into the hand of the nations; And they that hated them ruled over them.
42 おのれの仇にしへたげられ その手の下にうちふせられたり
Their enemies also oppressed them, And they were brought into subjection under their hand.
43 ヱホバはしばしば助けたまひしかどかれらは謀略をまうけて逆き そのよこしまに卑くせられたり
Many times did he deliver them; But they were rebellious in their counsel, And were brought low in their iniquity.
44 されどヱホバはかれらの哭聲をききたまひしとき その患難をかへりみ
Nevertheless he regarded their distress, When he heard their cry:
45 その契約をかれらの爲におもひいだし その憐憫のゆたかなるにより聖意をかへさせ給ひて
And he remembered for them his covenant, And repented according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.
46 かれらを己がとりこにせられたる者どもに憐まるることを得しめたまへり
He made them also to be pitied Of all those that carried them captive.
47 われらの神ヱホバよ われらをすくひて列邦のなかより取集めたまへ われらは聖名に謝し なんぢのほむべき事をほこらん
Save us, O Jehovah our God, And gather us from among the nations, To give thanks unto thy holy name, And to triumph in thy praise.
48 イスラエルの神ヱホバはとこしへより永遠までほむべきかな すべての民はアーメンととなふべし ヱホバを讃稱へよ
Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Israel, From everlasting even to everlasting. And let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye Jehovah.
