民数記 3

1 ヱホバ、シナイ山に於てモーセと語ひたまへる日にはアロンとモーセの一族左のごとくにてありき

Now these are the generations of Aaron and Moses in the day that Jehovah spoke with Moses in mount Sinai:

2 アロンの子孫は是のごとし長子はナダブ次はアビウ、エレアザル、イタマル

And these are the names of the sons of Aaron: Nadab the firstborn, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

3 是すなはちアロンの子等の名なり彼等は皆膏そそがれ祭司の職に任ぜられて祭司となれり

These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests who were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the priest's office.

4 ナダブとアビウはシナイの野にて異火をヱホバの前に献たる時にヱホバの前に死り子なしエレアザルとイタマルはその父アロンの目の前にて祭司の職を爲り

And Nadab and Abihu died before Jehovah when they offered strange fire before Jehovah in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no sons. And Eleazar and Ithamar ministered in the priest's office in the presence of Aaron their father.

5 ヱホバまたモーセに告て言たまはく

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

6 レビの支派を召よせ祭司アロンの前に侍りてこれに事へしめよ

Bring the tribe of Levi near, and set them before Aaron the priest, that they may minister to him.

7 彼らは集會の幕屋の前にありてアロンの職と全會衆の職に替り幕屋の役事をなすべきなり

And they shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the tent of meeting, to do the service of the tabernacle.

8 すなはち彼等は集會の幕屋の諸の器具を看守イスラエルの子孫の職に替りて幕屋の役事をなすべし

And they shall keep all the furniture of the tent of meeting, and the charge of the sons of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle.

9 汝レビ人をアロンとその子等に與ふべしイスラエルの子孫の中より彼等は全くアロンに與へられたる者なり

And thou shall give the Levites to Aaron and to his sons. They are wholly given to him on the behalf of the sons of Israel.

10 汝アロンとその子等を立て祭司の職を行はしむべし外人の近づく者は殺されん

And thou shall appoint Aaron and his sons, and they shall keep their priesthood. And the stranger who comes near shall be put to death.

11 ヱホバすなはちモーセに告て言たまはく

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

12 視よ我イスラエルの子孫の中なる始に生れたる者すなはち首出の代にレビ人をイスラエルの子孫の中より取り

And I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the sons of Israel instead of all the firstborn who opens the womb among the sons of Israel. And the Levites shall be mine,

13 首出はすべて吾が有なり我エジプトの國の中の首出をことごとく撃ころせる時イスラエルの首出を人も畜もことごとく聖別て我に歸せしめたり是はわが有となるべし我はヱホバなり

for all the firstborn are mine. On the day that I smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt I hallowed to me all the firstborn in Israel, both man and beast. They shall be mine. I am Jehovah.

14 ヱホバ、シナイの野にてモーセに告ていひたまはく

And Jehovah spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying,

15 汝レビの子孫をその父祖の家に依りその宗族にしたがひて核數よ即ちその一箇月以上の男子を核數べし

Number the sons of Levi by their fathers' houses, by their families. Thou shall number them, every male from a month old and upward.

16 是においてモーセ、ヱホバの言に循ひてその命ぜられしごとくに之を核數たり

And Moses numbered them according to the word of Jehovah, as he was commanded.

17 レビの子等の名は左のごとしゲルシヨン、コハテ、メラリ

And these were the sons of Levi by their names: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari.

18 ゲルシヨンの子等の名はその宗族によれば左の如しリブニ、シメイ

And these are the names of the sons of Gershon by their families: Libni and Shimei.

19 コハテの子等の名はその宗族に依ば左のごとしアムラム、イヅハル、ヘブロン、ウジエル

And the sons of Kohath by their families: Amram, and Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.

20 メラリの子等の名はその宗族によればマヘリ、ムシなりレビ人の宗族はその父祖の家に依ば是のごとくなり

And the sons of Merari by their families: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their fathers' houses.

21 ゲルシヨンよりリブニ人の族とシメイ人の族出たり是すなはちゲルシヨン人の族なり

Of Gershon was the family of the Libnites, and the family of the Shimeites. These are the families of the Gershonites.

22 その核數られし者の數すなはち一箇月以上の男子の數は都合七千五百人

Those who were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, even those who were numbered of them were seven thousand and five hundred.

23 ゲルシヨン人の族は凡て幕屋の後すなはち西の方に營を張べし

The families of the Gershonites shall encamp behind the tabernacle westward.

24 而してラエルの子エリアサフ、ゲルシヨン人の牧伯となるべし

And the ruler of the fathers' house of the Gershonites shall be Eliasaph the son of Lael.

25 集會の幕屋におけるゲルシヨンの子孫の職守は幕屋と天幕とその頂蓋および集會の幕屋の入口の幔と

And the charge of the sons of Gershon in the tent of meeting shall be the tabernacle, and the tent, the covering of it, and the screen for the door of the tent of meeting,

26 庭の幕および幕屋と壇の周圍なる庭の入口の幔ならびにその繩等凡て之に用ふる物を守るべき事なり

and the hangings of the court, and the screen for the door of the court, which is by the tabernacle, and by the altar round about, and the cords of it for all the service thereof.

27 またコハテよりアムラミ人の族イヅハリ人の族ヘブロン人の族ウジエリ人の族出たり是すなはちコハテ人の族なり

And of Kohath was the family of the Amramites, and the family of the Izharites, and the family of the Hebronites, and the family of the Uzzielites. These are the families of the Kohathites.

28 一箇月以上の男子の數は都合八千六百人是みな聖所の職守を守るべき者なり

According to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, there were eight thousand and six hundred, keeping the charge of the sanctuary.

29 コハテの子孫の族は凡て幕屋の南の方に營を張べし

The families of the sons of Kohath shall encamp on the side of the tabernacle southward.

30 而してウジエルの子エリザパン、コハテ人の族の牧伯となるべし

And the ruler of the fathers' house of the families of the Kohathites shall be Elizaphan the son of Uzziel.

31 彼等の職守は律法の櫃案燈臺諸壇および聖所の役事に用ふる器具ならびに幔等凡て其處に用ふる物を守るべき事なり

And their charge shall be the ark, and the table, and the lampstand, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary with which they minister, and the screen, and all the service thereof.

32 祭司アロンの子エレアザル、レビ人の牧伯の長となり且聖所の職を守る者を統轄るべし

And Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest shall be ruler of the rulers of the Levites, with the oversight of those who keep the charge of the sanctuary.

33 又メラリよりマヘリ人の族とムシ人の族出たり是すなはちメラリの族なり

Of Merari was the family of the Mahlites, and the family of the Mushites. These are the families of Merari.

34 その核數られし者すなはち一箇月以上の男子の數は六千二百人

And those who were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, were six thousand and two hundred.

35 アビハイルの子ツリエル、メラリの族の牧伯となり此族幕屋の北の方に營を張べし

And the ruler of the fathers' house of the families of Merari was Zuriel the son of Abihail. They shall encamp on the side of the tabernacle northward.

36 メラリの子孫の管理るべき者職守とすべき者は幕屋の板とその横木その柱その座その諸の器具および其に用ふる一切の物

And the appointed charge of the sons of Merari shall be the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars of it, and the pillars of it, and the sockets of it, and all the instruments of it, and all the service thereof,

37 ならびに庭の周圍の柱とその座その釘およびその繩なり

and the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pegs, and their cords.

38 また幕屋の前その東の方すなはち集會の幕屋の東の方にはモーセとアロンおよびアロンの子等營を張りイスラエルの子孫の職守に代て聖所の職守を守るべし外人の近づく者は殺されん

And those who encamp before the tabernacle eastward, before the tent of meeting toward the sunrise, shall be Moses, and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the sons of Israel. And the stranger that comes near shall be put to death.

39 モーセとアロン、ヱホバの言に依りレビ人を悉く核數たるに一箇月以上の男子の數二萬二千ありき

All who were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron numbered at the commandment of Jehovah, by their families, all the males from a month old and upward, were twenty-two thousand.

40 ヱホバまたモーセに言たまはく汝イスラエルの子孫の中の首出たる男子の一箇月以上なる者を盡く數へてその名の數を計れ

And Jehovah said to Moses, Number all the firstborn males of the sons of Israel from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names.

41 我はヱホバなり我ために汝レビ人を取りてイスラエルの子孫の中なる諸の首出子に代へまたレビ人の家畜を取てイスラエルの子孫の家畜の中なる諸の首出に代べし

And thou shall take the Levites for me (I am Jehovah) instead of all the firstborn among the sons of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the firstlings among the cattle of the sons of Israel.

42 モーセすなはちヱホバの己に命じたまへるごとくにイスラエルの子孫の中なる首出子を盡く數へたり

And Moses numbered, as Jehovah commanded him, all the firstborn among the sons of Israel.

43 その數へられし首出なる男子の一箇月以上なる者はその名の數に依ば都合二萬二千二百七十三人なりき

And all the firstborn males according to the number of names, from a month old and upward, of those who were numbered of them, were twenty-two thousand two hundred and seventy-three.

44 すなはちヱホバ、モーセに告て言たまはく

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

45 汝レビ人を取てイスラエルの子孫の中なる諸の首出子に代へまたレビ人の家畜を取て彼等の家畜に代よレビ人はわが所有とならん我はヱホバなり

Take the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the sons of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle. And the Levites shall be mine. I am Jehovah.

46 またイスラエルの子孫の首出子はレビ人より多きこと二百七十三人なれば是等をば贖ふべき者となし

And for the redemption of the two hundred and seventy-three of the firstborn of the sons of Israel, who are over and above the number of the Levites,

47 その頭數に依て一人ごとに五シケルを取べし即ち聖所のシケルに循ひて之を取べきなり一シケルは二十ゲラなり

thou shall take five shekels apiece by the poll. According to the shekel of the sanctuary thou shall take them (the shekel is twenty gerahs),

48 汝その餘れる者の贖の金をアロンとその子等に付すべし

and thou shall give the money, with which the odd number of them is redeemed, to Aaron and to his sons.

49 是においてモーセ、レビ人をもて贖ひ餘せるところの者の贖の金を取り

And Moses took the redemption-money from those who were over and above those who were redeemed by the Levites.

50 即ちモーセ、イスラエルの子孫の首出子の中より聖所のシケルにしたがひて金千三百六十五シケルを取り

He took the money from the firstborn of the sons of Israel, a thousand three hundred and sixty-five shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.

51 その贖はるる者の金をヱホバの言にしたがひてアロンとその子等に付せりヱホバのモーセに命じたまひし如し

And Moses gave the redemption-money to Aaron and to his sons, according to the word of Jehovah, as Jehovah commanded Moses.
