ネヘミヤ 記 3
1 茲に祭司の長ヱリアシブその兄弟の祭司等とともに起て羊の門を建て之を聖別てその扉を設け尚も之を聖別てハンメアの戌樓に及ぼし又ハナネルの戌樓に及ぼせり
Then Eliashib the high priest rose up with his brothers the priests, and they built the sheep gate. They sanctified it, and set up the doors of it, even to the tower of Hammeah they sanctified it, to the tower of Hananel.
2 その次にはヱリコの人々を築き建て其次にはイムリの子ザツクル築き建たり
And next to him the men of Jericho built. And next to them Zaccur the son of Imri built.
3 魚の門はハツセナアの子等これを建構へその扉を設けて之に鎖と閂を施こせり
And the sons of Hassenaah built the fish gate. They laid the beams of it, and set up the doors of it, the bolts of it, and the bars of it.
4 その次にはハツコヅの子ウリヤの子メレモタ修繕をなし其次にはメシザベルの子ベレキヤの子メシユラム修繕をなしその次にはバアナの子ザドク修繕をなし
And next to them Meremoth the son of Uriah, the son of Hakkoz repaired. And next to them Meshullam the son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabel repaired. And next to them Zadok the son of Baana repaired.
5 その次にはテコア人等修繕をなせり但しその貴き族はその主の工事に服せざりき
And next to them the Tekoites repaired, but their ranking men did not put their necks to the work of their lord.
6 古門はパセアの子ヨイアダおよびベソデヤの子メシユラムこれを修繕ひ構へその扉を設けて之に鎖と閂を施せり
And the old gate Joiada the son of Paseah and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah repaired. They laid the beams of it, and set up the doors of it, and the bolts of it, and the bars of it.
7 その次にはギベオン人メラテヤ、メロノテ人ヤドン河外ふの總督の管轄に屬するギベオンとミヅパの人々等修繕をなせり
And next to them Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Jadon the Meronothite, the men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, who pertained to the throne of the governor beyond the River, repaired.
8 その次にはハルハヤの子ウジエルなどの金工修繕をなし其次には製香者ハナニヤなど修繕をなしヱルサレムを堅うして石垣の廣き處にまで及べり
Next to him Uzziel the son of Harhaiah, goldsmiths, repaired. And next to him Hananiah one of the perfumers repaired. And they fortified Jerusalem even to the broad wall.
9 その次にはエルサレムの郡の半の知事ホルの子レパヤ修繕をなせり
And next to them Rephaiah the son of Hur, the ruler of half the district of Jerusalem, repaired.
10 その次にはハルマフの子ヱダヤ己の家と相對ふ處を修繕りその次にはハシヤブニヤの子ハツトシ修繕をなせり
And next to them Jedaiah the son of Harumaph, repaired opposite his house. And next to him Hattush the son of Hashabneiah repaired.
11 ハリムの子マルキヤおよびバハテモアブの子ハシユブも一方を修繕ひまた爐戍樓を修繕へり
Malchijah the son of Harim, and Hasshub the son of Pahath-moab, repaired another portion, and the tower of the furnaces.
12 その次にはヱルサレムの郡の半の知事ハロヘシの子シヤルムその女子等とともに修繕をなせり
And next to him Shallum the son of Hallohesh, the ruler of half the district of Jerusalem, repaired, he and his daughters.
13 谷の門はハヌン、ザノアの民と偕に之を修繕ひ之を建なほしてその扉を設け之に鎖と閂を施しまた糞の門までの石垣一千キユビトを修繕り
Hanun, and the inhabitants of Zanoah, repaired the valley gate. They built it, and set up the doors of it, the bolts of it, and the bars of it, and a thousand cubits of the wall to the dung gate.
14 糞の門はベテハケレムの郡の半の知事レカブの子マルキヤこれを修繕ひ之を建なほしてその扉を設け之に鎖と閂を施こせり
And Malchijah the son of Rechab, the ruler of the district of Beth-haccherem, repaired the dung gate. He built it, and set up the doors of it, the bolts of it, and the bars of it.
15 泉の門はミヅパの郡の知事コロホゼの子シヤルンこれを修繕ひ之を建なほして覆ひその扉を設け之に鎖と閂を施こしまた王の園の邊なるシラの池に沿る石垣を修繕てダビデの邑より下るところの階級にまで及ぼせり
And Shallun the son of Col-hozeh, the ruler of the district of Mizpah, repaired the fountain gate. He built it, and covered it, and set up the doors of it, the bolts of it, and the bars of it, and the wall of the pool of Shelah by the king's garden, even to the stairs that go down from the city of David.
16 その後にはベテズルの郡の半の知事アズブクの子ネヘミヤ修繕をなしてダビデの墓に對ふ處にまで及ぼし堀池に至り勇士宅に至れり
After him Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, the ruler of half the district of Beth-zur, repaired to the place opposite the sepulchers of David, and to the pool that was made, and to the house of the mighty men.
17 その後にはバニの子レホムなどのレビ人修繕をなし其次にはケイラの郡の半の知事ハシヤビヤその郡の爲に修繕をなせり
After him the Levites, Rehum the son of Bani, repaired. Next to him Hashabiah, the ruler of half the district of Keilah, repaired for his district.
18 その後にはケイラの郡の半の知事ヘナダデの子バワイなどいふ其兄弟修繕をなし
After him their brothers, Bavvai the son of Henadad, the ruler of half the district of Keilah, repaired.
19 その次にはヱシユアの子ミヅパの知事エゼル石垣の彎にある武器庫に上る所に對へる部分を修繕ひ
And next to him Ezer the son of Jeshua, the ruler of Mizpah, repaired another portion opposite the ascent to the armory at the turning of the wall.
20 その後にはザバイの子バルク力を竭して石垣の彎より祭司の長エリアシブの家の門までの部分を修繕ひ
After him Baruch the son of Zabbai earnestly repaired another portion, from the turning of the wall to the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest.
21 その次にはハツコヅの子ウリヤの子メレモテ、エリアシブの家の門よりエジアシブの家の極までの部分を修繕ひ
After him Meremoth the son of Uriah the son of Hakkoz repaired another portion, from the door of the house of Eliashib even to the end of the house of Eliashib.
22 その次には窪地の人なる祭司等修繕をなし
And after him the priests, the men of the Plain, repaired.
23 その次にはベニヤミンおよびハシユブ己の家と相對ふ處を修繕ひ其次にはアナニヤの子マアセヤの子アザリヤ己の家に近き處を修繕ひ
After them Benjamin and Hasshub repaired opposite their house. After them Azariah the son of Maaseiah the son of Ananiah repaired beside his own house.
24 その次にはヘナダデの子ビンヌイ、アザリヤの家より石垣の彎角までの部分を修繕へり
After him Binnui the son of Henadad repaired another portion, from the house of Azariah to the turning of the wall, and to the corner.
25 ウザイの子パラルは石垣の彎に對ふ處および王の上の家より聳え出たる戍樓に對ふ處を修繕り是は侍衛の廳に近し其次にはパロシの子ペダヤ修繕をなせり
Palal the son of Uzai repaired opposite the turning of the wall, and the tower that stands out from the upper house of the king, which is by the court of the guard. After him Pedaiah the son of Parosh repaired.
26 時にネテニ人オペルに住をりて東の方水の門に對ふ處および聳え出たる戍樓に對ふ處まで及べり
(Now the Nethinim dwelt in Ophel, to the place opposite the water gate toward the east, and the tower that stands out.)
27 その次にはテコア人聳出たる大戍樓に對ふところの部分を修繕てオペルの石垣に及ぼせり
After him the Tekoites repaired another portion, opposite the great tower that stands out, and to the wall of Ophel.
28 馬の門より上は祭司等おのおのその己の家と相對ふ處を修繕り
The priests repaired above the horse gate, every man opposite his own house.
29 その次にはインメルの子ザドク己の家と相對ふ處を修繕ひ其次にはシカニヤの子シマヤといふ東の門を守る者修繕をなし
After them Zadok the son of Immer repaired opposite his own house. And after him Shemaiah the son of Shecaniah, the keeper of the east gate, repaired.
30 その次にはシレミヤの子ハナニヤおよびザラフの第六の子ハヌン一方を修繕ひその後にはベレキヤの子メシユラム己の室と相對ふ處を修繕へり
After him Hananiah the son of Shelemiah, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, repaired another portion. After him Meshullam the son of Berechiah repaired opposite his chamber.
31 その次には金工の一人マルキヤといふ者ハンミフカデの門と相對ふ處を修繕ひて隅の昇口に至りネテニ人および商人の家に及ぼせり
After him Malchijah one of the goldsmiths to the house of the Nethinim, and of the merchants, repaired opposite the gate of Hammiphkad, and to the ascent of the corner.
32 また隅の昇口と羊の門の間は金工および商人等これを修繕へり
And between the ascent of the corner and the sheep gate the goldsmiths and the merchants repaired.
