レビ記 25
1 ヱホバ、シナイ山にてモーセに告て言たまはく
And the LORD spoke unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,
2 イスラエルの子孫につげて之に言ふべし我が汝らに與ふる地に汝ら至らん時はその地にもヱホバにむかひて安息を守らしむべし
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When all of you come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the LORD.
3 六年のあひだ汝その田野に種播きまた六年のあひだ汝その菓園の物を剪伐てその果を斂むべし
Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;
4 然ど第七年には地に安息をなさしむべし是ヱホバにむかひてする安息なり汝その田野に種播べからずまたその菓園の物を剪伐べからず
But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: you shall neither sow your field, nor prune your vineyard.
5 汝の穀物の自然生たる者は穫べからずまた汝の葡萄樹の修理なしに結べる葡萄は斂むべからず是地の安息の年なればなり
That which grows of its own accord of your harvest you shall not reap, neither gather the grapes of your vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land.
6 安息の年の產物は汝らの食となるべしすなはち汝と汝の僕と汝の婢と汝の傭人と汝の所に寄寓る他國の人
And the sabbath of the land shall be food for you; for you, and for your servant, and for your maid, and for your hired servant, and for your stranger that sojourns with you.
7 ならびに汝の家畜と汝の國の中の獣みなその產物をもて食となすべし
And for your cattle, and for the beast that are in your land, shall all the increase thereof be food.
8 汝安息の年を七次かぞふべし是すなはち七年を七回かぞふるなり安息の年七次の間はすなはち四十九年なり
And you shall number seven sabbaths of years unto you, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto you forty and nine years.
9 七月の十日になんぢ喇叭の聲を鳴わたらしむべし即ち贖罪の日になんぢら國の中にあまねく喇叭を吹ならさしめ
Then shall you cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall all of you make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.
10 かくしてその第五十年を聖め國中の一切の人民に自由を宣しめすべしこの年はなんぢらにはヨベルの年なりなんぢらおのおのその產業に歸りおのおのその家にかへるべし
And all of you shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and all of you shall return every man unto his possession, and all of you shall return every man unto his family.
11 その五十年はなんぢらにはヨベルなりなんぢら種播べからずまた自然生たる物を穫べからず修理なしになりたる葡萄を斂むべからず
A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: all of you shall not sow, neither reap that which grows of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of your vine undressed.
12 この年はヨベルにしてなんぢらに聖ければなりなんぢらは田野の產物をくらふべし
For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: all of you shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.
13 このヨベルの年にはなんぢらおのおのその產業にかへるべし
In the year of this jubile all of you shall return every man unto his possession.
14 なんぢの鄰に物を賣りまたは汝の鄰の手より物を買ふ時はなんぢらたがひに相欺むくべからず
And if you sell ought unto your neighbour, or buy ought of your neighbour's hand, all of you shall not oppress one another:
15 ヨベルの後の年の數にしたがひてなんぢその鄰より買ことをなすべし彼もまたその果を得べき年の數にしたがひてなんぢに賣ことをなすべきなり
According to the number of years after the jubile you shall buy of your neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto you:
16 年の數多ときはなんぢその値を増し年の數少なきときはなんぢその値を減すべし即ち彼その果の多少にしたがひてこれを汝に賣るべきなり
According to the multitude of years you shall increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years you shall diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits does he sell unto you.
17 汝らたがひに相欺むくべからず汝の神を畏るべし我は汝らの神ヱホバなり
All of you shall not therefore oppress one another; but you shall fear your God: for I am the LORD your God.
18 汝等わが法度を行ひまたわが律法を守りてこれを行ふべし然せば汝ら安泰にその地に住ことを得ん
Wherefore all of you shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and all of you shall dwell in the land in safety.
19 地はその產物を出さん汝等は飽までに食ひて安泰に其處に住ことを得べし
And the land shall yield her fruit, and all of you shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.
20 汝等は我等もし第七年に種をまかずまたその產物を斂めずば何を食はんやと言か
And if all of you shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:
21 我命じて第六年に恩澤を汝等に降し三年だけの果を結ばしむべし
Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.
22 汝等第八年には種を播ん然ど第九年までその舊き果を食ふことを得んすなはちその果のいできたるまで汝ら舊き者を食ふことを得べし
And all of you shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in all of you shall eat of the old store.
23 地を賣には限りなく賣べからず地は我の有なればなり汝らは客旅また寄寓者にして我とともに在るなり
The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine, for all of you are strangers and sojourners with me.
24 汝らの產業の地に於ては凡てその地を贖ふことを許すべし
And in all the land of your possession all of you shall grant a redemption for the land.
25 汝の兄弟もし零落てその產業を賣しことあらばその贖業人たる親戚きたりてその兄弟の賣たる者を贖ふべし
If your brother be becoming poor, and has sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.
26 若また人の之を贖ふ者あらずして己みづから之を贖ふことを得にいたらば
And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;
27 その賣てよりの年を數へて之が餘の分をその買主に償ふべし然せばその產業にかへることを得ん
Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the surplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession.
28 然ど若これをその人に償ふことを得ずばその賣たる者は買主の手にヨベルの年まで在てヨベルに及びてもどさるべし彼すなはちその產業にかへることを得ん
But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that has bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.
29 人石垣ある城邑の内の住宅を賣ことあらんに賣てより全一年の間はこれを贖ふことを得べし即ち期定の日の内にその贖をなすべきなり
And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it.
30 もし全一年の内に贖ふことなくばその石垣ある城邑の内の家は買主の者に確定りて代々ながくこれに屬しヨベルにももどされざるべし
And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.
31 然ど周圍に石垣あらざる村落の家はその國の田畝の附屬物と見做べし是は贖はるべくまたヨベルにいたりてもどさるべきなり
But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile.
32 レビ人の邑々すなはちレビ人の產業の邑々の家はレビ人何時にでも贖ふことを得べし
Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.
33 人もしレビ人の產業の邑においてレビ人より家を買ことあらば彼の賣たる家はヨベルにおよびて返さるべし其はレビ人の邑々の家はイスラエルの子孫の中に是がもてる產業なればなり
And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.
34 但しその邑々の郊地の田畝は賣べからず是その永久の產業なればなり
But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.
35 汝の兄弟零落かつ手慄ひて汝の傍にあらば之を扶助け之をして客旅または寄寓者のごとくに汝とともにありて生命を保たしむべし
And if your brother be becoming poor, and fallen in decay with you; then you shall relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with you.
36 汝の兄弟より利をも息をも取べからず神を畏るべしまた汝の兄弟をして汝とともにありて生命を保たしむべし
Take you no interest of him, or increase: but fear your God; that your brother may live with you.
37 汝かれに利をとりて金を貸べからずまた益を得んとて食物を貸べからず
You shall not give him your money upon interest, nor lend him your victuals for increase.
38 我は汝等の神ヱホバにしてカナンの地を汝らに與へ且なんぢらの神とならんとて汝らをエジプトの國より導きいだせし者なり
I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.
39 汝の兄弟零落て汝に身を賣ことあらば汝これを奴隸のごとくに使役べからず
And if your brother that dwells by you be becoming poor, and be sold unto you; you shall not compel him to serve as a bondservant:
40 彼をして傭人または寄寓者のごとくにして汝とともに在しめヨベルの年まで汝に仕へしむべし
But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with you, and shall serve you unto the year of jubile.
41 其時には彼その子女とともに汝の所より出去りその一族にかへりその父祖等の產業に歸るべし
And then shall he depart from you, both he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.
42 彼らはエジプトの國より我が導き出せし我の僕なれば身を賣て奴隸となる可らず
For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.
43 汝嚴く彼を使ふべからず汝の神を畏るべし
You shall not rule over him with rigour; but shall fear your God.
44 汝の有つ奴隸は男女ともに汝の四周の異邦人の中より取べし男女の奴隸は是る者の中より買べきなり
Both your bondmen, and your bondmaids, which you shall have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall all of you buy bondmen and bondmaids.
45 また汝らの中に寄寓る異邦人の子女の中よりも汝ら買ことを得また彼等の中汝らの國に生れて汝らと偕に居る人々の家よりも然り彼等は汝らの所有となるべし
Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall all of you buy, and of their families that are with you, which they brings forth in your land: and they shall be your possession.
46 汝ら彼らを獲て汝らの後の子孫の所有に遺し之に彼等を有ちてその所有となさしむることを得べし彼等は永く汝らの奴隸とならん然ど汝らの兄弟なるイスラエルの子孫をば汝等たがひに嚴しく相使ふべからす
And all of you shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, all of you shall not rule one over another with rigour.
47 汝の中なる客旅又は寄寓者にして富を致しその傍に住る汝の兄弟零落て汝の中なるその客旅あるひは寄寓者あるひは客旅の家の分支などに身を賣ることあらば
And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by you, and your brother that dwells by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner by you, or to the stock of the stranger's family:
48 その身を賣たる後に贖はるることを得その兄弟の一人これを贖ふべし
After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him:
49 その伯叔または伯叔の子これを贖ふべくその家の骨肉の親たる者これを贖ふべしまた若能せば自ら贖ふべし
Either his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may redeem himself.
50 然る時は彼己が身を賣たる年よりヨベルの年までをその買主とともに數へその年の數にしたがひてその身の代の金を定むべしまたその人に仕へし日は人を傭ひし日のごとくに數ふべきなり
And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him.
51 若なほ遺れる年多からばその數にしたがひまたその買れし金に照して贖の金をその人に償ふべし
If there be yet many years behind, according unto them he shall give again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.
52 若またヨベルの年までに遺れる年少からばその人とともに計算をなしその年數にてらして贖の金を之に償ふべし
And if there remain but few years unto the year of jubile, then he shall count with him, and according unto his years shall he give him again the price of his redemption.
53 彼のその人に仕ふる事は歳雇の傭人のごとくなるべし汝の目の前において彼を嚴く使はしむべからす
And as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: and the other shall not rule with rigour over him in your sight.
54 彼もし斯く贖はれずばヨベルのの年にいたりてその子女とともに出べし
And if he be not redeemed in these years, then he shall go out in the year of jubile, both he, and his children with him.
55 是イスラエルの子孫は我の僕なるに因る彼等はわが僕にして我がエジプトの地より導き出せし者なり我は汝らの神ヱホバなり
For unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
