ヨシュア記 15
1 ユダの子孫の支派がその宗族にしたがひて籤にて獲たる地はエドムの境界に達し南の方ヂンの荒野にわたり南の極端に及ぶ
[This] then was the lot of the tribe of the children of Judah by their families; [even] to the border of Edom, the wilderness of Zin southward [was] the uttermost part of the south border.
2 その南の境界は鹽海の極端なる南に向へる入海より起り
And their south border was from the shore of the salt-sea, from the bay that looketh southward:
3 アクラビムの坂の南にわたりてヂンに進みカデシバルネアの南より上りてヘヅロンに沿て進みアダルに上りゆきてカルカに環り
And it went out to the south side to Maaleh-acrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and ascended on the south side to Kadesh-barnea, and passed along to Hezron, and went up to Adar, and fetched a compass to Karkaa:
4 アズモンに進みてエジプトの河にまで達しその境界海にいたりて盡く汝らの南の境界は是の如くなるべし
[From thence] it passed towards Azmon, and went out to the river of Egypt; and the limits of that border were at the sea: this shall be your south limit.
5 その東の境界は鹽海にしてヨルダンの河口に達す北の方の境界はヨルダンの河口なる入海より起り
And the east border [was] the salt-sea, [even] to the end of Jordan: and [their] border in the north quarter [was] from the bay of the sea, at the uttermost part of Jordan:
6 上りてベテホグラにいたりベテアラバの北をすぎ上りてルベン人ボハンの石に達し
And the border went up to Beth-hogla, and passed along by the north of Beth-arabah; and the border went up to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben:
7 またアコルの谷よりデビルに上りて北におもむき河の南にあるアドミムの坂に對するギルガルに向ひすすみてエンシメシの水に達しエンロゲルにいたりて盡く
And the border went up towards Debir from the valley of Achor, and so northward looking towards Gilgal, that [is] before the going up to Adummim, which [is] on the south side of the river: and the border passed towards the waters of En-shemesh, and the borders of it were at En-rogel:
8 又その境界はベニヒンノムの谷に沿てヱブス人の地すなはちヱルサレムの南の脇に上りゆきヒンノムの谷の西面に横はる山の嶺に上る是はレバイムの谷の北の極處にあり
And the border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom, to the south side of the Jebusite; the same [is] Jerusalem: and the border went up to the top of the mountain that [lieth] before the valley of Hinnom westward, which [is] at the end of the valley of the giants northward:
9 而してその境界この山の嶺より延てネフトアの水の泉源にいたりエフロン山の邑々にわたりその境昇延てバアラにいたる是すなはちキリアテヤリムなり
And the border was drawn from the top of the hill to the fountain of the water of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of mount Ephron; and the border was drawn to Baalah, which [is] Kirjath-jearim:
10 その境界バアラより西の方セイル山に環りヤリム山(すなはちケサロン)の北の脇をへてベテシメシに下りテムナに沿て進み
And the border compassed from Baalah westward to mount Seir, and passed along to the side of mount Jearim (which [is] Chesalon) on the north side, and went down to Beth-shemesh, and passed on to Timnah:
11 エクロンの北の脇にわたり延てシツケロンに至りバアラ山に進みヤブネルに達し海にいたりて盡く
And the border went out to the side of Ekron northward: and the border was drawn to Shicron, and passed along to mount Baalah, and went out to Jabneel; and the terminations of the border were at the sea.
12 また西の境界は大海にいたりその濱をもて限とすユダの子孫がその宗族にしたがひて獲たる地の四方の境界は是のごとし
And the west border [was] to the great sea, and its coast: this [is] the border of the children of Judah round about, according to their families.
13 ヨシユアそのヱホバに命ぜられしごとくヱフンネの子カレブにユダの子孫の中にてキリアテアルバすなはちヘブロンを與へてその分となさしむ
And to Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a part among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the LORD to Joshua, [even] the city of Arba the father of Anak, which [city is] Hebron.
14 アルバはアナクの父なりカレブかしこよりアナクの子三人を逐はらへり是すなはちアナクより出たるセシヤイ、アヒマンおよびタルマイなり
And Caleb drove thence the three sons of Anak, Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, the children of Anak.
15 而して彼かしこよりデビルの民の所に攻上れりデビルの名は元はキリアテセペルといふ
And he went up thence to the inhabitants of Debir: and the name of Debir before [was] Kirjath-sepher.
16 カレブ言けらくキリアテセペルを撃てこれを取る者には我女子アクサを妻に與へんと
And Caleb said, He that smiteth Kirjath-sepher, and taketh it, to him will I give Achsah my daughter for a wife.
17 ケナズの子にしてカレブの弟なるオテニエルといふ者これを取ければカレブその女子アタサを之が妻に與へたり
And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it: and he gave him Achsah his daughter for a wife.
18 アクサ適く時田野をその父に求むべきことをオテニエルに勸め遂にみづから驢馬より下れりカレブこれに何を望むやと言ければ
And it came to pass, as she came [to him], that she moved him to ask of her father a field. And she lighted off [her] ass; and Caleb said to her, What wouldst thou?
19 答へて言ふ我に粧奩を與へよ汝われを南の地に遣なれば水泉をも我に與へよと乃ち上の泉と下の泉とをこれに與ふ
Who answered, Give me a blessing; for thou hast given me a south land, give me also springs of water. And he gave her the upper springs, and the nether springs.
20 ユダの子孫の支派がその宗族にしたがひて獲たる產業は是のごとし
This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families.
21 ユダの子孫の支派が南においてエドムの境界の方に有るその遠き邑々は左のごとしカブジエル、エデル、ヤグル
And the uttermost cities of the tribe of the children of Judah towards the border of Edom southward were Kabzeel, and Eder, and Jagur,
22 キナ、デモナ、アダダ、
And Kinah, and Dimonah, and Adadah,
23 ケデシ、ハゾル、イテナン、
And Kedesh, and Hazor, and Ithnan,
24 ジフ、テレム、ベアロテ
Ziph, and Telem, and Bealoth,
25 ハゾルハダツタ、ケリオテヘヅロンすなはちハゾル
And Hazor, Hadattah, and Kerioth, [and] Hezron, which [is] Hazor,
26 アマム、シマ、モラダ
Aman, and Shema, and Moladah,
27 ハザルガダ、ヘシモン、ベテパレテ
And Hazar-gaddah, and Heshmon, and Beth-palet,
28 ハザルシユアル、ベエルシバ、ビジヨテヤ
And Hazar-shual, and Beer-sheba, and Bizjothjah,
29 バアラ、イヰム、エゼム
Baalah, and Iim, and Azem,
30 エルトラデ、ケシル、ホルマ
And Eltolad, and Chesil, and Hormah,
31 チクラグ、マデマンナ、サンサンナ
And Ziglag, and Madmannah, and Sansannah,
32 レバオテ、シルヒム、アイン、リンモン、その邑あはせて二十九ならびに之に屬る村々なり
And Lebaoth, and Shilhim, and Ain, and Rimmon: all the cities [are] twenty and nine, with their villages:
33 平野にてはエシタオル、ゾラ、アシナ
[And] in the valley, Eshtaol, and Zoreah, and Ashnah,
34 ザノア、エンガンニム、タップア、エナム
And Zanoah, and En-gannim, Tappuah, and Enam,
35 ヤルムテ、アドラム、シヨコ、アゼカ
Jarmuth, and Adullam, Socoh, and Azekah,
36 シヤアライム、アデタイム、ゲデラ、ゲデロタイム合せて十四邑ならびに之に屬る村々なり
And Sharaim, and Adithaim, and Gederah, and Gederothaim; fourteen cities with their villages:
37 ゼナン、ハダシヤ、ミグダルガデ
Zenan, and Hadashah, and Migdalgad,
38 デラン、ミヅバ、ヨクテル
And Dilean, and Mizpeh, and Joktheel,
39 ラキシ、ボヅカテ、エグロン
Lachish, and Bozkath, and Eglon,
40 カボン、ラマム、キリテシ
And Cabbon, and Lahman, and Kithlish,
41 ゲデロテ、ベテダゴン、ナアマ、マツケダ合せて十六邑ならびに之に屬る村々なり
And Gederoth, Beth-dagon, and Naamah, and Makkedah; sixteen cities with their villages:
42 またリブナ、エテル、アシヤン
Libnah, and Ether, and Ashan,
43 イフタ、アシナ、ネジブ
And Jiphtah, and Ashnah, and Nezib,
44 ケイラ、アクジブ、マレシア合せて九邑ならびに之に屬ける村々なり
And Keilah, and Achzib, and Mareshah; nine cities with their villages:
45 エクロンならびにその郷里および村々なり
Ekron, with her towns and her villages:
46 エクロンより海まで凡てアシドドの邊にある處々ならびに之につける村々なり
From Ekron even to the sea, all that [lay] near Ashdod, with their villages:
47 アシドドならびにその郷里および村々 ガザならびにその郷里および村々 エジプトの河および大海の濱にいたるまでの處々なり
Ashdod, with her towns and her villages; Gaza, with her towns and her villages, to the river of Egypt, and the great sea, and its border:
48 山地にてはシヤミル、ヤツテル、シヨコ
And in the mountains, Shamir, and Jattir, and Socoh,
49 ダンナ、キリアテサンナすなはちデビル
And Dannah, and Kirjath-sannah, which [is] Debir,
50 アナブ、エシテモ、アニム
And Anab, and Eshtemoh, and Anim,
51 ゴセン、ホロン、ギロ、合せて十一邑ならびに之に屬る村々なり
And Goshen, and Holon, and Giloh: eleven cities with their villages:
52 アラブ、ドマ、エシヤン
Arab, and Dumah, and Eshean,
53 ヤニム、ベテタツプア、アペカ
And Janum, and Beth-tappuah, and Aphekah,
54 ホムタ、キリアテアルバすなはちヘブロン、デオルあはせて九邑ならびに之につける村々なり
And Humtah, and Kirjath-arba (which [is] Hebron) and Zior; nine cities with their villages:
55 マオン、カルメル、ジフ、ユダ
Maon, Carmel, and Ziph, and Juttah,
56 ヱズレル、ヨグテアム、ザノア
And Jezreel, and Jokdeam, and Zanoah,
57 カイン、ギベア、テムナあはぜて十邑ならびに之に屬る村々なり
Cain, Gibeah, and Timnah; ten cities with their villages:
58 ハルホル、ベテズル、ゲドル
Halhul, Beth-zur, and Gedor,
59 マアラテ、ベテアノテ、エルテコンあはせて六邑ならびに之に屬る村々なり
And Maarath, and Beth-anoth, and Eltekon; six cities with their villages:
60 キリアテバアルすなはちキリアテヤリムおよびラバあはせて二邑ならびに之につける村々なり
Kirjath-baal (which [is] Kirjath-jearim) and Rabbah; two cities with their villages:
61 荒野にてはベテアラバ、ミデン、セカカ
In the wilderness, Beth-arabah, Middin, and Secacah,
62 ニブシヤン鹽邑エングデあはせて六邑ならびに之につける村々なり
And Nibshan, and the city of Salt, and En-gedi; six cities with their villages.
63 ヱルサレムの民ヱブス人はユダの子孫これを逐はらふことを得ざりき是をもてヱブス人は今日までユダの子孫とともにエルサレムに住ぬ
As for the Jebusites, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not expel them: but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem to this day.
