エレミヤ書 15
1 ヱホバ我にいひたまひけるはたとひモーセとサムエルわが前にたつとも我こころは斯民を顧ざるべしかれらを我前より逐ひていでさらしめよ
Then said YHWH unto me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind could not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go forth.
2 彼らもし汝にわれら何處にいでさらんやといはば汝彼らにヱホバかくいへりといへ死に定められたる者は死にいたり劍に定められたる者は劍にいたり饑饉に定められたる者は饑饉にいたり虜に定められたる者は虜にいたるべしと
And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith YHWH; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity.
3 ヱホバ云たまひけるはわれ四の物をもて彼らを罰せんすなはち劍をもて戮し犬をもて噬せ天空の鳥および地の獸をもて食ひ滅さしめん
And I will appoint over them four kinds, saith YHWH: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and destroy.
4 またユダの王ヒゼキヤの子マナセがヱルサレムになせし事によりわれ彼らをして地のすべての國に艱難をうけしめん
And I will cause them to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem.
5 ヱルサレムよ誰か汝を憐まんたれか汝のために嘆かん誰かちかづきて汝の安否を問はん
For who shall have pity upon thee, O Jerusalem? or who shall bemoan thee? or who shall go aside to ask how thou doest?
6 ヱホバいひたまふ汝われをすてたり汝退けり故にわれ手を汝のうへに伸て汝を滅さんわれ憫に倦り
Thou hast forsaken me, saith YHWH, thou art gone backward: therefore will I stretch out my hand against thee, and destroy thee; I am weary with repenting.
7 われ風扇をもて我民をこの地の門に煽がんかれらは其途を離れざるによりて我その子を絕ち彼らを滅すべし
And I will fan them with a fan in the gates of the land; I will bereave them of children, I will destroy my people, since they return not from their ways.
8 彼らの寡婦はわが前に海濱の沙よりも多し晝われほろぼす者を携へきたりて彼らと壯者の母とをせめ驚駭と恐懼を突然にかれの上におこさん
Their widows are increased to me above the sand of the seas: I have brought upon them against the mother of the young men a spoiler at noonday: I have caused him to fall upon it suddenly, and terrors upon the city.
9 七人の子をうみし婦は衰へて氣たえ尚晝なるにその日は早く沒る彼は辱められて面をあからめん其餘れる者はわれ之をその敵の劍に付さんとヱホバいひたまふ
She that hath borne seven languisheth: she hath given up the ghost; her sun is gone down while it was yet day: she hath been ashamed and confounded: and the residue of them will I deliver to the sword before their enemies, saith YHWH.
10 嗚呼われは禍なるかな我母よ汝なに故に我を生しや全國の人我と爭ひ我を攻むわれ人に貸さず人また我に貸さず皆我を詛ふなり
Woe is me, my mother, that thou hast borne me a man of strife and a man of contention to the whole earth! I have neither lent on usury, nor men have lent to me on usury; yet every one of them doth curse me.
11 ヱホバいひたまひけるは我實に汝に益をえせしめんために汝を惱す我まことに敵をして其艱の時と災の時に汝に求むることをなさしめん
YHWH said, Verily it shall be well with thy remnant; verily I will cause the enemy to entreat thee well in the time of evil and in the time of affliction.
12 鐵いかで北の鐵と銅を碎かんや
Shall iron break the northern iron and the steel?
13 われ汝の資產と汝の資財を擄掠物とならしめ價をうることなからしめん是汝のすべての罪によるなりすべて汝の境のうちにかくなさん
Thy substance and thy treasures will I give to the spoil without price, and that for all thy sins, even in all thy borders.
14 われ汝の敵をして汝を汝の識ざる地にとらへ移さしめん夫我怒によりて火燃え汝を焚んとするなり
And I will make thee to pass with thine enemies into a land which thou knowest not: for a fire is kindled in mine anger, which shall burn upon you.
15 ヱホバよ汝これを知りたまふ我を憶え我をかへりみたまへ我を迫害るものに仇を復したまへ汝の容忍によりて我をとらへられしむる勿れ我汝の爲に辱を受るを知りたまへ
O YHWH, thou knowest: remember me, and visit me, and revenge me of my persecutors; take me not away in thy longsuffering: know that for thy sake I have suffered rebuke.
16 われ汝の言を得て之を食へり汝の言はわが心の欣喜快樂なり萬軍の神ヱホバよわれは汝の名をもて稱へらるるなり
Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O YHWH Elohim of hosts.
17 われ嬉笑者の會に坐せずまた喜ばずわれ汝の手によりて獨り坐す汝憤怒をもて我に充したまへり
I sat not in the assembly of the mockers, nor rejoiced; I sat alone because of thy hand: for thou hast filled me with indignation.
18 何故にわが痛は息ずわが傷は重くして愈ざるか汝はわれにおけること水をたもたずして人を欺く溪河のごとくなるや
Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? wilt thou be altogether unto me as a liar, and as waters that fail?
19 是をもてヱホバかくいひたまへり汝もし歸らば我また汝をかへらしめて我前に立しめん汝もし賤をすてて貴をいださば我口のごとくならん彼らは汝に歸らんされど汝は彼らにかへる勿れ
Therefore thus saith YHWH, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them.
20 われ汝をこの民の前に堅き銅の牆となさんかれら汝を攻るとも汝にかたざるべしそはわれ汝と偕にありて汝をたすけ汝を救へばなりとヱホバいひたまへり
And I will make thee unto this people a fenced brasen wall: and they shall fight against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee to save thee and to deliver thee, saith YHWH.
21 我汝を惡人の手より救ひとり汝を怖るべき者の手より放つべし
And I will deliver thee out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem thee out of the hand of the terrible.
