ホセア書 1
1 これユダの王ウジヤ、ヨタム、アハズ、ヒゼキヤの世イスラエルの王ヨアシの子ヤラベアムの世にベエリの子ホセアに臨めるヱホバの言なり
The word of YHWH that came to Hosea the son of Beeri, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel.
2 ヱホバはじめホセアによりて語りたまへる時ヱホバ、ホセアに宣はく汝ゆきて淫行の婦人を娶り淫行の子等を取れ この國ヱホバに遠ざかりてはなはだしき淫行をなせばなり
When YHWH spoke at the first by Hosea, YHWH said to Hosea, "Go, take for yourself a wife of prostitution and children of unfaithfulness; for the land commits great adultery, forsaking YHWH."
3 是において彼ゆきてデブライムの女子ゴメルを妻に娶りけるがその婦はらみて男子を產り
So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim; and she conceived, and bore him a son.
4 ヱホバまた彼にいひ給ひけるは汝その名をヱズレルと名くべし 暫時ありて我ヱズレルの血をヱヒウの家に報いイスラエルの家の國をほろぼすべければなり
YHWH said to him, "Call his name 'Jezreel,' for yet a little while, and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel on the house of Jehu, and will cause the kingdom of the house of Israel to cease.
5 その日われヱズレルの谷にてイスラエルの弓を折べしと
It will happen in that day that I will break the bow of Israel in the Valley of Jezreel."
6 ゴメルまた孕みて女子を產ければヱホバ、ホセアに言たまひけるは汝その名をロルマハ(憐まれぬ者)と名くべしそは我もはやイスラエルの家をあはれみて赦すが如きことを爲ざるべければなり
She conceived again, and bore a daughter. Then he said to him, "Call her name 'No Compassion,' for I will no longer have compassion on the house of Israel, that I should in any way pardon them.
7 然どわれユダの家をあはれまん その神ヱホバによりて之をすくはん 我は弓劍戰爭馬騎兵などによりてすくふことをせじ
But I will have mercy on the house of Judah, and will save them by YHWH their God, and will not save them by bow, or by sword, or by battle, or by chariots, or by horses, or by horsemen."
8 ロルハマ乳をやめゴメルまた孕みて男子を產けるに
Now when she had weaned No Compassion, she conceived, and bore a son.
9 ヱホバ言たまひけるはその子の名をロアンミ(吾民に非ざる者)と名くべし 其は汝らは吾民にあらず我は汝らの神に非ざればなり
He said, "Call his name 'Not My People,' for you are 'Not my People' and I am 'Not your I AM.'
10 然どイスラエルの子孫の數は濱の沙石のごとくに成ゆきて量ることも數ふる事も爲しがたく前になんぢらわが民にあらずと言れしその處にて汝らは活神の子なりと言れんとす
Yet the number of the children of Israel will be as the sand of the sea, which can't be measured nor numbered; and it will come to pass that, in the place where it was said to them, "You are 'Not My People,'" they will be called "Children of the Living God."
11 斯てユダの子孫とイスラエルの子孫は共に集り一人の首をたててその地より上り來らん ヱズレルの日は大なるべし
The people of Judah and the children of Israel will be gathered together, and they will appoint themselves one head, and will go up from the land; for great will be the day of Jezreel.
