創世記 46
1 イスラエルその己につける諸の者とともに出たちベエルシバにいたりてその父イサクの神に犧牲をささぐ
So Israel brake up, with all that he had, and came in to Beer-sheba, —and offered sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac.
2 神夜の異象にイスラエルにかたりてヤコブよヤコブよといひたまふ
And God said to Israel in the visions of the night, and he said—Jacob! Jacob! And he said—Behold me!
3 ヤコブわれ此にありといひければ神いひたまふ我は神なり汝の父の神なりエジプトにくだることを懼るなかれわれ彼處にて汝を大なる國民となさん
And he said: I, am GOD himself, the God of thy father, —Be not afraid of going down to Egypt, seeing that for a great nation, will I plant thee there.
4 我汝と共にエジプトに下るべし亦かならず汝を導のぼるべしヨセフ手をなんぢの目の上におかんと
I will go down with thee to Egypt, and I will bring thee up, yea wholly up, —and, Joseph, shall lay his own hand upon thine eyes.
5 かくてヤコブ、ベエルシバをたちいでたりイスラエルの子等すなはちパロの載んとておくりたる車に父ヤコブと己の子女と妻等を載せ
So Jacob rose up from Beer-sheba, —and the sons of Israel brought Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the waggons which Pharaoh had sent to bring him;
6 その家畜とカナンの地にてえたる貨財をたづさへ斯してヤコブとその子孫皆ともにエジプトにいたれり
and they took their cattle and the gains which they had gained in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, —Jacob and all his seed with him:
7 ヤコブかくその子と子の子およびその女と子の女すなはちその子孫を皆ともなひてエジプトににつれゆけり
his sons, and his sons’ sons with him, his daughters, and his sons’ daughters, and all his seed, brought he with him into Egypt.
8 イスラエルの子のエジプトにくだれる者の名は左のごとしヤコブとその子等ヤコブの長子はルベン
Now, these, are the names of the sons of Israel who came into Egypt—Jacob and his sons, —the firstborn of Jacob, Reuben:
9 ルベンの子はヘノク、パル、ヘヅロン、カルミ
And, the sons of Reuben, —Hanoch and Pallu, and Hezron and Carmi;
10 シメオンの子はヱムエル、ヤミン、オハデ、ヤキン、ゾハルおよびカナンの婦のうめる子シヤウル
And, the sons of Simeon, —Jemuel and Jamin and Ohad and Jachin and Zohar, —and Shaul, son of the Canaanitess;
11 レビの子はゲルシヨン、コハテ、メラリ
And the sons of Levi, —Gershon, Kohath and Merari;
12 ユダの子エル、オナン、シラ、ペレヅ、ゼラ但しエルとオナンはカナンの地に死たりペレヅの子はヘヅロンおよびハムルなり
And the sons of Judah, —Er and Onan and Shelah, and Perez and Zerah, —but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan, and the sons of Perez were Hezron and Hamul;
13 イツサカルの子はトラ、プワ、ヨブ、シムロン
And, the sons of Issachar, —Tola and Puvah, and Iob and Shimron;
14 ゼブルンの子はセレデ、エロン、ヤリエルなり
And the sons of Zebulon, —Sered and Elon, and Jahleel.
15 是等および女子デナはレアがパダンアラムにてヤコブにうみたる者なりその男子女子あはせて三十三人なりき
These, are the sons of Leah whom she bare to Jacob in Padan-aram, with Dinah also his daughter, —All the souls of his sons and of his daughters, were thirty-three.
16 ガドの子はゼボン、ハギ、シユニ、エヅポン、エリ、アロデ、アレリ
And, the sons of Gad, —Zaphon and Haggi, Shuni and Ezbon, —Eri and Arodi and Areli;
17 アセルの子はヱムナ、イシワ、イスイ、ベリアおよびその妹サラ並にベリアの子ヘベルとマルキエルなり
And, the sons of Asher, —Imnah and Ishvah and Ishvi and Beriah, and Serah their sister, —and the sons of Beriah, Heber and Malchiel.
18 是等はラバンがその女レアにあたへたるジルパの子なり彼是等をヤコブにうめり都合十六人
These, are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, —so she bare these to Jacob, —sixteen souls.
19 ヤコブの妻ラケルの子はヨセフとベニヤミンなり
The sons of Rachel, Jacob’s wife, —Joseph and Benjamin;
20 エジプトの國にてヨセフにマナセとエフライムうまれたり是はオンの祭司ポテパルの女アセナテが生たる者なり
And there were born to Joseph in the land of Egypt, whom Asenath daughter of Poti-phera, priest of On, bare to him: Manasseh and Ephraim;
21 ベニヤミンの子はベラ、ベケル、アシベル、ゲラ、ナアマン、エヒ、ロシ、ムツピム、ホパム、アルデ
And the sons of Benjamin—Bela and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera and Naaman, Ehi and Rosh, —Muppim and Huppim, and Ard.
22 是等はラケルの子にしてヤコブにうまれたる者なり都合十四人
These, are the sons of Rachel, who were born to Jacob, —all the souls, were fourteen.
23 ダンの子はホシム
And, the sons of Dan, —Hushim;
24 ナフタリの子はヤジエル、グニ、ヱゼル、シレム
And the sons of Naphtali, —Jahzeel and Guni, and Jezer and Shillem.
25 是等はラバンがその女ラケルにあたへたるビルハの子なり彼これらをヤコブにうめり都合七人
These, are the sons of Bilhah, whom Laban gave to Rachel his daughter, —so she bare these to Jacob, —all the souls, were seven.
26 ヤコブとともにエジプトにいたりし者はヤコブの子の妻をのぞきて六十六人なりき是皆ヤコブの身よりいでたる者なり
All the souls that came in with Jacob to Egypt that had come forth of his loins, besides Jacob’s sons’ wives, —all the souls, were sixty-six;
27 エジプトにてヨセフにうまれたる子二人ありヤコブの家の人のエジプトにいたりし者はあはせて七十人なりき
and, the sons of Joseph who were born to him in Egypt, were two souls: All the souls of the house of Jacob that came into Egypt, were seventy.
28 ヤコブ預じめユダをヨセフにつかはしおのれをゴセンにみちびかしむ而して皆ゴセンの地にいたる
And he sent, Judah, before him unto Joseph, to direct his face to Goshen, —so they came in towards the land of Goshen.
29 ヨセフその車を整へゴセンにのぼりて父イスラエルを迓へ之にまみえてその頸を抱き頸をかかへて久く啼く
Then yoked Joseph his chariot, and went up to meet Israel his father towards Goshen, —and he appeared unto him, and fell upon his neck, and wept upon his neck a good while.
30 イスラエル、ヨセフにいふ汝なほ生てをり我汝の面を見ることをえたれば今は死るも可しと
Then said Israel unto Joseph I am ready to die at last, —now that I have seen thy face, in that thou art, yet alive.
31 ヨセフその兄弟等と父の家族とにいひけるは我のぼりてパロにつげて之にいふべしわが兄弟等とわが父の家族カナンの地にをりし者我のところに來れり
Then said Joseph unto his brethren and unto the house of his father, I must go up, and must tell Pharaoh—and must say unto him, My brethren, and the house of my father, who were in the land of Canaan, have come in unto me.
32 その人々は牧者にして牧畜の人なり彼等その羊と牛およびその有る諸の物をたづさへ來れりと
Now, the men, are feeders of flocks, for men of cattle, they are, —and their flocks and their herds and all that they have, have they brought in.
33 パロもし汝等を召て汝等の業は何なるやと問ことあらば
So shall it come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call for you, —and shall say—What is your occupation?
34 僕等は幼少より今に至るまで牧畜の人なり我儕も先祖等もともにしかりといへしからばなんぢらゴセンの地にすむことをえん牧者は皆エジプト人の穢はしとするものなればなり
Then shall ye say—Men of cattle, have thy servants been from our youth even until now, both we and our fathers, —To the end ye may dwell in the land of Goshen, for an abomination to Egyptians, is every feeder of a flock,
