出エジプト記 3
1 モーセその妻の父なるミデアンの祭司ヱテロの群を牧ひをりしがその群を曠野の奧にみちびきて神の山ホレブに至るに
Now Moses was keeping the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the wilderness, and came to the mountain of God, to Horeb.
2 ヱホバの使者棘の裏の火燄の中にて彼にあらはる彼見るに棘火に燃れどもその棘燬ず
And the agent of Jehovah appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush. And he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
3 モーセいひけるは我ゆきてこの大なる觀を見 何故に棘の燃たえざるかを見ん
And Moses said, I will turn aside now, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.
4 ヱホバ彼がきたり觀んとするを見たまふ即ち神棘の中よりモーセよモーセよと彼をよびたまひければ我ここにありといふに
And when Jehovah saw that he turned aside to see, God called to him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here I am.
5 神いひたまひけるは此に近よるなかれ汝の足より履を脱ぐべし汝が立つ處は聖き地なればなり
And he said, Do not draw near here. Put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place on which thou stand is holy ground.
6 又いひたまひけるは我はなんぢの父の神アブラハムの神イサクの神ヤコブの神なりとモーセ神を見ることを畏れてその面を蔽せり
Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look upon God.
7 ヱホバ言たまひけるは我まことにエジプトにをるわが民の苦患を觀また彼等がその驅使者の故をもて號ぶところの聲を聞り我かれらの憂苦を知るなり
And Jehovah said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.
8 われ降りてかれらをエジプト人の手より救ひいだし之を彼地より導きのぼりて善き廣き地乳と蜜との流るる地すなはちカナン人ヘテ人アモリ人ベリジ人ヒビ人ヱブス人のをる處に至らしめんとす
And I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Amorite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite.
9 今イスラエルの子孫の號呼われに達る我またエジプト人が彼らを苦むるその暴虐を見たり
And now, behold, the cry of the sons of Israel has come to me. Moreover I have seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.
10 然ば來れ我なんぢをパロにつかはし汝をしてわが民イスラエルの子孫をエジプトより導きいださしめん
Come now therefore, and I will send thee to Pharaoh, that thou may bring forth my people the sons of Israel out of Egypt.
11 モーセ神にいひけるは我は如何なる者ぞや我豈パロの許に往きイスラエルの子孫をエジプトより導きいだすべき者ならんや
And Moses said to God, Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the sons of Israel out of Egypt?
12 神いひたまひけるは我かならず汝とともにあるべし是はわが汝をつかはせる證據なり汝民をエジプトより導きいだしたる時汝等この山にて神に事へん
And he said, I will certainly be with thee. And this shall be the sign to thee, that I have sent thee: When thou have brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.
13 モーセ神にいひけるは我イスラエルの子孫の所にゆきて汝らの先祖等の神我を汝らに遣はしたまふと言んに彼等もし其名は何と我に言ば何とかれらに言べきや
And Moses said to God, Behold, when I come to the sons of Israel, and shall say to them, The God of your fathers has sent me to you, and they shall say to me, What is his name? What shall I say to them?
14 神モーセにいひたまひけるは我は有て在る者なり又いひたまひけるは汝かくイスラエルの子孫にいふべし我有といふ者我を汝らに遣したまふと
And God said to Moses, I AM WHO I AM. And he said, Thus shall thou say to the sons of Israel, I AM has sent me to you.
15 神またモーセにいひたまひけるは汝かくイスラエルの子孫にいふべし汝らの先祖等の神アブラハムの神イサクの神ヤコブの神ヱホバわれを汝らにつかはしたまふと是は永遠にわが名となり世々にわが誌となるべし
And God said moreover to Moses, Thus shall thou say to the sons of Israel, Jehovah, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is my name forever, and this is my memorial to all generations.
16 汝往てイスラエルの長老等をあつめて之にいふべし汝らの先祖等の神アブラハム、イサク、ヤコブの神ヱホバ我にあらはれて言たまひけらく我誠になんぢらを眷み汝らがエジプトにて蒙るところの事を見たり
Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say to them, Jehovah, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, has appeared to me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt.
17 我すなはち言り我汝らをエジプトの苦患の中より導き出してカナン人ヘテ人アモリ人ペリジ人ヒビ人エブス人の地すなはち乳と蜜の流るる地にのぼり至らしめんと
And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Amorite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite, to a land flowing with milk and honey.
18 彼等なんぢの言に聽したがふべし汝とイスラエルの長老等エジプトの王の許にいたりて之に言へヘブル人の神ヱホバ我らに臨めり然ば請ふわれらをして三日程ほど曠野に入しめわれらの神ヱホバに犠牲をささぐることを得せしめよと
And they shall hearken to thy voice. And thou shall come, thou and the elders of Israel, to the king of Egypt, and ye shall say to him, Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews, has met with us. And now let us go, we pray thee, three days' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to Jehovah our God.
19 我しるエジプトの王は假令能力ある手をくはふるも汝等の往をゆるさざるべし
And I know that the king of Egypt will not give you leave to go, no, not by a mighty hand.
20 我すなはちわが手を舒ベエジプトの中に諸の奇跡を行ひてエジプトを撃ん其後かれ汝等を去しむべし
And I will put forth my hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders which I will do in the midst of it, and after that he will let you go.
21 我エジプト人をして此民をめぐましめん汝ら去る時手を空うして去るべからず
And I will give this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians. And it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty.
22 婦女皆その隣人とおのれの家に寓る者とに金の飾品銀の飾品および衣服を乞べし而して汝らこれを汝らの子女に穿戴せよ汝等かくエジプト人の物を取べし
But every woman shall ask of her neighbor, and of her who sojourns in her house, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment. And ye shall put them upon your sons, and upon your daughters, and ye shall despoil the Egyptians.
