申命記 16
1 汝アビブの月を守り汝の神ヱホバに對ひて逾越節を行なへ其はアビブの月に於て汝の神ヱホバ夜の間に汝をエジプトより導き出したまひたればなり
Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover to Yahweh your God; for in the month of Abib Yahweh your God brought you out of Egypt by night.
2 汝すなはちヱホバのその名を置んとて擇びたまふ處にて羊および牛を宰り汝の神ヱホバの前に逾越節をなすべし
You shall sacrifice the Passover to Yahweh your God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which Yahweh shall choose to cause his name to dwell there.
3 酵いれたるパンを之とともに食ふべからず七日の間酵いれぬパン即ち憂患のパンを之とともに食ふべし其は汝エジプトの國より出る時は急ぎて出たればなり斯おこなひて汝その世に生存ふる日の間恒に汝がエジプトの國より出來し日を誌ゆべし
You shall eat no leavened bread with it. You shall eat unleavened bread with it seven days, even the bread of affliction (for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste) that you may remember the day when you came out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.
4 その七日の間は汝の四方の境の内にパン酵の見ること有しむべからず又なんぢが初の日の薄暮に宰りたる者の肉を翌朝まで存しおくべからず
No yeast shall be seen with you in all your borders seven days; neither shall any of the meat, which you sacrifice the first day at evening, remain all night until the morning.
5 汝の神ヱホバの汝に賜ふ汝の門の内にて逾越の牲畜を宰ることを爲べからず
You may not sacrifice the Passover within any of your gates which Yahweh your God gives you;
6 惟汝の神ヱホバのその名を置んとて選びたまふ處にて汝薄暮の日の入る頃汝がエジプトより出たる時刻に逾越の牲畜を宰るべし
but at the place which Yahweh your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell in, there you shall sacrifice the Passover at evening, at the going down of the sun, at the season that you came out of Egypt.
7 而して汝の神ヱホバの選びたまふ處にて汝これを燔て食ひ朝におよびて汝の天幕に歸り往くべし
You shall roast and eat it in the place which Yahweh your God chooses. In the morning you shall return to your tents.
8 汝六日の間酵いれぬパンを食ひ第七日に汝の神ヱホバの前に會を開くべし何の職業をも爲べからず
Six days you shall eat unleavened bread. On the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to Yahweh your God. You shall do no work.
9 汝また七七日を計ふべし即ち穀物に鎌をいれ初る時よりしてその七七日を計へ始むべきなり
You shall count for yourselves seven weeks. From the time you begin to put the sickle to the standing grain you shall begin to count seven weeks.
10 而して汝の神ヱホバの前に七週の節筵を行なひ汝の神ヱホバの汝を祝福たまふ所にしたがひ汝の力に應じてその心に願ふ禮物を献ぐべし
You shall keep the feast of weeks to Yahweh your God with a tribute of a free will offering of your hand, which you shall give according to how Yahweh your God blesses you.
11 斯して汝と汝の男子女子僕婢および汝の門の内に居るレビ人ならびに汝らの中間にをる賓旅と孤子と寡婦みなともに汝の神ヱホバのその名を置んとて選びたまふ處にて汝の神ヱホバの前に樂むべし
You shall rejoice before Yahweh your God: you, your son, your daughter, your male servant, your female servant, the Levite who is within your gates, the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widow who are among you, in the place which Yahweh your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there.
12 汝その昔エジプトに奴隸たりしことを誌え是等の法度を守り行ふべし
You shall remember that you were a slave in Egypt. You shall observe and do these statutes.
13 汝禾場と搾場の物を収蔵たる時七日の間結茅節をおこなふべし
You shall keep the feast of booths seven days, after you have gathered in from your threshing floor and from your wine press.
14 節筵をなす時には汝と汝の男子女子僕婢および汝の門の内なるレビ人賓旅孤子寡婦など皆ともに樂むべし
You shall rejoice in your feast, you, your son, your daughter, your male servant, your female servant, the Levite, the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widow who are within your gates.
15 ヱホバの選びたまふ處にて汝七日の間なんぢの神ヱホバの前に節筵をなすべし汝の神ヱホバ汝の諸の產物と汝が手の諸の工事とについて汝を祝福たまふべければ汝かならず樂むことを爲べし
You shall keep a feast to Yahweh your God seven days in the place which Yahweh chooses, because Yahweh your God will bless you in all your increase and in all the work of your hands, and you shall be altogether joyful.
16 汝の中間の男は皆なんぢの神ヱホバの擇びたまふ處にて一年に三次即ち酵いれぬパンの節と七週の節と結茅の節とに於てヱホバの前に出べし但し空手にてヱホバの前に出べからず
Three times in a year all of your males shall appear before Yahweh your God in the place which he chooses: in the feast of unleavened bread, in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of booths. They shall not appear before Yahweh empty.
17 各人汝の神ヱホバに賜はる恩惠にしたがひて其力におよぶ程の物を献ぐべし
Every man shall give as he is able, according to Yahweh your God’s blessing which he has given you.
18 汝の神ヱホバの汝に賜ふ一切の邑々に汝の支派に循がひて士師と官人を立べし彼らはまだ義き審判をもて民を審判べし
You shall make judges and officers in all your gates, which Yahweh your God gives you, according to your tribes; and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.
19 汝裁判を枉べからず人を偏視るべからずまた賄賂を取べからず賄賂は智者の目を暗まし義者の言を枉ればなり
You shall not pervert justice. You shall not show partiality. You shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous.
20 汝ただ公義を而已求むべし然せば汝生存へて汝の神ヱホバの汝に賜ふ地を獲にいたらん
You shall follow that which is altogether just, that you may live and inherit the land which Yahweh your God gives you.
21 汝の神ヱホバのために築くところの壇の傍にアシラの木像を立べからず
You shall not plant for yourselves an Asherah of any kind of tree beside Yahweh your God’s altar, which you shall make for yourselves.
22 また汝の神ヱホバの惡みたまふ偶像を己のために造るべからず
Neither shall you set yourself up a sacred stone which Yahweh your God hates.
