申命記 12
1 是は汝の先祖等の神ヱホバの汝に與へて獲させたまふところの地において汝らが世に生存ふる日の間常に守り行ふべき法度と律法となり
These are the statutes and the ordinances which you shall observe to do in the land which the LORD, the God of your fathers, has given you to possess it, all the days that you live on the earth.
2 汝らが逐はらふ國々の民がその神々に事へし處は山にある者も岡にある者も靑樹の下にある者もみな之を盡く毀ち
You shall surely destroy all the places in which the nations that you shall dispossess served their gods, on the high mountains, and on the hills, and under every green tree:
3 その壇を毀ちその柱を碎きそのアシラ像を火にて燒きまたその神々の雕像を斫倒して之が名をその處より絶去べし
and you shall break down their altars, and dash in pieces their pillars, and burn their Asherim with fire; and you shall cut down the engraved images of their gods; and you shall destroy their name out of that place.
4 但し汝らの神ヱホバには汝ら是のごとく爲べからず
You shall not do so to the LORD your God.
5 汝らの神ヱホバがその名を置んとて汝らの支派の中より擇びたまふ處なるヱホバの住居を汝ら尋ね求めて其處にいたり
But to the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes, to put his name there, even to his habitation you shall seek, and there you shall come;
6 汝らの燔祭と犠牲汝らの什一と汝らの手の擧祭汝らの願還と自意の禮物および汝らの牛羊の首出等を汝ら其處に携へ詣り
and there you shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and the wave offering of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock:
7 其處にて汝らの神ヱホバの前に食をなし又汝らと汝らの家族皆その手を勞して獲たる物をもて快樂を取べし是なんぢの神ヱホバの祝福によりて獲たるものなればなり
and there you shall eat before the LORD your God, and you shall rejoice in all that you put your hand to, you and your households, in which the LORD your God has blessed you.
8 汝ら彼處にては我らが今日此に爲ごとく各々その目に善と見ところを爲べからす
You shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatever is right in his own eyes;
9 汝らは尚いまだ汝らの神ヱホバの賜ふ安息と產業にいたらざるなり
for you haven't yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the LORD your God gives you.
10 然ど汝らヨルダンを渡り汝らの神ヱホバの汝らに與へて獲させたまふ地に住にいたらん時またヱホバ汝らの周圍の敵を除き汝らに安息を賜ひて汝等安泰に住ふにいたらん時は
But when you go over the Jordan, and dwell in the land which the LORD your God causes you to inherit, and he gives you rest from all your enemies around you, so that you dwell in safety;
11 汝らの神ヱホバその名を置んために一の處を擇びたまはん汝ら其處に我が命ずる物を都て携へゆくべし即ち汝らの燔祭と犠牲と汝らの什一と汝らの手の擧祭および汝らがヱホバに誓願をたてて献んと誓ひし一切の佳物とを携へいたるべし
then it shall happen that to the place which the LORD your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the wave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow to your God.
12 汝らは汝らの男子女子僕婢とともに汝らの神ヱホバの前に樂むべしまた汝らの門の内にをるレビ人とも然すべし其は是は汝らの中間に分なく產業なき者なればなり
You shall rejoice before the LORD your God, you, and your sons, and your daughters, and your male servants, and your female servants, and the Levite who is within your gates, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you.
13 汝愼め凡て汝が自ら擇ぶ處にて燔祭を献ることをする勿れ
Be careful that you do not offer your burnt offerings in every place that you see;
14 唯汝らの支派の一の中にヱホバの選びたまはんその處に於て汝燔祭を献げまた我が汝に命ずる一切の事を爲べし
but in the place which the LORD shall choose in one of your tribes, there you shall offer your burnt offerings, and there you shall do all that I command you.
15 彼處にては汝の神ヱホバの汝にたまふ祝福に循ひて汝その心に好む獣畜を汝の門の内に殺してその肉を食ふことを得即ち汚れたる人も潔き人もこれを食ふを得ること羚羊と牡鹿に於けるが如し
Notwithstanding, you may kill and eat flesh within all your gates, after all the desire of your soul, according to the blessing of the LORD your God which he has given you: the unclean and the clean may eat of it, as of the gazelle, and as of the deer.
16 但しその血は食ふべからず水の如くにこれを地に灌ぐべし
Only you shall not eat the blood; you shall pour it out on the earth as water.
17 汝の穀物と酒と油の什一および汝の牛羊の首出ならびに汝が立し誓願を還すための禮物と汝の自意の禮物および汝の手の擧祭の品は汝これを汝の門の内に食ふべからず
You may not eat within your gates the tithe of your grain, or of your new wine, or of your oil, or the firstborn of your herd or of your flock, nor any of your vows which you vow, nor your freewill offerings, nor the wave offering of your hand;
18 汝の神ヱホバの選びたまふ處において汝の神ヱホバの前に汝これを食ふべし即ち汝の男子女子僕婢および汝の門の内にをるレビ人とともに之を食ひ汝の手を勞して獲たる一切の物をもて汝の神ヱホバの前に快樂を取べし
but you shall eat them before the LORD your God in the place which the LORD your God shall choose, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your male servant, and your female servant, and the Levite who is within your gates: and you shall rejoice before the LORD your God in all that you put your hand to.
19 汝愼め汝が世に生存ふる日の間レビ人を棄る勿れ
Be careful that you do not forsake the Levite as long as you live in your land.
20 汝の神ヱホバ汝に言しごとくに汝の境界を廣くしたまふに及び汝心に肉を食ふことを欲して言ん我肉を食はんと然る時は汝すべてその心に好む肉を食ふことを得べし
When the LORD your God shall enlarge your border, as he has promised you, and you shall say, "I want to eat meat," because your soul desires to eat meat; you may eat meat, after all the desire of your soul.
21 もし汝の神ヱホバのその名を置んとて擇びたまへる處汝と離るること遠からば我が汝に命ぜし如く汝そのヱホバに賜はれる牛羊を宰り汝の門の内にて凡てその心に好む者を食ふべし
If the place which the LORD your God shall choose to put his name there is too far from you, then you shall kill of your herd and of your flock, which God has given you, as I have commanded you; and you may eat within your gates, after all the desire of your soul.
22 牡鹿と羚羊を食ふがごとく汝これを食ふことを得汚れたる者も潔き者も均くこれを食ふことを得るなり
Even as the gazelle and as the deer is eaten, so you shall eat of it: the unclean and the clean may eat of it alike.
23 唯堅く愼みてその血を食はざれ血はこれが生命なればなり汝その生命を肉とともに食ふべからず
Only be sure that you do not eat the blood: for the blood is the life; and you shall not eat the life with the flesh.
24 汝これを食ふ勿れ水のごとくにこれを地に灌ぐべし
You shall not eat it; you shall pour it out on the earth as water.
25 汝血を食はざれ汝もし斯ヱホバの善と觀たをふ事を爲ば汝の身と汝の後の子孫とに福祉あらん
You shall not eat it; that it may go well with you, and with your children after you, when you shall do that which is right in the eyes of the LORD.
26 唯汝の献げたる聖物と誓願の物とはこれをヱホバの擇びたまふ處に携へゆくべし
Only your holy things which you have, and your vows, you shall take, and go to the place which the LORD shall choose,
27 汝燔祭を献る時はその肉と血を汝の神ヱホバの壇に供ふべくまた犠牲を献る時はその血を汝の神ヱホバの壇の上に灌ぎその肉を食ふべし
and you shall offer your burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, on the altar of the LORD your God; and the blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out on the altar of the LORD your God; and you shall eat the flesh.
28 わが汝に命ずる是等の言を汝聽て守れ汝かく汝の神ヱホバの善と觀正と觀たまふ事を爲ば汝と汝の後の子孫に永く福祉あらん
Observe and hear and do all these words which I command you, that it may go well with you, and with your children after you forever, when you do that which is good and right in the eyes of the LORD your God.
29 汝の神ヱホバ汝が往て逐はらはんとする國々の民を汝の前より絶去たまひて汝つひにその國々を獲てその地に住にいたらん時は
When the LORD your God shall cut off the nations from before you, where you go in to dispossess them, and you dispossess them, and dwell in their land;
30 汝みづから愼め彼らが汝の前に亡びたる後汝かれらに倣ひて罟にかかる勿れまた彼らの神を尋求めこの國々の民は如何なる樣にてその神々に事へたるか我もその如くにせんと言ことなかれ
take heed to yourself that you not be ensnared to follow them, after that they are destroyed from before you; and that you not inquire after their gods, saying, "How do these nations serve their gods? I will do likewise."
31 汝の神ヱホバに向ひては汝然す可らず彼らはヱホバの忌かつ憎みたまふ諸の事をその神にむかひて爲しその男子女子をさへ火にて焚てその神々に献げたり
You shall not do so to the LORD your God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hates, have they done to their gods; for even their sons and their daughters do they burn in the fire to their gods.
32 我が汝らに命ずるこの一切の言をなんぢら守りて行ふべし汝これを増なかれまた之を減すなかれ
Whatever thing I command you, that you shall observe to do: you shall not add thereto, nor diminish from it.
