1 ダビデと軍旅の牧伯等またアサフ、ヘマンおよびヱドトンの子等を選びて職に任じ之をして琴と瑟と鐃鈸を執て預言せしむその職によれば伶人の數左のごとし
And David and the captains of the host set apart for service, unto the sons of Asaph and Heman and Jeduthun, such as should prophesy, with lyres, with harps, and with cymbals, —and, the number of the workers, for their service, was:
2 アサフの子等はザツクル、ヨセフ、ネタニア、アサレラ 皆アサフの子等にしてアサフの手に屬すアサフは王の手につきて預言す
Of the sons of Asaph, Zaccur and Joseph and Nethaniah and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph, —under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the direction of the king.
3 ヱドトンについてはヱドトンの子等はゲダリア、ゼリ、ヱサヤ、ハシヤビヤ、マツタテヤの六人 皆琴を操てその父ヱドトンの手に屬すヱドトンはヱホバを讃めかつ頌へて預言す
Of Jeduthun, the sons of Jeduthun, —Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah—six, under the direction of their father Jeduthun, with the lyre, as he prophesied, in giving thanks and offering praise unto Yahweh.
4 ヘマンについてはヘマンの子等たる者はブツキヤ、マツタニヤ、ウジエル、シブエル、ヱレモテ、ハナニヤ、ハナニ、エリアタ、ギダルテ、ロマムテエゼル、ヨシベカシヤ、マロテ、ホテル、マハジオテ
Of Heman, the sons of Heman—Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jeremoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, Mahazioth.
5 是みな神の言をつたふる王の先見者ヘマンの子等にして角を擧ぐ 神ヘマンに男子十四人女子三人を賜へり
All these, were sons of Heman, the seer of the king in the things of God, at the lifting of the horn. And God gave to Heman, fourteen sons and three daughters,
6 是等の者は皆その父の手に屬しヱホバの家において歌を謡ひ鐃鈸と瑟と琴をもて神の家の奉事をなせり アサフ、ヱドトンおよびヘマンは王の手につけり
All these, were under the direction of their father, in the singing of the house of Yahweh, with cymbals, harps and lyres, for the service of the house of God, —Asaph and Jeduthun and Heman, under the direction of the king.
7 彼等およびヱホバに歌を謡ふことを習へるその兄弟等即ち巧なる者の數は二百八十八人
And, the number of them—with their brethren, who were instructed in singing unto Yahweh, —even all the skilful, was two hundred and eighty-eight.
8 彼ら大も小も巧なる者も習ふ者も皆ともにその職務の籤を掣けるが
So they cast lots for their charges, all alike, as the small so the great, the teacher with the learner.
9 第一の籤はアサフの家のヨセフに當り第二はゲダリアに當れり彼もその兄弟等および子等十二人
And the first lot came forth for Asaph, to Joseph, —Gedaliah, the second, he and his brethren and his sons, twelve.
10 第三はザツクルに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The third, Zaccur, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
11 第四はイヅリに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The fourth, to Izri, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
12 第五はネタニヤに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The fifth, Nethaniah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
13 第六はブツキアに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The sixth, Bukkiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
14 第七はアサレラに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The seventh, Jesharelah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
15 第八はヱサヤに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The eighth, Jeshaiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
16 第九はマツタニヤに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The ninth, Mattaniah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
17 第十はシメイに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The tenth, Shimei, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
18 第十一はアザリエルに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The eleventh, Azarel, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
19 第十二はハシヤビアに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
The twelfth, to Hashabiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
20 第十三はシユバエルに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the thirteenth, Shubael, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
21 第十四はマツタテヤに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the fourteenth, Mattithiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
22 第十五はヱレモテに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the fifteenth, to Jeremoth, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
23 第十六はハナニヤに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the sixteenth, to Hananiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
24 第十七はヨシベカシヤに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the seventeenth, to Joshbekashah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
25 第十八はでハナニに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the eighteenth, to Hanani, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
26 第十九はマロテに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the nineteenth, to Mallothi, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
27 第二十はエリアタに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the twentieth, to Eliathah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
28 第二十一はホテルに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the twenty-first, to Hothir, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
29 第二十二はギダルテに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the twenty-second, to Giddalti, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
30 第二十三はマハジオテに富れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the twenty-third, to Mahazioth, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
31 第二十四はロマムテエゼルに當れりその子等とその兄弟等十二人
As the twenty-fourth, to Romamti-ezer, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
