歴代誌Ⅰ 15
1 ダビデはダビデの邑の中に自己のために家を建て又神の契約の櫃のために處を備へてこれがために幕屋を張り
And [David] made him houses in the city of David, and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent.
2 而してダビデ言けるは神の契約の櫃を舁べき者は只レビ人のみ其はヱホバ神の契約の櫃を舁しめまた己に永く事しめんとてレビ人を擇びたまひたればなりと
Then David said, None ought to carry the ark of God but the Levites: for them hath the LORD chosen to carry the ark of God, and to minister to him for ever.
3 ダビデすなはちヱホバの契約の櫃をその之がために備へたる處に舁のぼらんとてイスラエルをことごとくエルサレムに召集めたり
And David assembled all Israel to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD to its place, which he had prepared for it.
4 ダビデまたアロンの子孫とレビ人を集めたり
And David assembled the children of Aaron, and the Levites:
5 即ちコハテの子孫の中よりはウリエルを長としてその兄弟百二十人
Of the sons of Kohath; Uriel the chief, and his brethren a hundred and twenty:
6 メラリの子孫の中よりはアサヤを長としてその兄弟二百二十人
Of the sons of Merari; Asaiah the chief, and his brethren two hundred and twenty:
7 ゲルシヨンの子孫の中よりはヨエルを長としてその兄弟百三十人
Of the sons of Gershom; Joel the chief, and his brethren a hundred and thirty:
8 エリザバンの子孫の中よりはシマヤを長としてその兄弟二百人
Of the sons of Elizaphan; Shemaiah the chief, and his brethren two hundred:
9 ヘブロンの子孫の中よりはエリエルを長としてその兄弟八十人
Of the sons of Hebron; Eliel the chief, and his brethren eighty:
10 ウジエルの子孫の中よりはアミナダブを長としてその兄弟百十二人
Of the sons of Uzziel: Amminadab the chief, and his brethren a hundred and twelve.
11 ダビデ祭司ザドクとアビヤタルおよびレビ人ウリエル、アサヤ、ヨエル、シマヤ、エリエル、アミナダブを召し
And David called for Zadok and Abiathar the priests, and for the Levites, for Uriel, Asaiah, and Joel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab,
12 これに言けるは汝らはレビ人の宗家の長たり汝らと汝らの兄弟共に身を潔めイスラエルの神ヱホバの契約の櫃を我が其の爲に備へたる處に舁のぼれよ
And said to them, Ye [are] the chief of the fathers of the Levites: sanctify yourselves, [both] ye and your brethren, that ye may bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel to [the place that] I have prepared for it.
13 前には之をかきしもの汝らにあらざりしに縁て我らの神ヱホバわれらを撃たまへり是は我らそのさだめにしたがひて之に求めざりしが故なりと
For because ye [did it] not at the first, the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order.
14 是において祭司等とレビ人等イスラエルの神ヱホバの契約の櫃を舁のぼらんと身を潔め
So the priests and the Levites sanctified themselves to bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel.
15 レビの子孫たる人々すなはちモーセがヱホバの言にしたがひて命じたるごとく神の契約の櫃をその貫ける枉によりて肩に負り
And the children of the Levites bore the ark of God upon their shoulders with the staffs on it, as Moses commanded, according to the word of the LORD.
16 ダビデまたレビ人の長等に告げその兄弟等を選びて謳歌者となし瑟と琴と鐃鈸などの樂器をもちて打はやして歓喜の聲を擧しめよと言たれば
And David spoke to the chief of the Levites to appoint their brethren [to be] the singers with instruments of music, psalteries, and harps, and cymbals, sounding, by lifting up the voice with joy.
17 レビ人すなはちヨエルの子ヘマンとその兄弟ベレキヤの子アサフおよびメラリの子孫たる彼らの兄弟クシャヤの子エタンを選べり
So the Levites appointed Heman the son of Joel; and of his brethren, Asaph the son of Berechiah; and of the sons of Merari their brethren, Ethan the son of Kushaiah;
18 また之に次るその兄弟等これと偕にあり即ちゼカリヤ、ベン、ヤジエル、セミラモテ、ヱイエル、ウンニ、エリアブ、ベナヤ、マアセヤ、マツタテヤ、エリペレホ、ミクネヤおよび門を守る者なるオベデエドムとヱイエル
And with them their brethren of the second [degree], Zechariah, Ben, and Jaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, the porters.
19 謳歌者ヘマン、アサフおよびエタンは銅の鐃鈸をもて打はやす者となり
So the singers, Heman, Asaph, and Ethan, [were appointed] to sound with cymbals of brass;
20 ゼカリヤ、アジエル、セミラモテ、ヱイエル、ウンニ、エリアブ、マアセヤ、ベナヤは瑟をもて細き音を出し
And Zechariah, and Aziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, and Eliab, and Maaseiah, and Benaiah, with psalteries on Alamoth;
21 マツタテヤ、エリペレテ、ミクネヤ、オベデエドム、ヱイエル、アザジヤは琴をもて太き音を出して拍子をとれり
And Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps on the Sheminith to excel.
22 ケナニヤはレビ人の長にして負舁事に通じをるによりて負舁事を指揮せり
And Chenaniah, chief of the Levites, [was] for song: he instructed about the song, because he [was] skillful.
23 またベレキヤとエルカナは契約の櫃の門を守り
And Berechiah and Elkanah [were] door-keepers for the ark.
24 祭司シバニヤ、ヨシヤパテ、ネタネル、アマサイ、ゼカリヤ、ベナヤ、ヱリエゼル等は神の契約の櫃の前に進みて喇叭を吹きオベデエドムとヱヒアは契約の櫃の門を守れり
And Shebaniah, and Jehoshaphat, and Nethaneel, and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer the priests, did blow with the trumpets before the ark of God: and Obed-edom and Jehiah [were] door-keepers for the ark.
25 斯ダビデとイスラエルの長老および千人の長等は往てオベデエドムの家よりヱホバの契約の櫃を歓び勇みて舁のぼれり
So David and the elders of Israel, and the captains over thousands, went to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from the house of Obed-edom with joy.
26 神ヱホバの契約の櫃を舁ところのレビ人を助けたまひければ牡牛七匹牡羊七匹を献げたり
And it came to pass, when God helped the Levites that bore the ark of the covenant of the LORD, that they offered seven bullocks and seven rams.
27 ダビデは細布の衣をまとへり又契約の櫃を舁ところの一切のレビ人と謳歌者および負舁事を主どれるケナニヤも然りダビデはまた白布のエポデを着居たり
And David [was] clothed with a robe of fine linen, and all the Levites that bore the ark, and the singers, and Chenaniah the master of the song with the singers: David also [had] upon him an ephod of linen.
28 斯てイスラエルみな聲を擧げ角を吹ならし喇叭と鐃鈸と瑟と琴とをもて打はやしてヱホバの契約の櫃を舁のぼれり
Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.
29 ヱホバの契約の櫃ダビデの邑にいりし時サウルの女ミカル窻より窺ひてダビデ王の舞躍るを見その心にこれを藐視めり
And it came to pass, [as] the ark of the covenant of the LORD came to the city of David, that Michal the daughter of Saul, looking out at a window, saw king David dancing and playing: and she despised him in her heart.
