< Uromawa 7 >

1 Shi ni henu, ita shi inzin tize nan ande sa wa rusa u'inko utize vat unu un uvengize u'inko utize wa cukuno imum iwuza.
BUT know you not, my brethren, for to those who know the law I speak, that the law has authority over a man as long as he liveth?
2 Kasi vanaa u'e wa anya, ubara utize wa tirza me ahira uruma umeme inki mavengize. Inki uruma umeme ma wono, ma suro ani zin na nya.
as a woman who is bound in law to her husband as long as he liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is freed from the law of her husband.
3 A, anime, inki uruma me ma vengize ma wuza anya nan uye atiti me une utarsa ahanaa aruma. Inki uruma me ma wono, ma suro ani zin na nya mada ke ma wuzi are anya.
But if, while her husband lives, she adhere to another man, she becometh an adulteress; but if her husband shall die, she is freed from the law, and is not an adulteress, though she become (the wife) of another man.
4 A, ani me nihenu, ya cukuno anu wujo anyimo ubara utize ani pum ni ugomo asere. Barki ani me ya cukuno apum a'inde nan desa ahirza me iwono, barki ti nya ugomo Asere imum ihuma.
And now, my brethren, you also are dead to the law, through the body of the Meshiha, that you should be married to another, (namely, to) him who rose from the dead, that you may render fruit unto Aloha.
5 Uganiya sa ta rani anyimo anipum abanga ati mumum tu unee areki acece aru anyimo me, i ne ini yaa hunguko duru iwono.
For while we were in the flesh, the affections of sin, which are against the law, wrought powerfully in our members to yield fruits unto death;
6 Ani me asuzon duru anyimo u'inko utize. Ta wi aseser imum me sa ya tiri duru. Barki ti nonzo Asere anyimo abi be biriri bi soo daki u'inko utize tikuzu sa anyertike ba.
but now we are loosed from the law, and are dead to that which held us, that we might serve henceforth in the newness of the spirit, and not in the oldness of the writing.
7 Nyanini ti di buki nani u'inko utize me imum ima dini mani? Ane ani, i da cukuno inda rusa me imum be sa izi ima dini sarki u'inko utize ba. Inda taa me ni'eru, sarki u'inko utize ba, u'inko utize wa gu kati ti wuzi ni'eru ba.
What then, say we the law is sin? Not so. But sin I had not learned (to know) but by the law: for I had not known concupiscence (to be sinful), but (by) the law, which hath said, Thou shalt not covet.
8 Barki anime madini ma kem ana tukum ahira u'inko utizee ine ini ya ayen unu rizo ahira am. Gusi sarki u'inko utize ba madini mada cukuno iwono ini.
And by this commandment sin found for itself an occasion, and completed in me all concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.
9 Ure uganiya sa mazi unu uhuma mani sarki urusa u'ingizo utize, sa ma rusa uwuza imum iriri, madini ma cukuno ma huma mi induku wi.
But I was alive without the law formerly: but when the commandment came, sin lived, and I died.
10 Kadura ka Asere sa kazi kadi nyam uvengize ka cukuno iwono ahira am.
And that commandment of life was found to me (to tend) unto death.
11 Madini ma kem ana tukum usuro u'inko utize, ma dusa ma ragizum. Usuro u'inko utize wa bezum iwono im.
For sin, by the occasion it found through the commandment, deceived me, and thereby killed me.
12 Ani me, u, inko utize urizi lau, nan unu inko utize me uzi lau, rep nan unu rii.
The law therefore is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
13 Uwuza imum ihuma, idi hungukom iwono? Kati i cukuno ani me, madini mane mani ma cukuno imum izenze madi bezi nice ni mani a hira uwuza imum me sa irizi, ya ayen ini wono ani ce num usuro u'inko utize, madini madi cukuno izeze sarki imum ubata.
The good, then, unto me, unto death was made? Not so. But sin, that it might be seen what sin is, by the good (law) effected death in me, that sin might be the more condemned by the commandment.
14 Ti sa rusa u'inko utize imum ibibe ba Asere ini, mi in ra ani pum, m a ziza nice num anirere ni madini.
For we know that the law is spiritual; but I am carnal, and sold unto sin.
15 Daki ma rusa imum be sa inzini wuza me ba, barki sa daki imum be sa ma inko iriba ini inzini uwuza me ba.
For what I work, I know not; and not that which I will, I do; but what I hate, that I do.
16 Inki imum be sa inda nyaram ini, ine ini inwuza, ma hem innu inko utize imum ini iriri.
And if the thing that I would not, I do, I witness of the law that it is good.
17 Ana me, daki mi mani in wuza ba, madini mani sa ma ra anyimo am. In rusa daa imumu ihuma ya cukuno ani pum nim ba.
But now it is not I who work this, but sin which dwelleth in me.
18 In nyara in wuzi imum ihuma. Daki ma ken ace uwuza me ba.
For I know that in me, but that is in my flesh, good dwelleth not; because to will the good is easy to me, but to perform it I find not.
19 Imumu ihuma me sa ma inko iriba in wuzi, daki ma wuza ba, imum izenze me ini sa inda nyara in wuzi ba ine ini in zini wuza me.
For the good that I will to do, I do not; but the evil that I will not to do, that do I.
20 Ana me ingi ma wuna imum be sa daki ma nyara in wu ini, ya cukuno daki mi mani ma wuna ini ba. Madini mani sa ma raa anyimo am.
And if the thing that I will not I do, it is not I who do it, but sin which dwelleth in me.
21 In ke basa anyimo iriba im in guna in wu imum iriri, ikem izenze ini ma wuna.
I find then a law which accordeth with my mind, that willeth to do good, because evil is near to me.
22 In kunna urunta utize ta Asere nan unuu me sa ma raa iriba im.
For I rejoice in the law of Aloha in the interior man;
23 Ma ira tire ti mumum anyimo am sa ti zin in nikono nan ti mumum ti riri anyimo iriba im. Yaduku sokum anyimo ani rere imum imadini sa ira ani pum num.
but I see another law in my members, which warreth against the law of my mind, making me captive to the law of sin that is in my members.
24 Mi unu mani sa inda zom iri imum ba. Barki ani me aveni madi benkum ma karti iwono ini pum ni geme?
25 Ma wuna iriba irum unu ugomo Asere usuro UYesu barki ani me indi tarsi tize ta Asere anyimo iriba im. Anyimo ani pum in tarsa timumum ti madini.
I give thanks to Aloha! (it is) by the hand of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha. Now then, I in my mind am the servant of the law of Aloha, but in my flesh I am the servant of the law of sin.
