1 Uyohana 3
1 Ira nin usu me sa aco aru me ma bezin duru, bati atitin duru ahana Asere, y a cukuno ane ani atisan duru, ine ini ya wuna une uda rusan duru ba, barki uda rusa me ba.
And ye see, how great is the love of the Father towards us, who hath called us sons, and made us such. Therefore the world knoweth us not, because it likewise knoweth him not.
2 Shi ahana iriba im, ana me daki amu poko imum me sa tizi ba. Ti rusa ingi Ugomo Asere ma aye tidi cukuno gusi meme, tidi iri me uzina umeme.
My beloved, now are we the sons of God; and hitherto, it hath not appeared what we are to be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be in his likeness, and we shall see him as he is.
3 Vat desa mazin ini iriba ini kara barki imum me i'eze in naje ma cukuno lau gusi meme.
And every one that hath this hope from him, purifieth himself, as he is pure.
4 Vat desa mare aje uni wuza imum iburi, ma game tize ta Asere tini, barki uwuza imum iburi unyarime Asere uni.
And every one that practiseth sin, perpetrateth iniquity; for all sin is iniquity.
5 I rusa Yesu ma'e barki ma kari imum iburi ini, ahira ameme imum iburi izome ni.
And ye know, that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him was no sin.
6 Vat desa ma ciki anyimo ameme, mada wuza me imum iburi ba, da mamu ira me ba, mada taame me ba.
And every one that abideth in him, sinneth not: and every one that sinneth, hath not seen him, nor hath known him.
7 Shi ahana iriba im, kati i hem uye ma rangi shi, desa ma wuza imum ihuma, unu uhuma mani usanzi Uyesu.
My children, let no one deceive you: he that doeth righteousness, is righteous, as the Messiah also is righteous.
8 Vat desa ma wuza imum iburi me vana ubibe bizen-zen mani, barki datti utuba unu uburi mamu unu wuza imum iburi mani. Ane ani vana Asere Yesu ma'e barki ma cari katuma ka unu uburi.
And he that committeth sin, is of Satan; because Satan was a sinner from the beginning: and for this cause, the Son of God appeared, that he might destroy the works of Satan.
9 Desa mazi vana Asere mani, mada wuza me imum iburi ba, barki bisana bi meme bi ciki anyimo ame mada wuza me imum iburi barki me vana Asere mani.
Every one that is born of God, doth not practise sin; because his seed is in him, and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
10 Bisana bi Ugomo Asere nan bi unu buri bida zo me unu hunne me ba. Desa mada wuza me imum iriri ba, mada zoo me wa Asere ba, nani desa ma nyari me uhenu ume me. Anyimo
By this are the children of God discriminated from the children of Satan. Every one that practiseth not righteousness, and that loveth not his brother, is not of God:
11 Kadura ka zigine me sa ya kunna datti unu tuba, i canti nihenu memeru.
because this is the commandment, which ye heard from the beginning, that ye should love one another.
12 Kati i cukuno kasi Kayinu sa mazi vana uburi, d esa ma huu uhenu umeme, nyanini ya wuu ma huu me? Barki katuma ka maree, ku uhenu umeme karizi.
Not like Cain, who was of the evil one, and slew his brother. And why did he slay him, but because his own works were evil, and those of his brother righteous?
13 Kati i gamari mu riba, nihenu ingi une wa gaa shi.
And wonder not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
14 Na ti rusi tamu aka iwono, uhana uvengize barki unyara uni henu, desa mada nyara me nihenu ba ma ciki ticukum ti wono tini.
We know that we have turned from death unto life, by this, that we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother, remaineth in death.
For every one that hateth his brother, is a man-slayer; and ye know, that no man-slayer can have eternal life abiding in him. (aiōnios g166)
16 Ane ani ti rusa nihenu, kasi ahira iriba isheu Yeso ma nya nice nime ma wi barki haru. Ca haru cangi ti nya ace arunbarki anu henu aru.
By this we know his love towards us, because he gave up his life for us: and we also ought to give up our lives for our brethren.
17 Vat desa ma zin ini mum itari ma hira uhenu unu zati imum ma impo aje barkinkatti ma benki uhenume. Adi wu aneni agu ma rusa Asere?
But whoever hath worldly possessions, and seeth his brother in want, and shutteth up his bowels from him, how is the love of God in him?
18 Shi ahana iriba im, kati ibezi i nyara nihenu in na nyo cas, bezi ni we anyimo atuma nan kadure.
My children, let us not love one another in words and in tongue, but in acts and in truth.
19 A'ana me ani tidi bezi kadure karu, ti kuri ti hem in acce aru ahira Asere.
And by this, we recognize that we are of the truth; and, before he shall come, we make our hearts confident.
20 Barki ingi muriba muru ma reki duru, Asere atekin duru ma kuri marusan inko nyani.
But if our heart condemneth us, how much greater is God than our heart, and knowing all things?
21 Shi anu tarsa um, ingi daki muriba muru ma rekin duru ba tidi ha ahira Asere unu hem uru.
My beloved, if our heart condemneth us not, we have open countenances before God.
22 Tidi kem vat imum me sa ta iko ahira ameme, barki ti tarsa tize ti meme, ta kuri ti ti wuza imum me sa ma nyara.
And whatever we ask, we receive from him; because we keep his commandments, and do acceptable things before him.
23 U'inko utize Ugomo Asere wazigenne me vat unu tarsa ume ma hem invana umeme Yeso, ti kuri ti hem ina ce aru kasi ubuka Asere.
And this is his commandment, that we believe on the name of his Son Jesus the Messiah, and that we love one another as he hath commanded us.
24 Vat unu tarsa utize ta Asere ma ciki anyimo ameme ani. Ana ani ta tinka ma raa anyimo aru, barki bibe biriri sa ma nya duru.
And he that keepeth his commandments, is kept by him, and he dwelleth in him: and by this we understand that he abideth in us, from his Spirit which he hath given to us.
