Giobbe 13
1 Ecco, l’occhio mio tutto questo l’ha veduto; l’orecchio mio l’ha udito e l’ha inteso.
There! all it has seen eye my it has heard ear my and it has understood it.
2 Quel che sapete voi lo so pur io, non vi sono punto inferiore.
Like knowledge your I know also I not [am] falling I more than you.
3 Ma io vorrei parlare con l’Onnipotente, avrei caro di ragionar con Dio;
But I to [the] Almighty I will speak and to argue to God I desire.
4 giacché voi siete de’ fabbri di menzogne, siete tutti quanti de’ medici da nulla.
And but you [are] smearers of falsehood [are] physicians of worthlessness all of you.
5 Oh se serbaste il silenzio! esso vi conterebbe come sapienza.
Who? will he give certainly you will be silent! and it may become for you wisdom.
6 Ascoltate, vi prego, quel che ho da rimproverarvi; state attenti alle ragioni delle mie labbra!
Listen to please argument my and [the] contentions of lips my pay attention to.
7 Volete dunque difendere Iddio parlando iniquamente? sostener la sua causa con parole di frode?
¿ for God will you speak unrighteousness and for him will you speak? deceit.
8 Volete aver riguardo alla sua persona? e costituirvi gli avvocati di Dio?
¿ Face his will you lift up! or? for God will you argue a case!
9 Sarà egli un bene per voi quando vi scruterà a fondo? credete ingannarlo come s’inganna un uomo?
¿ [will it be] good If he will examine you or? as deceives a person will you deceive him.
10 Certo egli vi riprenderà severamente se nel vostro segreto avete dei riguardi personali.
Certainly he will rebuke you if in secrecy faces you will lift up!
11 La maestà sua non vi farà sgomenti? Il suo terrore non piomberà su di voi?
¿ Not majesty his will it terrify you and dread his will it fall? on you.
12 I vostri detti memorandi son massime di cenere; i vostri baluardi son baluardi d’argilla.
Memorials your [are] proverbs of ash[es] [are] defenses of clay defenses your.
13 Tacete! lasciatemi stare! voglio parlare io, e m’avvenga quello che può!
Be silent from me so let me speak I and let it pass on me whatever.
14 Perché prenderei la mia carne coi denti? Metterò piuttosto la mia vita nelle mie mani.

15 Ecco, egli m’ucciderà; non spero più nulla; ma io difenderò in faccia a lui la mia condotta!

16 Anche questo servirà alla mia salvezza; poiché un empio non ardirebbe presentarsi a lui.

17 Ascoltate attentamente il mio discorso, porgete orecchio a quanto sto per dichiararvi.

18 Ecco, io ho disposto ogni cosa per la causa; so che sarò riconosciuto giusto.
Here! please I have arranged a case I know that I I am in [the] right.
19 V’è qualcuno che voglia farmi opposizione? Se v’è io mi taccio e vo’ morire.
Who? that will he conduct a case with me if now I will keep silent and I may expire.
20 Ma, o Dio, concedimi solo due cose, e non mi nasconderò dal tuo cospetto:
Only two [things] may not you do with me then from before you not I will hide myself.
21 ritirami d’addosso la tua mano, e fa’ che i tuoi terrori non mi spaventin più.
Hand your from on me put far away and dread your may not it terrify me.
22 Poi interpellami, ed io risponderò; o parlerò io, e tu replicherai.
And call and I I will answer or let me speak and respond to me.
23 Quante sono le mie iniquità, quanti i miei peccati? Fammi conoscere la mia trasgressione, il mio peccato!
How many? of me [are] iniquities and sins transgression my and sin my make known to me.
24 Perché nascondi il tuo volto, e mi tieni in conto di nemico?
Why? face your do you hide and do you consider? me to an enemy of you.
25 Vuoi tu atterrire una foglia portata via dal vento? Vuoi tu perseguitare una pagliuzza inaridita?
¿ A leaf driven about will you terrify and chaff dry will you pursue?
26 tu che mi condanni a pene così amare, e mi fai espiare i falli della mia giovinezza,
For you write on me bitter things and you cause to inherit me [the] iniquities of youth my.
27 tu che metti i miei piedi nei ceppi, che spii tutti i miei movimenti, e tracci una linea intorno alla pianta de’ miei piedi?
And you put in the stock[s] - feet my so you may watch all paths my on [the] roots of feet my you make a mark.
28 Intanto questo mio corpo si disfa come legno tarlato, come un abito roso dalle tignuole.
And he like rottenness he wears out like a garment [which] it eats it a moth.
