Esodo 21
1 OR queste [sono] le leggi giudiciali, le quali tu proporrai loro:
and these [the] justice: judgement which to set: make to/for face: before their
2 Quando tu avrai comperato un servo Ebreo, servati egli sei anni; ma al settimo anno vadasene franco, senza pagar nulla.
for to buy servant/slave Hebrew six year to serve and in/on/with seventh to come out: come to/for free for nothing
3 Se egli è venuto [sol] col suo corpo, vadasene col suo corpo; se egli avea moglie, vadasene la sua moglie con lui.
if in/on/with single/height his to come (in): come in/on/with single/height his to come out: come if master: husband woman: wife he/she/it and to come out: come woman: wife his with him
4 Se il suo signore gli ha data moglie, la quale gli abbia partoriti figliuoli o figliuole; quella moglie, e i figliuoli di essa, sieno del signore; e vadasene egli col suo corpo.
if lord his to give: give(marriage) to/for him woman: wife and to beget to/for him son: child or daughter [the] woman: wife and youth her to be to/for lord her and he/she/it to come out: come in/on/with single/height his
5 Ma se pure il servo dice: Io amo il mio signore, la mia moglie, e i miei figliuoli; io non me ne voglio andar franco;
and if to say to say [the] servant/slave to love: lover [obj] lord my [obj] woman: wife my and [obj] son: child my not to come out: come free
6 faccialo il suo signore comparire davanti a' giudici; poi faccialo appressare all'uscio, o allo stipite [della porta], e forigli l'orecchio con una lesina; e servagli colui in perpetuo.
and to approach: bring him lord his to(wards) [the] God and to approach: bring him to(wards) [the] door or to(wards) [the] doorpost and to bore lord his [obj] ear his in/on/with awl and to serve him to/for forever: enduring
7 E quando alcuno avrà venduta la sua figliuola per serva, non esca ella [di casa], come i servi ne escono.
and for to sell man [obj] daughter his to/for maidservant not to come out: come like/as to come out: come [the] servant/slave
8 Se ella dispiace al suo signore, a cui [il padre] l'avrà sposata, facciala quello franca; non abbia podestà di venderla a un popolo straniero, dopo averle rotta la fede.
if be evil in/on/with eye: appearance lord her which (to/for him *Q(K)*) to appoint her and to ransom her to/for people foreign not to rule to/for to sell her in/on/with to act treacherously he in/on/with her
9 E se egli la fa sposare al suo figliuolo, facciale secondo la ragion delle fanciulle.
and if to/for son: child his to appoint her like/as justice [the] daughter to make: do to/for her
10 Se egli gliene prende un'altra, non tolgale il nutrimento, nè il vestire, nè la coabitazione.
if another to take: marry to/for him flesh her covering her and cohabitation her not to dimish
11 E se egli non le fa queste tre [cose], vadasene ella gratuitamente, [senza pagar] danari alcuni.
and if three these not to make: do to/for her and to come out: come for nothing nothing silver: money
12 Chi avrà percosso un uomo, sì che egli [ne] muoia, del tutto sia fatto morire.
to smite man: anyone and to die to die to die
13 Ma, quant'è a colui che non l'avrà appostato, anzi Iddio glielo avrà fatto scontrar nelle mani, io ti costituirò un luogo, al quale colui rifugga.
and which not to ambush and [the] God to meet to/for hand: power his and to set: appoint to/for you place which to flee there [to]
14 Ma, quando alcuno per temerità avrà macchinato contro al suo prossimo, per ucciderlo con inganno, trallo fuori, [eziandio] d'appresso al mio altare, perchè muoia.
and for to boil man: anyone upon neighbor his to/for to kill him in/on/with craftiness from from with altar my to take: take him to/for to die
15 Chi avrà battuto suo padre, o sua madre, del tutto sia fatto morire.
and to smite father his and mother his to die to die
16 Parimente, chi avrà rubata una persona, o sia che l'abbia venduta, o che gli sia trovata in mano, del tutto sia fatto morire.
and to steal man: anyone and to sell him and to find in/on/with hand: power his to die to die
17 Ed anche, chi avrà maledetto suo padre, o sua madre, del tutto sia fatto morire.
and to lighten father his and mother his to die to die
18 E quando alcuni contenderanno insieme, e l'uno avrà percosso l'altro con pietra, o col pugno, onde egli non muoia, ma giaccia in letto;
and for to contend [emph?] human and to smite man: anyone [obj] neighbor his in/on/with stone or in/on/with fist and not to die and to fall: fall to/for bed
19 se egli si rileva, e cammina fuori in sul suo bastone, colui che l'avrà percosso sia assolto; sol gli paghi ciò ch'egli è stato a bada, e lo faccia medicare fino a compiuta guarigione.
if to arise: rise and to go: walk in/on/with outside upon staff his and to clear [the] to smite except cessation his to give: pay and to heal to heal
20 E quando alcuno avrà percosso il suo servo, o la sua serva, con un bastone, sì che gli muoia sotto la mano, facciasene del tutto punizione.
and for to smite man: anyone [obj] servant/slave his or [obj] maidservant his in/on/with tribe: staff and to die underneath: owning hand: owner his to avenge to avenge
21 Ma se pur campa un giorno, o due, non facciasene punizione; perciocchè [è] suo danaro.
surely if day or day to stand: stand not to avenge for silver: money his he/she/it
22 E quando alcuni, contendendo insieme, avranno percossa una donna gravida, sì che il parto n'esca fuori, ma pur non vi sarà caso di morte; sia colui che l'avrà percossa condannato ad ammenda, secondo che il marito della donna gl'imporrà; e paghi[la] per [autorità de'] giudici.
and for to struggle human and to strike woman pregnant and to come out: produce youth her and not to be harm to fine to fine like/as as which to set: make upon him master: husband [the] woman and to give: pay in/on/with judge
23 Ma, se vi è caso di morte, metti vita per vita;
and if harm to be and to give: pay soul: life underneath: instead soul: life
24 occhio per occhio, dente per dente, mano per mano, piè per piè;
eye underneath: instead eye tooth underneath: instead tooth hand underneath: instead hand foot underneath: instead foot
25 arsura per arsura, ferita per ferita, lividore per lividore.
burning underneath: instead burning wound underneath: instead wound wound underneath: instead wound
26 E quando alcuno avrà percosso l'occhio del suo servo, o l'occhio della sua serva, e l'avrà guasto; lascilo andar franco per lo suo occhio.
and for to smite man: anyone [obj] eye servant/slave his or [obj] eye maidservant his and to ruin her to/for free to send: let go him underneath: because of eye his
27 Parimente, se ha fatto cadere un dente al suo servo o alla sua serva, lascilo andar franco per lo suo dente.
and if tooth servant/slave his or tooth maidservant his to fall: deserting to/for free to send: let go him underneath: because of tooth his
28 E quando un bue avrà cozzato un uomo o una donna, sì che ne muoia, del tutto sia quel bue lapidato, e non mangisene la carne; e il padrone del bue [sia] assolto.
and for to gore cattle [obj] man or [obj] woman and to die to stone to stone [the] cattle and not to eat [obj] flesh his and master [the] cattle innocent
29 Ma se il bue per addietro è stato uso di cozzare, e ciò è stato protestato al padron di esso, ed egli non l'ha guardato, e il bue ha ucciso un uomo o una donna, sia il bue lapidato, e anche facciasi morire il padron di esso.
and if cattle goring he/she/it from yesterday three days ago and to testify in/on/with master his and not to keep: look at him and to die man or woman [the] cattle to stone and also master his to die
30 Se gli è imposto alcun prezzo di riscatto, paghi il riscatto della sua vita, interamente come gli sarà imposto.
if ransom to set: make upon him and to give: pay redemption soul: life his like/as all which to set: make upon him
31 Se il bue cozza un figliuolo o una figliuola, facciaglisi secondo questa legge.
or son: child to gore or daughter to gore like/as justice: judgement [the] this to make: do to/for him
32 Se il bue cozza un servo o una serva, paghi [il padron del bue] trenta sicli di argento al padrone di esso, e sia lapidato il bue.
if servant/slave to gore [the] cattle or maidservant silver: money thirty shekel to give: pay to/for lord his and [the] cattle to stone
33 E, se alcuno scuopre una fossa; ovvero, avendo cavata una fossa, non la ricuopre, e vi cade dentro bue od asino;
and for to open man: anyone pit or for to pierce man: anyone pit and not to cover him and to fall: fall there [to] cattle or donkey
34 ristorine il danno il padron della fossa, pagandone i danari al padron del bue o dell'asino; e il morto sia suo.
master [the] pit to complete silver: money to return: pay to/for master his and [the] to die to be to/for him
35 E se il bue d'alcuno urta il bue del prossimo di esso, dì che muoia, vendano essi il bue vivo, e partiscanne i danari per metà; partiscano eziandio il morto.
and for to strike cattle man: anyone [obj] cattle neighbor his and to die and to sell [obj] [the] cattle [the] alive and to divide [obj] silver: price his and also [obj] [the] to die to divide [emph?]
36 [Ma], se è notorio che quel bue per addietro fosse uso di cozzare, e il padrone di esso non l'ha guardato, restituisca egli del tutto bue per bue; ma il morto sia suo.
or to know for cattle goring he/she/it from yesterday three days ago and not to keep: look at him master his to complete to complete cattle underneath: instead [the] cattle and [the] to die to be to/for him
