Aggeo 2
1 Il ventuno del settimo mese, questa parola del Signore fu rivelata per mezzo del profeta Aggeo:
In the seventh [month] on [day] twenty and one of the month it came [the] word of Yahweh by [the] hand of Haggai the prophet saying.
2 Su, parla a Zorobabele figlio di Sealtièl, governatore della Giudea, a Giosuè figlio di Iozedàk, sommo sacerdote, e a tutto il resto del popolo:
Say please to Zerubbabel [the] son of Shealtiel [the] governor of Judah and to Joshua [the] son of Jehozadak the priest great and to [the] remnant of the people saying.
3 Chi di voi è ancora in vita che abbia visto questa casa nel suo primitivo splendore? Ma ora in quali condizioni voi la vedete? In confronto a quella, non è forse ridotta a un nulla ai vostri occhi?
Who? among you [is] the [one who] remains who he saw the house this in splendor its former and what? [are] you seeing it now ¿ not [is] as it as nothing in view your.
4 Ora, coraggio, Zorobabele - oracolo del Signore - coraggio, Giosuè figlio di Iozedàk, sommo sacerdote; coraggio, popolo tutto del paese, dice il Signore, e al lavoro, perché io sono con voi - oracolo del Signore degli eserciti -
And now be strong O Zerubbabel - [the] utterance of Yahweh and be strong O Joshua [the] son of Jehozadak the priest great and be strong O all [the] people of the land [the] utterance of Yahweh and work that I [am] with you [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
5 secondo la parola dell'alleanza che ho stipulato con voi quando siete usciti dall'Egitto; il mio spirito sarà con voi, non temete.
The word which I cut with you when came out you from Egypt and spirit my [is] standing in midst of you may not you be afraid.
6 Dice infatti il Signore degli eserciti: Ancora un pò di tempo e io scuoterò il cielo e la terra, il mare e la terraferma.
For thus he says Yahweh of hosts yet one [time] [is] a little it and I [am] about to shake the heavens and the earth and the sea and the dry ground.
7 Scuoterò tutte le nazioni e affluiranno le ricchezze di tutte le genti e io riempirò questa casa della mia gloria, dice il Signore degli eserciti.
And I will shake all the nations and they will come [the] precious thing of all the nations and I will fill the house this splendor he says Yahweh of hosts.
8 L'argento è mio e mio è l'oro, dice il Signore degli eserciti.
[belongs] to Me the silver and [belongs] to me the gold [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
9 La gloria futura di questa casa sarà più grande di quella di una volta, dice il Signore degli eserciti; in questo luogo porrò la pace - oracolo del Signore degli eserciti -.
Great it will be [the] splendor of the house this latter more than the former he says Yahweh of hosts and in the place this I will give peace [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
10 Il ventiquattro del nono mese, secondo anno di Dario, questa parola del Signore fu rivelata per mezzo del profeta Aggeo:
On [day] twenty and four of the ninth [month] in year two of Darius it came [the] word of Yahweh to Haggai the prophet saying.
11 Dice il Signore degli eserciti: Interroga i sacerdoti intorno alla legge e chiedi loro:
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts ask please the priests instruction saying.
12 Se uno in un lembo del suo vestito porta carne consacrata e con il lembo tocca il pane, il companatico, il vino, l'olio o qualunque altro cibo, questo verrà santificato? No, risposero i sacerdoti.
There! - he will carry someone flesh of holiness in [the] skirt of garment his and he will touch with skirt his bread and cooked food and wine and oil and every food ¿ will it become holy and they answered the priests and they said no.
13 Aggeo soggiunse: «Se uno che è contaminato per il contatto di un cadavere tocca una di quelle cose, sarà essa immonda?» «Sì», risposero i sacerdoti, «è immonda».
And he said Haggai if he will touch a [person] unclean of a corpse all these [things] ¿ will it become unclean and they answered the priests and they said it will become unclean.
14 Ora riprese Aggeo: «Tale è questo popolo, tale è questa nazione davanti a me - oracolo del Signore - e tale è ogni lavoro delle loro mani; anzi, anche ciò che qui mi offrono è immondo».
And he answered Haggai and he said [is] thus the people this and [is] thus the nation this before me [the] utterance of Yahweh and [is] thus all [the] work of hands their and [that] which they will bring near there [is] unclean it.
15 Ora, pensate, da oggi e per l'avvenire: prima che si cominciasse a porre pietra sopra pietra nel tempio del Signore,
And therefore set please heart your from the day this and up-wards from before put a stone to a stone in [the] temple of Yahweh.
16 come andavano le vostre cose? Si andava a un mucchio da cui si attendevano venti misure di grano e ce n'erano dieci; si andava a un tino da cinquanta barili e ce n'erano venti.
From when were they someone came to a heap of twenty [measures] and it was ten someone came to the wine vat to draw fifty [measures] a winepress and it was twenty.
17 Io vi ho colpiti con la ruggine, con il carbonchio e con la grandine in tutti i lavori delle vostre mani, ma voi non siete ritornati a me - parola del Signore -.
I struck you with blight and with mildew and with hail all [the] work of hands your and not you to me [the] utterance of Yahweh.
18 Considerate bene da oggi in poi (dal ventiquattro del nono mese, cioè dal giorno in cui si posero le fondamenta del tempio del Signore),
Set please heart your from the day this and up-wards from day twenty and four of the ninth [month] from the day when it was founded [the] temple of Yahweh set heart your.
19 se il grano verrà a mancare nei granai, se la vite, il fico, il melograno, l'olivo non daranno più i loro frutti. Da oggi in poi io vi benedirò!
¿ Still [is] the seed in the granary and to the vine and the fig tree and the pomegranate and [the] tree of the olive not it has borne [fruit] from the day this I will bless.
20 Il ventiquattro del mese questa parola del Signore fu rivolta una seconda volta ad Aggeo:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh - a second [time] to Haggai on [day] twenty and four of the month saying.
21 «Parla a Zorobabele, governatore della Giudea, e digli: Scuoterò il cielo e la terra,
Say to Zerubbabel [the] governor of Judah saying I [am] about to shake the heavens and the earth.
22 abbatterò il trono dei regni e distruggerò la potenza dei regni delle nazioni, rovescerò i carri e i loro equipaggi: cadranno cavalli e cavalieri; ognuno verrà trafitto dalla spada del proprio fratello.
And I will overthrow [the] throne of kingdoms and I will destroy [the] strength of [the] kingdoms of the nations and I will overthrow chariotry and riders its and they will go down horses and riders their each by [the] sword of brother his.
23 In quel giorno - oracolo del Signore degli eserciti - io ti prenderò, Zorobabele figlio di Sealtièl mio servo, dice il Signore, e ti porrò come un sigillo, perché io ti ho eletto, dice il Signore degli eserciti».
On the day that [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts I will take you O Zerubbabel [the] son of Shealtiel servant my [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will make you like signet-ring for you I have chosen [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
