Esodo 39
1 Con porpora viola e porpora rossa, con scarlatto e bisso fece le vesti liturgiche per officiare nel santuario. Fecero le vesti sacre di Aronne, come il Signore aveva ordinato a Mosè.
And of the blue and the purple, and the crimson, made they cloths of variegated stuff for ministering in the sanctuary, —and they made the holy garments which were for Aaron, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
2 Fecero l' efod con oro, porpora viola e porpora rossa, scarlatto e bisso ritorto.
So he made the ephod, —of gold, blue, and purple, and crimson, and fine twined linen,
3 Fecero placche d'oro battuto e le tagliarono in striscie sottili, per intrecciarle con la porpora viola, la porpora rossa, lo scarlatto e il bisso, lavoro d'artista.
And they did beat out the plates of gold and he proceeded to cut them into threads, to work into the midst of the blue and into the midst of the purple and into the midst of the crimson, and into the midst of the fine linen, —with the work of a skilful weaver.
4 Fecero all' efod due spalline, che vennero attaccate alle sue due estremità; così ne risultò un pezzo tutto unito.
Shoulder-pieces, made they thereto, for joining, —at its two edges, was it joined.
5 La cintura, che lo teneva legato e che stava sopra di esso, era della stessa fattura ed era di un sol pezzo: era intessuta d'oro, di porpora viola e porpora rossa, di scarlatto e di bisso ritorto, come il Signore aveva ordinato a Mosè.
And as for the curious fastening girdle which was thereon, of the same, it was according to the working thereof, gold blue, and purple, and crimson and fine twined linen, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
6 Lavorarono le pietre di ònice, inserite in castoni d'oro, incise con i nomi degli Israeliti, secondo l'arte d'incidere i sigilli.
And they wrought the onyx stones, enclosed in ouches of gold, —graven with the engravings of a seal-ring, after the names of the sons of Israel.
7 Fissarono le due pietre sulle spalline dell' efod, come pietre a ricordo degli Israeliti, come il Signore aveva ordinato a Mosè.
And he put them on the shoulderpieces of the ephod, as stones of memorial for the sons of Israel, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
8 Fecero il pettorale, lavoro d'artista, come l' efod: con oro, porpora viola, porpora rossa, scarlatto e bisso ritorto.
And he made the breastpiece the work of a skilful weaver like the work of the ephod, —of gold blue and purple and crimson, and fine twined linen.
9 Era quadrato e lo fecero doppio; aveva una spanna di lunghezza e una spanna di larghezza.
Foursquare, it was doubled, made they the breastpiece, —a span, was the length thereof, and, a span, the breadth thereof, doubled.
10 Lo coprirono con una incastonatura di pietre preziose, disposte in quattro file di pietre. Una fila: una cornalina, un topazio e uno smeraldo, così la prima fila.
And they set therein four rows of stones, —one row a sardius, a topaz and an emerald, the first row;
11 La seconda fila: un turchese, uno zaffìro e un berillo.
and the second row, —a carbuncle a sapphire, and a diamond;
12 La terza fila: un giacinto, un'àgata e una ametista.
and the third row, —an opal an agate and an amethyst;
13 La quarta fila: un crisòlito, un ònice e un diaspro. Erano inserite nell'oro mediante i loro castoni.
and the fourth row, a Tarshish stone, a sardonyx, and a jasper, —enclosed in ouches of gold, when they were set
14 Le pietre corrispondevano ai nomi degli Israeliti: dodici, secondo i loro nomi ed erano incise come i sigilli, ciascuna con il nome corrispondente, secondo le dodici tribù.
And as for the stones, after the names of the sons of Israel, they were twelve, after their names, —with the engravings of a seal-ring, each one, after his name, for the twelve tribes,
15 Fecero sul pettorale catene in forma di cordoni, lavoro d'intreccio d'oro puro.
And they made, upon the breastpiece, chains like cords of wreathen work, —of pure gold.
16 Fecero due castoni d'oro e due anelli d'oro e misero i due anelli alle due estremità del pettorale.
And they made two ouches of gold, and two rings of gold, —and they placed the two rings upon the two ends of the breastpiece;
17 Misero le due catene d'oro sui due anelli alle due estremità del pettorale.
and they placed the two wreathen chains of gold upon the two rings, -upon the ends of the breastpiece;
18 Quanto alle due altre estremità delle catene, le fissarono sui due castoni e le fecero passare sulle spalline dell' efod, nella parte anteriore.
and the other two ends of the two wreathen chains, placed they upon the two ouches, —and placed them upon the shoulder-pieces of the ephod in the forefront thereof.
19 Fecero due altri anelli d'oro e li collocarono alle due estremità del pettorale sull'orlo che era dalla parte dell' efod, verso l'interno.
And they made two rings of gold, and put on the two ends of the breastpiece, upon the border thereof, which is towards the ephod, inwards.
20 Fecero due altri anelli d'oro e li posero sulle due spalline dell' efod in basso, sul suo lato anteriore, in vicinanza del punto di attacco, al di sopra della cintura dell' efod.
And they made two other rings of gold, and placed them upon the two shoulder-pieces of the ephod below on the front of the face thereof, to match the joining thereof.—above the curious girdle of the ephod,

And they bound the breastpiece by the rings thereof into the rings of the ephod, with a cord of blue that it might remain upon the curious girdle of the ephod, and the breastpiece not be removed from upon the ephod, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
22 Fece il manto dell' efod, lavoro di tessitore, tutto di porpora viola;
And he made the robe of the ephod, the work of a weaver, wholly of blue;
23 la scollatura del manto, in mezzo, era come la scollatura di una corazza: intorno aveva un bordo, perché non si lacerasse.
with the opening of the robe in the midst thereof, like the opening of a coat of mail, —a border to the opening thereof round about it might not be rent open.
24 Fecero sul lembo del manto melagrane di porpora viola, di porpora rossa, di scarlatto e di bisso ritorto.
And they made upon the skirts of the robe, pomegranates—of blue and purple and crimson, —twined.
25 Fecero sonagli d'oro puro e collocarono i sonagli in mezzo alle melagrane, intorno all'orlo del manto:
And they made bells of pure gold, and placed the bells in the midst of the pomegranates upon the skirts of the robe, roundabout, in the midst of the pomegranates:
26 un sonaglio e una melagrana, un sonaglio e una melagrana lungo tutto il giro del lembo del manto, per l'esercizio del ministero, come il Signore aveva ordinato a Mosè.
a bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, upon the skirts of the robe, round about, to minister in—As Yahweh commanded Moses.
27 Fecero le tuniche di bisso, lavoro di tessitore, per Aronne e per i suoi figli;
And they made the tunics of fine linen the work of a weaver, for Aaron and for his sons:
28 il turbante di bisso, gli ornamenti dei berretti di bisso e i calzoni di lino di bisso ritorto;
and the turban of fine linen, and the ornamental caps of fine linen, —and the linen drawers, of fine twined linen:
29 la cintura di bisso ritorto, di porpora viola, di porpora rossa e di scarlatto, lavoro di ricamatore, come il Signore aveva ordinato a Mosè.
and the girdle of fine twined linen, and blue and purple and crimson the work of an embroiderer, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
30 Fecero la lamina, il diadema sacro d'oro puro, e vi scrissero sopra a caratteri incisi come un sigillo: «Sacro al Signore».
And they made the burnished plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote thereupon a writing, with the engravings of a seal-ring Holy unto Yahweh.
31 Vi fissarono un cordone di porpora viola per porre il diadema sopra il turbante, come il Signore aveva ordinato a Mosè.
And they placed there, upon a cord of blue, to fasten it upon the turban up above, As Yahweh commanded Moses.
32 Così fu finito tutto il lavoro della Dimora, della tenda del convegno. Gli Israeliti eseguirono ogni cosa come il Signore aveva ordinato a Mosè: così essi fecero.
Thus was finished all the work of the habitation of the tent of meeting, —thus did the sons of Israel, according to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so, did they.
33 Portarono dunque a Mosè la Dimora, la tenda e tutti i suoi accessori: le sue fibbie, le sue assi, le sue traverse, le sue colonne e le sue basi,
And they brought in the habitation unto Moses, the tent, and all its furniture, —its clasps, its boards, its bars, and its pillars and its sockets;
34 la copertura di pelli di montone tinte di rosso, la copertura di pelli di tasso e il velo per far da cortina,
and the covering of rams’ skins dyed red, and the covering of badgers’ skins, and the screening veil;
35 l'arca della Testimonianza con le sue stanghe e il coperchio,
the ark of the testimony, with its staves, —and the propitiatory;
36 la tavola con tutti i suoi accessori e i pani dell'offerta,
the table all its utensils, and the Presence-bread;
37 il candelabro d'oro puro con le sue lampade, le lampade cioè che dovevano essere collocate sopra di esso, con tutti i suoi accessori, e l'olio per l'illuminazione,
the pure lampstand the lamps thereof the lamps to be put in order, and all the utensils thereof, —and the oil for giving light;
38 l'altare d'oro, l'olio dell'unzione, il profumo aromatico da bruciare e la cortina per l'ingresso della tenda.
and the altar of gold, and the oil of anointing, and the fragrant incense, —and the screen for the opening of the tent;
39 L'altare di rame con la sua graticola di rame, le sue stanghe e tutti i suoi accessori, la conca e il suo piedestallo,
the altar of bronze and the grating of bronze which pertaineth thereto, the staves thereof, and all the utensils thereof, —the laver, and its stand,
40 i tendaggi del recinto, le sue colonne, le sue basi e la cortina per la porta del recinto, le sue corde, i suoi picchetti e tutti gli arredi del servizio della Dimora, per la tenda del convegno,
the hangings of the court its pillars and its sockets, and the screen for the gate of the court, its cords and its pins, —and all the utensils for the service of the habitation for the tent of meeting;
41 le vesti liturgiche per officiare nel santuario, le vesti sacre del sacerdote Aronne e le vesti dei suoi figli per l'esercizio del sacerdozio.
them cloths of variegated stuff, for ministering in the sanctuary, —the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons for ministering as priests.
42 Secondo quanto il Signore aveva ordinato a Mosè, gli Israeliti avevano eseguito ogni lavoro.
According to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so, did the sons of Israel make all the work.
43 Mosè vide tutta l'opera e riscontrò che l'avevano eseguita come il Signore aveva ordinato. Allora Mosè li benedisse.
And Moses looked upon all the structure and lo! they had made it, as Yahweh had commanded, so, had they made it, —and Moses blessed them.
