1 Beniamino generò Bela suo primogenito, Asbel secondo, Achiràm terzo,
And Benjamin begat Bela' his first-born, Ashbel the second, and Achrach the third,
2 Noca quarto e Rafa quinto.
Nochah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.
3 Bela ebbe i figli Addar, Ghera padre di Ecud,
And Bela' had sons, Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,
4 Abisua, Naaman, Acoach,
And Abishua', and Na'aman, and Achoach,
5 Ghera, Sepufàn e Curam.

These were the heads of the family divisions, by their generations, chief men. These dwelt in Jerusalem.
29 In Gàbaon abitava il padre di Gàbaon; sua moglie si chiamava Maaca;
And at Gib'on dwelt the father of Gib'on, whose wife's name was Ma'achah;
30 il primogenito era Abdon, poi Zur, Kis, Baal, Ner, Nadàb,
And his first-born son 'Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Ba'al, and Nadab,
31 Ghedor, Achio, Zeker e Miklòt.

32 Miklòt generò Simeà. Anche costoro abitavano in Gerusalemme accanto ai fratelli.
And Mikloth begat Shimah. And these also dwelt alongside of their brethren in Jerusalem, with their brethren.
33 Ner generò Kis; Kis generò Saul; Saul generò Giònata, Malkisùa, Abinadàb e Is-Bàal.
And Ner begat Kish, and Kish begat Saul, and Saul begat Jehonathan and Malkishua', and Abinadab, and Eshba'al.
34 Figlio di Giònata fu Merib-Bàal; Merib-Bàal generò Mica.
And the son of Jehonathan was Merib-ba'al; and Merib-ba'al begat Michah.
35 Figli di Mica: Piton, Melech, Tarea e Acaz.
And the sons of Michah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea', and Achaz.
36 Acaz generò Ioadda; Ioadda generò Alèmet, Azmàvet e Zimrì; Zimrì generò Moza.
And Achaz begat Jeho'addah; and Jeho'addah begat 'Alemeth, and 'Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza;

And Azel had six sons, and these are their names, 'Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and She'aryah, and 'Obadiah, and Chanan. All these were the sons of Azel.
39 Figli di Esek suo fratello: Ulam suo primogenito, Ieus secondo, Elifèlet terzo.

And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, who drew the bow, and had many sons, and sons' sons, one hundred and fifty. All these are of the sons of Benjamin.
