Kolosai 2
1 Ku nsoko ndoilwe mulinge iti niiza ntuile nu lwago lidu ku nsoko anyu, ku ihi niakoli ku Laodikia nu ku ihi naza akili kihenga u usu nuane mu muili.
For I woulde ye knewe what great fighting I haue for your sakes, and for them of Laodicea, and for as many as haue not seene my person in the flesh,
2 Kituma u mulimo iti kina nkolo niao ihume kupoligwa ku kuletwa palung'wi mu ulowa nu ku ugoli wihi nua widu nua kulu kuulu nikondile nua uhuguku, ku kuulinga i kinkunku nika tai ang'wa Itunda, naiza ingi uKristo.
That their heartes might be comforted, and they knit together in loue, and in all riches of the full assurance of vnderstanding, to know the mysterie of God, euen the Father, and of Christ:
3 Mu ng'wenso matulyo ihi na upolo nu uhuguku upihilwe.
In whom are hid all the treasures of wisedome and knowledge.
4 Kuligitya izi iti kina wihi waleke kumutendeela isue ku utanantyi nu ukete upembeseelyi.
And this I say, lest any man shoulde beguile you with entising wordes:
5 Ni anga ize nimutili palung'wi nu nyenye mu muili, kuiti nkoli palung'wi nu nyenye mu nkolo. Ni loile kihenga i nzila nianyu ni nziza ni ngulu nia u huiili nuanyu mung'wa Kristo.
For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, reioycing and beholding your order, and your stedfast faith in Christ.
6 Anga nai mu musingiiye uKristo Mukulu, gendi mu ng'wenso.
As ye haue therefore receiued Christ Iesus the Lord, so walke in him,
7 Mukomigwe mu ng'wenso, muzengwe mu ng'wenso, mukomigwe mu uhuiili anga udu nai mumanyisigwe, nu kutungwa mi imbiilyo lidu.
Rooted and built in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye haue bene taught, abouding therein with thankesgiuing.
8 Gozeeli nia kina muntu wihi aleke kumuambya ku ulingi ni nkani ntili nia ukongeli kuniganiila nu usingiilya nua kibina adamu, kuniganiila ni ntendo nia kinya ingu, shanga kuniganiila nu Kristo.
Beware lest there be any man that spoile you through philosophie, and vaine deceit, through the traditions of men, according to the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9 Kunsoko mu ng'wenso ukondaniili wihi nuang'wa Itunda wikiie mu muili.
For in him dwelleth all the fulnesse of the Godhead bodily.
10 Nu nyenye mizuigwe mu ng'wenso, uNg'wenso ingi itwe nila kila uhumi nu unyangulu.
And yee are complete in him, which is the head of all principalitie and power.
11 Mu ng'wenso ga ai mutwawe kidamu ni shanga kitung'wa nu bina adamu mu kuhegeligwa muili nua nyama, kuiti ingi mu kidamu nikang'wa Kristo.
In whome also yee are circumcised with circumcision made without handes, by putting off the sinfull body of the flesh, through the circumcision of Christ,
12 Ai muikilwe palung'wi nu ng'wenso mu wogigwa. Nu kunzila a uhuiili mu ng'wenso ai miukigwe ku uhumi nuang'wa Itunda, Nai umiukilye kupuma muashi.
In that yee are buried with him through baptisme, in whome ye are also raised vp together through the faith of the operation of God, which raised him from the dead.
13 Hangi nai matulaa makuza mu utumuli nuanyu nu kuhita kutalwa i kidamu mu miili anyu, ai umitumile apanga palung'wi nu ng'wenso nu ku ulekela i milandu itu ihi.
And you which were dead in sinnes, and in the vncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, forgiuing you all your trespasses,
14 Ai uputile u ukimbukiilyi nua udaigwa nai ukilisigwe, ni nzila nai yatulaa nsuta nu sese. Ai uihegilye yihi nu kuikononteela mi ikota ila mpaga.
And putting out the hand writing of ordinances that was against vs, which was contrarie to vs, hee euen tooke it out of the way, and fastened it vpon the crosse,
15 Ai uihegilye i ngulu nu ukulu. Ai umaikile kihenga nu kituma kutula ilumbi nula ukilyi ku nzila a ikota nila mpaga nilakwe.
And hath spoyled the Principalities, and Powers, and hath made a shew of them openly, and hath triumphed ouer them in the same crosse.
16 Ku lulo, muntu wihi waleke kumulamula unyenye kulya ang'wi kung'wa, ang'wi kutula luhiku nula siku kuu ang'wi ng'weli ugeni, ang'wi luhiku nula kusupya.
Let no man therefore condemne you in meate and drinke, or in respect of an holy day, or of the newe moone, or of the Sabbath dayes,
17 Izi ingi miluli a makani napembilye, kuiti nikamukati ingi Kristo.
Which are but a shadowe of thinges to come: but the body is in Christ.
18 Muntu nu tuile wihi aleke kuhegeligwa ilumbi nilakwe ku kuhung'wa nsula a uliuki nu kipoelya u malaika. Muntu nua kinya iti wingilaa mu makani naza umihengile nu kupembeseeligwa ni masigo akwe na muili.
Let no man at his pleasure beare rule ouer you by humblenesse of minde, and worshipping of Angels, aduauncing himselfe in those thinges which hee neuer sawe, rashly puft vp with his fleshly minde,
19 uNg'wenso shanga wiliambiila itwe. Ingi kupuma mu itwe kina u muili wihi kukiila nungo niakwe ni makupa ikinyinkanigwa nu kuambinkanigwa ku palung'wi; nu kukula ku ukuli nuipumigwaa nu Itunda.
And holdeth not the head, whereof all the body furnished and knit together by ioyntes and bands, increaseth with the increasing of God.
20 Anga itule ai ku kule palung'wi nu Kristo ku ntendo nia mihi, mbona mu kikie anga mukitumigwa ku ihi;
Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the ordinances of the world, why, as though ye liued in ye world, are ye burdened with traditions?
21 “Leki kuambi, ang'wi kululya, ang'wi ku kumpya”
As, Touch not, Taste not, Handle not.
22 Aya ihi alagiigwe ku nsoko a ubipya nu upembilye nu utumili, Kupumiila nu ulagiilwa nu umanyisigwa nua ana adamu.
Which al perish with the vsing, and are after the commandements and doctrines of men.
23 Malagiilyo aya akete upolo nua makumbiko nazipigwe ku ing'wene nu uliuki nu lwago nula muili. Kuiti ngila anga nsailo ku nsula nia muili.
Which thinges haue in deede a shewe of wisdome, in voluntarie religion and humblenesse of minde, and in not sparing the body, which are thinges of no valewe, sith they perteine to the filling of the flesh.
