< 2 Korintho 10 >

1 Unene ne Paulo, unene kumupepeelya kuupolo nuang'wa Kilisto. Unene nemupolo itungo nenhole ntongeela anyu, kuite nkete ugimya kitalanyu itungo nenkole kuli nunye.
Now I Paul myself entreat you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who indeed am lowly in presence among you, but am bold toward you when absent.
2 Kumulompa unye kena, itungu nenkole palung'wi nunye, shangakutula nuugimya itungo nekuagilya awa neasegile kena kikie kemuile.
But I pray not to be bold when present with the confidence by which I consider to be valiant toward some who consider us as walking according to flesh.
3 Kunsoko ataeze anga kuugenda kimuili, shanga kikua embita kimuili.
For though walking in flesh, we do not war according to flesh.
4 Kunsoko iyege nekutumela kikuila singa yamuili, kuleka ite ikete ngulu ung'wi Tunda kubipya ukulu. Yukuheja lukulu udui nuakubepya.
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty in God for the demolition of strongholds,
5 Inge kuubepya kehi nekikete uuhumi nekikulya ntongeela ang'wi Tunda. Kuuletenda mateka kukela uhumi nukumugomba Ukilisto.
casting down imaginations, and every high thing exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought captive into the obedience of the Christ,
6 Hange kuulija ugombinuakulamula kela intendo nimbe, nkua udu ugombi wanyu nuukutula wakonda.
and having in readiness to avenge every disobedience, whenever your obedience is fulfilled.
7 Goza eki nekikole ng'walye ntongeela anyu ang'wi wili ukupepeleka kena nuanso wang'wa Kilisto, nuikembushe nuanso ung'wenso kena anga uu udu nuile wang'wa Kilisto, ite uu nusese kile gwa.
Do ye look at things according to appearance. If any man has convinced himself to be of Christ, let him consider this again of himself, that, as he is of Christ, so also are we of Christ.
8 Kunsoko atanitogole inino udu kukeela uhumi witu, nu Mukulu aupumilye kunsoko ilu kumuzenga unyenye singa kumubipya, singa kuona imenyala.
For even if I also should boast somewhat more abundantly about our authority (which the Lord gave us for building up and not for tearing you down), I will not be shamed,
9 Singa ndoilwe ele ligele kena kumutumbaunye kumabada ane.
so that I would not seem as if to terrify you by the letters.
10 Kuite antu ang'wi elunga, “Ibada yakwe itaki hange ikete ngulu, kuite nuanso munegetu ekumuili Inkani yakwe singa inonee kutegeligwa.”
Because, The letters, he says, are indeed weighty and powerful, but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech is disdained.
11 Embu iantu anga awa nealengile kena lehi nekutambula kibada itungo nekukole kuli, inge anga uu ite nekika tende itungo nekukole pang'wanso.
Let such a man think this, that such kind we are in word by letters when absent, we are also such kind when present in the work.
12 Shakinzu nkuli du anga kilingeile usese ang'wi kigemela usese nawa neikulya ienso. Kuite neigemeelya ienso kukela ung'wi wao, agila anga mahala.
For we dare not classify or compare ourselves to some of those who commend themselves. But they, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves to themselves, do not understand.
13 Usese, ata uu, singa kuitogola kukeela membi. Kuteka ite, kutenda uu udu mumembi izi ni Tunda ukupimie usese, membi niigeile kuli anga nianyu niele.
But we will not boast in things immeasurable, but according to the measure of the standard that God apportioned to us, of a measure to reach even as far as you.
14 Kunsoko usese shanga aekiongeeye naekumizee unyenye. Ae kiang'wendyo kupika kuukuli anga nuanyu kunsoko ang'wa Kilisto.
For it is not as not reaching for you. We overextend ourselves. For we even reached as far as you in the good news of the Christ,
15 Shanga kiloiye kukeela membi kumilemo aangiza. Kuleke ite, kuhuie uhueli wanyu uukuli wakwe kena ikianza kitu nehamelemu kekugalempigwa lukulu hange keli mumimbi lukulu.
not boasting in things immeasurable, in other men's labors, but having hope of your faith growing in you to be enlarged according to our measure for abundance,
16 Kuhuie kuile, nsoko kena kuhume kutanantya ulukani ata mumekoa kukila nanyu. Shanga kuutogola kukeila milimo nekitung'wa muianza nungeza.
in order to preach the good news beyond you, not to boast in another measure, in things prepared.
17 “Kuite wehi nuitogole, nuitogola Mumukulu.”
But he who boasts should boast in the Lord.
18 Kundogoilyo singa uwo nuigeela ung'wenso ukigela. Inge uyu nu Mukulu wimigelya.
For he who commends himself, that man is not approved, but whom the Lord commends.
