< 1 Korintho 3 >

1 Nunene, kaka niadada ane, singa aentambue nunyenye anga miantu akinkolo, kuite anga miantu amuili. Anga niang'enye nianiino mung'wa Kilisto.
And I, brethren, could not speak to you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal. As unto little ones in Christ.
2 Aenumung'wensilyo maele hange singa nyama, kunsoko aemuhitile kulya inyama. Sunga nitungu gaa muhitile.
I gave you milk to drink, not meat; for you were not able as yet. But neither indeed are you now able; for you are yet carnal.
3 Kunsoko unye keli miamuili. Kunsoko uwelu nukilolya keli yukigeeleka mitalanyu. Itee, shamukikie anga muili, Hange itee? Shamukugenda anga antuune?
For, whereas there is among you envying and contention, are you not carnal, and walk according to man?
4 Kunsoko ung'wi wilunga, “Numutyatile Paulo” Numuya wilunga, “NUmulyatile Apolo, Shamikie anga antu nee?
For while one saith, I indeed am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollo; are you not men? What then is Apollo, and what is Paul?
5 U Apolo nyenyu? nu Paulo nyenyu? inge itumi ang'wa yuyu nemumukuie, kukela uyu nu Mukulu aumpee umulemo.
The ministers of him whom you have believed; and to every one as the Lord hath given.
6 Unene aentemee, u Apolo wikihila imazi, kuile Itunda ukukulisa.
I have planted, Apollo watered, but God gave the increase.
7 Kuite, singa nutemee ang'wi nuehie imazi ukete kehi. Kuite Itunda ukukulisa.
Therefore, neither he that planteth is any thing, nor he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
8 Itungo ile nutemee nuyu nuehie imazi ehi epalung'wi, hange kela ung'wi ukusingiilya ikinyamulimo kakwe anga muitumie umulimo wakwe.
Now he that planteth, and he that watereth, ate one. And every man shall receive his own reward, according to his own labour.
9 Kunsoko usese keituma mulimo wang'wi Tunda, unye mukiluilo kang'wi Tunda, minyumba ang'wi Tunda.
For we are God’s coadjutors: you are God’s husbandry; you are God’s building.
10 Kunsoko aukende nuang'wi Tunda naempegilwe ange muzengi numukulu, aembikile ikitako, numungiza wikazenga migulya lakwe. Kuite umuntu watula wikesa nukuzenga migulya lakwe.
According to the grace of God that is given to me, as a wise architect, I have laid the foundation; and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
11 Kunsoko kutile numungiza nukumile kuzenga ikitako nikingiza kukila nikizengilwe, nuanso Yesu Kilisto.
For other foundation no man can lay, but that which is laid; which is Christ Jesus.
12 Itungo ile, ang'wi ung'wi wanyu ukuzenga migulya lakwe kuzahabu, mpia, magwe nansailo, ikota, mafa, ang'wi matutu,
Now if any man build upon this foundation, gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble:
13 umulemu wakwe ukukunukulwa, kuwetu nua mung'wi ukumigeelya. Kunsoko ekigeeligwa kumoto. Umoto ukugema uuza nua mulemo nuakela ung'wi nuitumile.
Every man’s work shall be manifest; for the day of the Lord shall declare it, because it shall be revealed in fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work, of what sort it is.
14 Anga kehi umuntu nuzengile kekusaga, nuanso ukusingiilya ikipegwa nikiza.
If any man’s work abide, which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
15 Kuite ang'wi umulemo nua muntu ukulimansiila kumoto, ukulija asala. Kuite ung'wenso lukulu ukugunwa, anga uukinega mumoto.
If any man’s work burn, he shall suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved, yet so as by fire.
16 Shamuine kina unye menyumba ang'wi Tunda ni kina inkolo ang'wi Tunda ikie mukati anyu?
Know you not, that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
17 Ang'wi umuntu ukumebipya inyumba ang'wi Tunda, Itunda ukumubipya umuntu nuanso. Kunsoko unyumba ang'wi Tunda ntakatifu, mutule uu.
But if any man violate the temple of God, him shall God destroy. For the temple of God is holy, which you are.
18 Umuntu waleke kukongela ung'wenso, ang'wi wehi mitalanyu uine ukete ikulyo mumatungo aya, watule anga “mupungu,” uu ukutula nikulyo. (aiōn g165)
Let no man deceive himself: if any man among you seem to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. (aiōn g165)
19 Kunsoko ikulyo nelamihi eye upungu ntongeela ang'wi Tunda, kunsoko iandekilwe, “Neaambisa niakete ikulyo kuhila yao.
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written: I will catch the wise in their own craftiness.
20 Nehangi “Umukulu uine imasigo ao niikuligwa mabi.”
And again: The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.
21 Kuite umuntu aleke kisania antu! Kunsoko imaintu ehi anyu.
Let no man therefore glory in men.
22 Ang'wi Paulo, ang'wi Apolo, ang'wi Kefa, ang'wi ihe, ang'wi likalo, ang'wi nsha, ang'wi maintu nakole, ang'wi niikatula amole,
For all things are yours, whether it be Paul, or Apollo, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to some; for all are yours;
23 ehi anyu nunyenye miang'wa Kilisto, nu Kilisto wang'wi Tunda.
And you are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.
