Yosua 15
1 Bagian yang diundikan kepada suku bani Yehuda menurut kaum-kaum mereka adalah sampai ke batas tanah Edom, sampai ke padang gurun Zin ke selatan, di ujung selatan.
This then was the lot of the tribe of the children of Iudah by their families: euen to the border of Edom and the wildernesse of Zin, Southward on the Southcoast.
2 Batas selatan bagi mereka mulai dari ujung Laut Asin, dari teluk yang menghadap ke selatan;
And their South border was the salt Sea coast, from the point that looketh Southward.
3 lalu keluar pada sebelah selatan pendakian Akrabim, terus ke Zin, naik ke sebelah selatan Kadesh-Barnea, terus ke Hezron, naik ke Adar, membelok ke Karka,
And it went out on the Southside towarde Maaleth-akrabbim, and went along to Zin, and ascended vp on the Southside vnto Kadesh-barnea, and went along to Hezron, and went vp to Adar, and fet a compasse to Karkaa.
4 terus ke Azmon dan keluar pada sungai tanah Mesir, sehingga batas itu berakhir ke laut. Itulah bagi kamu batas selatan.
From thence went it along to Azmon, and reached vnto the riuer of Egypt, and the end of that coast was on the Westside: this shall be your South coast.
5 Batas timur ialah Laut Asin sampai ke muara sungai Yordan. Batas pada sisi utara mulai dari teluk di muara sungai Yordan itu:
Also the Eastborder shalbe the salt Sea, vnto the end of Iorden: and the border on the North quarter from the point of the Sea, and from the end of Iorden.
6 batas itu naik ke Bet-Hogla, melalui sebelah utara Bet-Araba, kemudian batas itu naik ke batu Bohan bin Ruben;
And this border goeth vp to Beth-hogla, and goeth along by ye Northside of Beth-arabah: so the border from thence goeth vp to the stone of Bohan the sonne of Reuben.
7 lalu dari lembah Akhor batas itu naik ke Debir, dan menuju ke utara ke Gilgal di seberang pendakian Adumim, yang di sebelah selatan sungai. Kemudian batas itu terus ke mata air En-Semes dan keluar ke En-Rogel.
Againe this border goeth vp to Debir from the valley of Achor, and Northwarde, turning toward Gilgal, that lyeth before the going vp to Adummim, which is on the Southside of the riuer: also this border goeth vp to the waters of En-shemesh, and endeth at En-rogel.
8 Kemudian batas itu naik ke lembah Ben-Hinom, di sebelah selatan sepanjang lereng gunung Yebus, itulah Yerusalem; kemudian batas itu naik ke puncak gunung yang di seberang lembah Hinom, di sebelah barat, di ujung utara lembah orang Refaim.
Then this border goeth vp to the valley of the sonne of Hinnom; on the Southside of the Iebusites: the same is Ierusalem. also this border goeth vp to the top of the mountaine that lyeth before the valley of Hinnom Westward, which is by the end of the valley of ye gyants Northward.
9 Kemudian batas itu melengkung dari puncak gunung itu ke mata air Me-Neftoah, lalu keluar ke kota-kota pegunungan Efron; selanjutnya batas itu melengkung ke Baala, itulah Kiryat-Yearim.
So this border compasseth from the top of the mountaine vnto the fountaine of the water of Nephtoah, and goeth out to the cities of mount Ephron: and this border draweth to Baalah, which is Kiriath-iearim.
10 Kemudian batas itu membelok dari Baala ke barat ke pegunungan Seir, terus ke utara ke lereng gunung Yearim, itulah Kesalon, turun ke Bet-Semes dan terus ke Timna.
Then this border compasseth from Baalah Westward vnto mount Seir, and goeth along vnto the side of mount Iearim, which is Chesalon on the Northside: so it commeth downe to Bethshemesh, and goeth to Timnah.
11 Kemudian batas itu keluar ke utara ke lereng gunung Ekron; kemudian batas itu melengkung ke Sikron, terus ke gunung Baala dan keluar dekat Yabneel, sehingga batas itu berakhir di laut.
Also this border goeth out vnto the side of Ekron Northwarde: and this border draweth to Shicron, and goeth along to mount Baalah, and stretcheth vnto Iabneel: and the endes of this coast are to the Sea.
12 Batas barat ialah Laut Besar dan pantainya. Itulah, ke segala penjuru, batas-batas daerah bani Yehuda menurut kaum-kaum mereka.
And the Westborder is to the great Sea: so this border shalbe the bounds of the children of Iudah round about, according to their families.
13 Tetapi kepada Kaleb bin Yefune diberikan Yosua sebagian di tengah-tengah bani Yehuda itu, yakni Kiryat-Arba, seperti yang dititahkan TUHAN kepadanya; Arba ialah bapa Enak. Itulah Hebron.
And vnto Caleb the sonne of Iephunneh did Ioshua giue a part among the children of Iudah, as the Lord commanded him, euen Kiriath-arba of the father of Anak, which is Hebron.
14 Dan Kaleb menghalau dari sana ketiga orang Enak, yakni Sesai, Ahiman dan Talmai, anak-anak Enak.
And Caleb droue thence three sonnes of Anak, Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, the sonnes of Anak.
15 Dari sana ia maju menyerang penduduk Debir. Nama Debir itu dahulu ialah Kiryat-Sefer.
And he went vp thence to the inhabitants of Debir: and the name of Debir before time was Kiriath-sepher.
16 Lalu berkatalah Kaleb: "Siapa yang menggempur Kiryat-Sefer dan merebutnya, kepadanya akan kuberikan Akhsa, anakku, menjadi isterinya."
Then Caleb sayd, He that smiteth Kiriath-sepher, and taketh it, euen to him wil I giue Achsah my daughter to wife.
17 Dan Otniel, anak Kenas saudara Kaleb, merebut kota itu; lalu Kaleb memberikan kepadanya Akhsa, anaknya, menjadi isterinya.
And Othniel, the sonne of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb tooke it: and he gaue him Achsah his daughter to wife.
18 Ketika perempuan itu tiba, dibujuknya suaminya untuk meminta ladang kepada ayahnya. Maka turunlah perempuan itu dari keledainya, lalu berkatalah Kaleb kepadanya: "Ada apa?"
And as she went in to him, she moued him, to aske of her father a fielde: and she lighted off her asse, and Caleb sayd vnto her, What wilt thou?
19 Jawabnya: "Berikanlah kepadaku hadiah; telah kauberikan kepadaku tanah yang gersang, berikanlah juga kepadaku mata air." Lalu diberikannyalah kepadanya mata air yang di hulu dan mata air yang di hilir.
Then she answered, Giue me a blessing: for thou hast giuen mee the South countrey: giue me also springs of water. And hee gaue her the springs aboue and the springs beneath.
20 Inilah milik pusaka suku bani Yehuda menurut kaum-kaum mereka.
This shalbe the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Iudah according to their families.
21 Kota-kota suku bani Yehuda yang paling ujung, dekat batas tanah Edom di Tanah Negeb, ialah Kabzeel, Eder, Yagur,
And the vtmost cities of the tribe of the children of Iudah, toward the coastes of Edom Southward were Kabzeel, and Eder, and Iagur,
22 Kina, Dimona, Adada,
And Kinah, and Dimonah, and Adadah,
23 Kedesh, Hazor, Yitnan,
And Kedesh, and Hazor, and Ithnan,
24 Zif, Telem, Bealot,
Ziph, and Telem, and Bealoth,
25 Hazor-Hadata, Keriot-Hezron, itulah Hazor;
And Hazor, Hadattah, and Kerioth, Hesron (which is Hazor)
26 Amam, Sema, Molada,
Amam, and Shema, and Moladah,
27 Hazar-Gada, Hesmon, Bet-Pelet,
And Hazar, Gaddah, and Heshmon, and Beth-palet,
28 Hazar-Sual, Bersyeba dan segala anak kotanya,
And Hasar-shual, and Beersheba, and Biziothiah,
29 Baala, Iyim, Ezem,
Baalah, and Iim, and Azem,
30 Eltolad, Kesil, Horma,
And Eltolad, and Chesil, and Hormah,
31 Ziklag, Madmana, Sansana,
And Ziklag, and Madmanna, and Sansannah,
32 Lebaot, Silhim, Ain dan Rimon; seluruhnya dua puluh sembilan kota dengan desa-desanya.
And Lebaoth, and Shilhim, and Ain, and Rimmon: all these cities are twentie and nine with their villages.
33 Di Daerah Bukit: Esytaol, Zora, Asna,
In the lowe countrey were Eshtaol, and Zoreah, and Ashnah,
34 Zanoah, En-Ganim, Tapuah, Enam,
And Zanoah, and En-gannim, Tappuah, and Enam,
35 Yarmut, Adulam, Sokho, Azeka,
Iarmuth, and Adullam, Socoh, and Azekah,
36 Saaraim, Aditaim, Gedera dan Gederotaim; empat belas kota dengan desa-desanya.
And Sharaim, and Adithaim, and Gederah, and Gederothaim: fourteene cities with their villages.
37 Zenan, Hadasa, Migdal-Gad,
Zenam, and Hadashah, and Migdal-gad,
38 Dilean, Mizpa, Yokteel,
And Dileam, and Mizpeh, and Ioktheel,
39 Lakhis, Bozkat, Eglon,
Lachish, and Bozkath, and Eglon,
40 Kabon, Lahmas, Kitlis,
And Cabbon, and Lahmam, and Kithlish,
41 Gederot, Bet-Dagon, Naama dan Makeda; enam belas kota dengan desa-desanya.
And Gederoth, Beth-dagon, and Naamah, and Makkedah: sixteene cities with their villages.
42 Libna, Eter, Asan,
Lebnah, and Ether, and Ashan,
43 Yiftah, Asna, Nezib,
And Iipthtah, and Ashnah, and Nezib,
44 Kehila, Akhzib dan Maresa; sembilan kota dengan desa-desanya.
And Keilah, and Aczib, and Mareshah: nine cities with their villages.
45 Ekron dengan segala anak kota dan desanya.
Ekron with her townes and her villages,
46 Mulai dari Ekron sampai ke laut, segala yang di sisi Asdod dan desa-desanya,
From Ekron, euen vnto the Sea, all that lyeth about Ashdod with their villages.
47 Asdod dengan segala anak kota dan desa-desanya, Gaza dengan segala anak kota dan desa-desanya, sampai ke sungai tanah Mesir, Laut Besar dan pantainya.
Ashdod with her townes and her villages: Azzah with her townes and her villages, vnto the riuer of Egypt, and the great Sea was their coast.
48 Lagi di Pegunungan: Samir, Yatir, Sokho,
And in the mountaines were Shamir, and Iattir, and Socoh,
49 Dana, Kiryat-Sana, itulah Debir;
And Dannah, and Kiriath-sannath (which is Debir)
50 Anab, Estemo, Anim,
And Anab, and Ashtemoth, and Anim,
51 Gosyen, Holon dan Gilo; sebelas kota dengan desa-desanya;
And Goshen, and Holon, and Giloh: eleuen cities with their villages,
52 Arab, Duma, Esan,
Arab, and Dumah, and Eshean,
53 Yanum, Bet-Tapuah, Afeka,
And Ianum, and Beth-tappuah, and Aphekah,
54 Humta, Kiryat-Arba, itulah Hebron, dan Zior; sembilan kota dengan desa-desanya.
And Humtah, and Kiriath-arba, (which is Hebron) and Zior: nine cities with their villages.
55 Maon, Karmel, Zif, Yuta,
Maon, Carmel, and Ziph, and Iuttah,
56 Yizreel, Yokdeam, Zanoah,
And Izreel, and Iokdeam, and Zanoah,
57 Kain, Gibea dan Timna; sepuluh kota dengan desa-desanya.
Kain, Gibeah, and Timnah: ten cities with their villages.
58 Halhul, Bet-Zur, Gedor,
Halhul, Beth-zur, and Gedor,
59 Maarat, Bet-Anot dan Eltekon; enam kota dengan desa-desanya.
And Maarah, and Beth-anoth, and Eltekon: sixe cities with their villages.
60 Kiryat-Baal, itulah Kiryat-Yearim, dan Raba; dua kota dengan desa-desanya.
Kiriath-baal, which is Kiriath-iearim, and Rabbah: two cities with their villages.
61 Di padang gurun: Bet-Araba, Midin, Sekhakha,
In the wildernes were Beth-arabah, Middin, and Secacah,
62 Nibsan, Kota Garam dan En-Gedi; enam kota dengan desa-desanya.
And Nibshan, and the citie of salt, and Engedi: sixe cities with their villages.
63 Tetapi orang Yebus, penduduk kota Yerusalem, tidak dapat dihalau oleh bani Yehuda. Jadi orang Yebus itu masih tetap diam bersama-sama dengan bani Yehuda di Yerusalem sampai sekarang.
Neuerthelesse, the Iebusites that were the inhabitants of Ierusalem, could not the children of Iudah cast out, but the Iebusites dwell with the children of Iudah at Ierusalem vnto this day.
