2 Tawarikh 1
1 Salomo, anak Daud, menjadi kuat dalam kedudukannya sebagai raja; TUHAN, Allahnya, menyertai dia dan menjadikan kekuasaannya luar biasa besarnya.
And he strengthened himself Solomon [the] son of David over kingdom his and Yahweh God his [was] with him and he made great him upwards.
2 Salomo memberi perintah kepada seluruh Israel, kepada kepala-kepala pasukan seribu dan pasukan seratus, kepada para hakim dan kepada semua pemimpin di seluruh Israel, yakni para kepala puak.
And he spoke Solomon to all Israel to [the] commanders of the thousands and the hundreds and to the judges and to every leader of all Israel [the] heads of the fathers.
3 Lalu pergilah Salomo bersama-sama dengan segenap jemaah itu ke bukit pengorbanan yang di Gibeon, sebab di situlah Kemah Pertemuan Allah yang dibuat Musa, hamba TUHAN itu, di padang gurun.
And they went Solomon and all the assembly with him to the high place which [was] at Gibeon for there it was [the] tent of meeting of God which he had made Moses [the] servant of Yahweh in the wilderness.
4 --Tetapi Daud telah mengangkut tabut Allah dari Kiryat-Yearim ke tempat yang disiapkannya bagi tabut itu, --sebab ia telah memasang kemah untuk tabut itu di Yerusalem.
But [the] ark of God he had brought up David from Kiriath Jearim in where he had prepared for it David for he had pitched for it a tent in Jerusalem.
5 Namun mezbah tembaga yang dibuat Bezaleel bin Uri bin Hur masih ada di sana di depan Kemah Suci TUHAN. Maka ke sanalah Salomo dan jemaah itu meminta petunjuk TUHAN.
And [the] altar of bronze which he had made Bezalel [the] son of Uri [the] son of Hur he had put before [the] tabernacle of Yahweh and he sought it Solomon and the assembly.
6 Salomo mempersembahkan korban di sana di hadapan TUHAN di atas mezbah tembaga yang di depan Kemah Pertemuan itu; ia mempersembahkan seribu korban bakaran di atasnya.
And he went up Solomon there to [the] altar of bronze before Yahweh which [was] to [the] tent of meeting and he offered up on it burnt offerings a thousand.
7 Pada malam itu juga Allah menampakkan diri kepada Salomo dan berfirman kepadanya: "Mintalah apa yang hendak Kuberikan kepadamu."
In the night that he appeared God to Solomon and he said to him ask what? will I give to you.
8 Berkatalah Salomo kepada Allah: "Engkaulah yang telah menunjukkan kasih setia-Mu yang besar kepada Daud, ayahku, dan telah mengangkat aku menjadi raja menggantikan dia.
And he said Solomon to God you you have done with David father my covenant loyalty great and you have made king me in place of him.
9 Maka sekarang, ya TUHAN Allah, tunjukkanlah keteguhan janji-Mu kepada Daud, ayahku, sebab Engkaulah yang telah mengangkat aku menjadi raja atas suatu bangsa yang banyaknya seperti debu tanah.
Now O Yahweh God let it be established word your with David father my for you you have made king me over a people numerous like [the] dust of the earth.
10 Berilah sekarang kepadaku hikmat dan pengertian, supaya aku dapat keluar dan masuk sebagai pemimpin bangsa ini, sebab siapakah yang dapat menghakimi umat-Mu yang besar ini?"
Now wisdom and knowledge give to me so let me go out before the people this so I may come for who? will he judge people your this great.
11 Berfirmanlah Allah kepada Salomo: "Oleh karena itu yang kauingini dan engkau tidak meminta kekayaan, harta benda, kemuliaan atau nyawa pembencimu, dan juga tidak meminta umur panjang, tetapi sebaliknya engkau meminta kebijaksanaan dan pengertian untuk dapat menghakimi umat-Ku yang atasnya Aku telah merajakan engkau,
And he said God - to Solomon because that it was this with heart your and not you have asked for wealth riches and honor and [the] life of [those who] hate you and also days many not you have asked for and you have asked for for yourself wisdom and knowledge that you will judge people my which I have made king you over it.
12 maka kebijaksanaan dan pengertian itu diberikan kepadamu; selain itu Aku berikan kepadamu kekayaan, harta benda dan kemuliaan, sebagaimana belum pernah ada pada raja-raja sebelum engkau dan tidak akan ada pada raja-raja sesudah engkau."
The wisdom and the knowledge [is] given to you and wealth and riches and honor I will give to you which - not it belonged thus to the kings who [were] before you and after you not it will be thus.
13 Lalu pulanglah Salomo dari bukit pengorbanan yang di Gibeon itu, dari depan Kemah Pertemuan, ke Yerusalem dan ia memerintah atas Israel.
And he went Solomon to the high place which [was] at Gibeon Jerusalem from to before [the] tent of meeting and he reigned over Israel.
14 Salomo mengumpulkan juga kereta-kereta dan orang-orang berkuda, sehingga ia mempunyai seribu empat ratus kereta dan dua belas ribu orang berkuda, yang semuanya ditempatkan dalam kota-kota kereta dan dekat raja di Yerusalem.
And he gathered Solomon chariot[s] and warhorses and it belonged to him one thousand and four hundred chariot[s] and two [plus] ten thousand warhorses and he placed them in [the] cities of chariotry and with the king in Jerusalem.
15 Raja membuat banyaknya emas dan perak di Yerusalem sama seperti batu, dan banyaknya pohon kayu aras sama seperti pohon ara yang tumbuh di Daerah Bukit.
And he made the king silver and gold in Jerusalem like stones and cedars he made like the sycamores which [are] in the Shephelah for abundance.
16 Kuda untuk Salomo didatangkan dari Misraim dan dari Kewe; saudagar-saudagar raja membelinya dari Kewe dengan harga pasar.
And [the] export of the horses which [belonged] to Solomon [was] from Egypt and from Que [the] traders of the king from Que they took [them] for a price.
17 Sebuah kereta yang didatangkan dari Misraim berharga sampai enam ratus syikal perak, dan seekor kuda sampai seratus lima puluh syikal; dan begitu juga melalui mereka dikeluarkan semuanya itu kepada semua raja orang Het dan kepada raja-raja Aram.
And they brought up and they brought out from Egypt a chariot for six hundred silver and a horse for fifty and one hundred and thus to all [the] kings of the Hittites and [the] kings of Aram by hand their they brought [them] out.
