2 Tawarikh 9
1 Ketika ratu negeri Syeba mendengar kabar tentang Salomo, maka dengan pasukan pengiring yang sangat besar dan dengan unta-unta yang membawa rempah-rempah, banyak emas dan batu permata yang mahal-mahal datanglah ia ke Yerusalem hendak menguji Salomo dengan teka-teki. Setelah ia sampai kepada Salomo, dipercakapkannyalah segala yang ada dalam hatinya dengan dia.
And [the] queen of Sheba she heard [the] report of Solomon and she came to put to [the] test Solomon by difficult matters in Jerusalem with a retinue numerous very and camels carrying spices and gold to abundance and stone[s] precious and she came to Solomon and she spoke with him all that it was with heart her.
2 Dan Salomo menjawab segala pertanyaan ratu itu; bagi Salomo tidak ada yang tersembunyi, yang tidak dapat dijawabnya untuk ratu itu.
And he told to her Solomon all words her and not it was concealed a word from Solomon which not he told to her.
3 Ketika ratu negeri Syeba melihat hikmat Salomo dan rumah yang telah didirikannya,
And she saw [the] queen of Sheba [the] wisdom of Solomon and the house which he had built.
4 makanan di mejanya, cara duduk pegawai-pegawainya, cara pelayan-pelayannya melayani dan berpakaian, juru-juru minumannya dan pakaian mereka, dan korban bakaran yang biasa dipersembahkannya di rumah TUHAN, maka tercenganglah ratu itu.
And [the] food of table his and [the] seating of servants his and [the] standing of servants his and clothes their and cup-bearers his and clothes their and upper room his which he went up [the] house of Yahweh and not it was still in her breath.
5 Dan ia berkata kepada raja: "Benar juga kabar yang kudengar di negeriku tentang engkau dan tentang hikmatmu,
And she said to the king [was] truth the word which I heard in own land my on words your and on wisdom your.
6 tetapi aku tidak percaya perkataan-perkataan mereka sampai aku datang dan melihatnya dengan mataku sendiri; sungguh, setengah dari hikmatmu yang besar itu belum diberitahukan kepadaku; engkau melebihi kabar yang kudengar.
And not I believed words their until that I came and they saw eyes my and here! not it was told to me [the] half of [the] greatness of wisdom your you have added to the report which I heard.
7 Berbahagialah orang-orangmu, dan berbahagialah para pegawaimu ini yang selalu melayani engkau dan menyaksikan hikmatmu!
How blessed! [are] people your and how blessed! [are] servants your these who stand before you continually and [who] hear wisdom your.
8 Terpujilah TUHAN, Allahmu, yang telah berkenan kepadamu sedemikian, hingga Ia mendudukkan engkau di atas takhta-Nya sebagai raja untuk TUHAN, Allahmu! Karena Allahmu mengasihi orang Israel, maka Ia menetapkan mereka untuk selama-lamanya, dan menjadikan engkau raja atas mereka untuk melakukan keadilan dan kebenaran."
May he be Yahweh God your blessed who - he has delighted in you to put you on throne his to king for Yahweh God your because loves God your Israel to make stand it for ever and he has appointed you over them to king to do justice and righteousness.
9 Lalu diberikan kepada raja seratus dua puluh talenta emas, dan sangat banyak rempah-rempah dan batu permata yang mahal-mahal; tidak pernah lagi ada rempah-rempah seperti yang diberikan ratu negeri Syeba kepada raja Salomo itu.
And she gave to the king one hundred and twenty - talent[s] of gold and spices to abundance exceedingly and stone[s] precious and not it has been like the spice that which she gave [the] queen of Sheba to the king Solomon.
10 Lagipula hamba-hamba Huram dan hamba-hamba Salomo, yang membawa emas dari Ofir, membawa juga kayu cendana dan batu permata yang mahal-mahal.
And also [the] servants of (Huram *Q(K)*) and [the] servants of Solomon who they brought gold from Ophir they brought wood of algum and stone[s] precious.
11 Raja mengerjakan kayu cendana itu menjadi tangga-tangga untuk rumah TUHAN dan istana raja, dan juga menjadi kecapi dan gambus untuk para penyanyi. Hal seperti itu tidak pernah kelihatan sebelumnya di tanah Yehuda.
And he made the king [the] wood of the algum tracks for [the] house of Yahweh and for [the] house of the king and harps and lyres for the singers and not they had been seen like them before in [the] land of Judah.
12 Raja Salomo memberikan kepada ratu negeri Syeba segala yang dikehendakinya dan yang dimintanya, melebihi yang dibawa ratu itu untuk raja. Lalu ratu itu berangkat pulang ke negerinya bersama-sama dengan pegawai-pegawainya.
And the king Solomon he gave to [the] queen of Sheba all desire her which she asked besides [that] which she had brought to the king and she turned and she went to own land her she and servants her.
13 Adapun berat emas, yang dibawa kepada Salomo dalam satu tahun ialah seberat enam ratus enam puluh enam talenta,
And it was [the] weight of the gold which it came to Solomon in a year one six hundred and sixty and six talents of gold.
14 belum terhitung yang dibawa oleh saudagar-saudagar dan pedagang-pedagang; juga semua raja Arab dan bupati-bupati di negeri itu membawa emas dan perak kepada Salomo.
Apart from [the] men of the merchants and the traders [were] bringing and all [the] kings of Arabia and [the] governors of the land [were] bringing gold and silver to Solomon.
15 Raja Salomo membuat dua ratus perisai besar dari emas tempaan, enam ratus syikal emas tempaan dipakainya untuk setiap perisai besar;
And he made the king Solomon two hundred body shield[s] gold beaten six hundred gold beaten he put up on the body shield one.
16 ia membuat juga tiga ratus perisai kecil dari emas tempaan, tiga ratus syikal emas dipakainya untuk setiap perisai kecil; lalu raja menaruh semuanya itu di dalam gedung "Hutan Libanon".
And three hundred shields gold beaten three hundred gold he put up on the shield one and he put them the king in [the] House of [the] Forest of Lebanon.
17 Juga raja membuat takhta besar dari gading, yang disalutnya dengan emas murni.
And he made the king a throne of ivory great and he overlaid it gold pure.
18 Takhta itu enam tingkatnya, dan tumpuan kakinya dari emas, yang dipautkan pada takhta itu, dan pada kedua sisi tempat duduk ada kelek-kelek. Di samping kelek-kelek itu berdiri dua singa,
And six steps [belonged] to the throne and a footstool in gold to the throne [were] attached and hands from this and from this [were] on [the] place of the sitting and two lions [were] standing beside the hands.
19 sedang dua belas singa berdiri di atas keenam tingkat itu sebelah-menyebelah; belum pernah diperbuat yang demikian bagi sesuatu kerajaan.
And two [plus] ten lions [were] standing there on [the] six the steps from this and from this not it had been made thus for any kingdom.
20 Segala perkakas minuman raja Salomo dari emas dan segala barang di gedung "Hutan Libanon" itu dari emas murni; perak tidak dianggap berharga pada zaman Salomo.
And all [the] vessels of [the] drink of the king Solomon [were] gold and all [the] utensils of [the] House of [the] Forest of Lebanon [were] gold pure gold not silver [was] esteemed in [the] days of Solomon to anything.
21 Sebab raja mempunyai kapal-kapal yang berlayar ke Tarsis bersama-sama dengan orang-orang Huram; dan sekali tiga tahun kapal-kapal Tarsis itu datang membawa emas dan perak serta gading; juga kera dan burung merak.
For ships of the king [were] going Tarshish with [the] servants of Huram one [time] to three years they came - ships of Tarshish carrying gold and silver ivori and monkeys and apes.
22 Raja Salomo melebihi semua raja di bumi dalam hal kekayaan dan hikmat.
And he became great the king Solomon more than all [the] kings of the earth to wealth and wisdom.
23 Semua raja di bumi berikhtiar menghadap Salomo untuk menyaksikan hikmat yang telah ditaruh Allah di dalam hatinya.
And all [the] kings of the earth [were] seeking [the] face of Solomon to hear wisdom his which he had put God in heart his.
24 Mereka datang masing-masing membawa persembahannya, yakni barang-barang perak dan barang-barang emas, pakaian, senjata, rempah-rempah, kuda dan bagal, dan begitulah tahun demi tahun.
And they [were] bringing everyone gift his articles of silver and articles of gold and garments weaponry and spices horses and mules [the] matter of a year in a year.
25 Salomo mempunyai juga empat ribu kandang untuk kuda-kudanya dan kereta-keretanya dan dua belas ribu orang berkuda, yang ditempatkan dalam kota-kota kereta dan dekat raja di Yerusalem.
And it belonged to Solomon four thousand stalls of horses and chariots and two [plus] ten thousand horsemen and he placed them in [the] cities of chariotry and with the king in Jerusalem.
26 Dan ia memerintah atas semua raja mulai dari sungai Efrat sampai negeri orang Filistin dan sampai ke tapal batas Mesir.
And he was ruling over all the kings from the river and to [the] land of [the] Philistines and to [the] border of Egypt.
27 Raja membuat banyaknya perak di Yerusalem sama seperti batu, dan banyaknya pohon kayu aras sama seperti pohon ara yang tumbuh di Daerah Bukit.
And he made the king silver in Jerusalem like stones and cedars he made like the sycamores which [are] in the Shephelah for abundance.
28 Kuda untuk Salomo didatangkan dari Misraim dan dari segala negeri.
And [were] brought out horses from Egypt for Solomon and from all the lands.
29 Selebihnya dari riwayat Salomo dari awal sampai akhir, bukankah semuanya itu tertulis dalam riwayat nabi Natan dan dalam nubuat Ahia, orang Silo itu, dan dalam penglihatan-penglihatan Ido, pelihat itu, tentang Yerobeam bin Nebat?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Solomon former and latter ¿ not [are] they written on [the] words of Nathan the prophet and on [the] prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite and in [the] visions (Iddo *Q(K)*) the seer on Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat.
30 Salomo memerintah di Yerusalem atas seluruh Israel empat puluh tahun lamanya.
And he reigned Solomon in Jerusalem over all Israel forty year[s].
31 Kemudian Salomo mendapat perhentian bersama-sama dengan nenek moyangnya, dan ia dikuburkan di kota Daud, ayahnya. Maka Rehabeam, anaknya, menjadi raja menggantikan dia.
And he lay down Solomon with ancestors his and people buried him in [the] city of David father his and he became king Rehoboam son his in place of him.
