1 Ke mana kekasihmu pergi, hai gadis yang paling jelita? Ke mana kekasihmu pergi, agar kami ikut mencarinya?
Where? has he gone lover your O beautiful [one] among women where? has he turned lover your so we may seek him with you.
2 Kekasihku pergi ke kebunnya, ke kebun rempah-rempah untuk menggembalakan domba-domba di kebun, dan memetik bunga-bunga bakung.
Lover my he has gone down to garden his to [the] beds of spice to graze in the gardens and to gather lilies.
3 Aku milik kekasihku, dan dia milikku, ia menggembalakan domba-domba di tengah bunga-bunga bakung.
I [belong] to lover my and lover my [belongs] to me who [is] grazing (among the lilies. *L(abh)*)
4 Engkau cantik, manisku, secantik kota Yerusalem, seelok kota Tirzah. Engkau sangat mempesonakan, seperti bala tentara dengan panji-panjinya.
[are] beautiful You O friend my like Tirzah lovely like Jerusalem majestic like hosts with banners.
5 Palingkanlah wajahmu daripadaku, sebab pandanganmu membingungkan aku. Rambutmu seperti kawanan kambing yang menuruni bukit-bukit Gilead.
Turn eyes your from before me that they they have confused me hair your [is] like [the] flock of she-goats that they have descended from Gilead.
6 Gigimu putih seperti kawanan domba yang baru dicukur dan dimandikan; berpasangan seperti anak-anak domba kembar, satu pun tak ada yang hilang.
Teeth your [are] like [the] flock of ewes that have come up from the washing that all of them [are] bearing twins and [is one] deprived of offspring not among them.
7 Pipimu seperti belahan buah delima, tersembunyi di balik cadarmu.
[is] like [the] slice of Pomegranate temple your from behind to veil your.
8 Biarpun ada enam puluh permaisuri, dan delapan puluh selir, serta gadis-gadis banyak sekali,
[are] sixty They queens and eighty concubines and young women there not [is] a number.
9 namun hanya satulah merpatiku, idamanku, anak tunggal kesayangan ibunya. Gadis-gadis melihat dan memuji dia, para permaisuri dan selir kagum padanya.

10 Siapakah dia yang datang laksana fajar merekah, seindah bulan purnama, secerah sang surya? Ia sangat mempesonakan, seperti bala tentara dengan panji-panjinya.

11 Aku datang ke kebun kenari, melihat kuntum-kuntum di lembah; entah pohon anggur sudah ada kuncupnya, dan pohon delima sudah berbunga.

12 Aku sangat merindukan cintamu, seperti kurindukan naik kereta perang bersama para bangsawan.

13 Menarilah, hai gadis Sulam, berputar-putarlah, supaya kami kagumi.
Return return O Shulammite [woman] return return so we may look on you why? will you look on the Shulammite [woman] like [the] dance of the two groups.
